Last night, along with a friend, we ventured into K2 Chippy, we were actually walking towards Kebabish, but realised that it may shut soon, so therefore decided to walk into K2 Chippy. The guy who served us was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. We placed our order and sat down, waiting patiently for our food, we had to ask them to clean our table, which to be fair, they promptly did without any hesitation. We were then ushered that our food was ready to be taken from the counter, to our disgust, the lamb and chicken curries was served in yellow plastic containers, the ones in which most take away's serve chips in. We asked for additional cutlery to take out the curries in, which they kindly obliged along with spoons, however they had no spoons, so we found ourselves scraping curries into other yellow containers with plastic forks. It really was frustrating, both dishes were below average, the chicken dish was unpleasant, the chicken was hard and difficult to chew, the lamb dish had a foul smell. They'd forgotten our kebabs to which we then had to advise the pleasant individual who took our order, he apologised. The only thing positive from this whole experience is the decency and pleasant demeanor of the individual who took our order, however this is where the pleasantries cease. The food was vile and disgusting, I'm sorry K2 Chippy, I shall not be visiting again.

Large lie a small chicken kebab asked for meat to be thinly cut and waited over a hour also took 15 mins to get when said left and food was soggy chips also

I've been a regular customer at K2 Raj for years, great people when you call in to shop, can't do enough for you, special service. However, just ordered via Just eat, came ultra fast, fantastic. Then the food .... oh dear .... stated on the order comments "extra salad please", no word of a lie there was next to no salad, barely a few strands of cabage, nothing more! No lettuce, no tomatoes, no cucumber. Ordered a chicken kabab and a dinner (with extra salad) , the chicken was small pieces of chicken Tika not grilled chicken. ( not detailed on Just eat),. Both donner kebab and chicken Tika in a nan with next to no salad went in the bin after 3 bites. Very unusual for K2 Raj, normally very good, not sure what happened tonight!? I say telephone direct, be specific on your order, avoid justeat. K2 Raj - disappointed, I know you're far better than tonight's disaster. You've got to maintain your usual high standards and quality, a bit of salad may seem petty, but any meal is made complete by it's accompaniments, not just the main filling, especially when the filling isn't what you expected. Chicken kabab isn't Chicken Tika substitute.

I am a regular takeaway eater and this is by far the best in Blackburn. Mixed Grill on naan is my usual go to order. The Persian Lamb is also good. I love their chips and you always get a big portion.

I thought i would try here, i ordered my food but on the way home a girl was trying to commit suicide so i calmed her down and called authorities. Once she was safely with then i called here to cancel as i was still with the police and shook up. I explained the situation to which i got the reply "bulls**t". So heres a photo of the scene and thanks for been so compassionate k2. I really will never recommend your place ever again.

I went in at 11.50, they were about to close, I wanted fish n chips, it was actually for my dad, who was in hospital and was craving fish n chips. Even tho there was 1 fish already made, Umar made a fresh one, he also didnt charge me. Got the fish n chips bk to dad who loved the food, Dads not eaten in 2 days as he has gone off food yet he managed to eat most of that lovely fish. Jzk Umar, food from the heart.

I ordered a Asian style pizza, when the pizza arrived there wasn’t much topping, in fact there wasn’t any cheese also, Poor servise

We have been ordering from K2 Taj since it was on Oak Street, we order from Express Gifts on a regular basis, last several years orders arounf £12 would be delivered for free to Clayton Le Moors, today a new chappy turned around and said we are tooooo busy and minimum order is £15, we asked to speak to Immy who couldnt come to the phone as he was toooo busy. Jzk boyz - Sick Service as they say on range!!!!!

We called in to get a take away we both had chicken tikka kebabs, with a side order of 2 meat samosa and a portion of chicken pakora. The food was very good with a good spice level, the samosa's were a little oily but still delicious. The chicken pakora was excellent as were chicken kebabs on Naan bread. The portion sizes were good and the total came to £10! Which we thought was great value for 2 kebabs and 2 starters. We will be returning as we both enjoyed our food

Cooker out of action, usual chip shop closed as it was a Sunday, Havelock k2 chippy open, must be the worse fish and chips we have eaten for a long long time, fish not cooked properly, very thick batter, chips and chicken was cold. Will not be wasting my money at that chippy again.

Ordered a takeaway for a family of 4. Excellent service, fast delivery,very tasty food, friendly staff & generous portions. Garlic bread was delicious....just like back in the day!! All at a very affordable price. Definitely worth another visit.

Cheap and cheerful food. Quick service. Newly renovated place. Visit here every couple of months due to it being a halal chippy.

We opted for the meal deal of 2 burgers, 12 inch pizza 2 lots of chips, doner meat& bottle of coke. It was 11.99 for all this including delivery. We have ordered from here a few times b4 and will definitely be ordering again. Well recommended!!

Food lovely from here. They are friendly and there deliveries are fast and spot on. They have good choice of food and there mix grills are nice. Reasonably priced

We have dined at various food establishments around the world but this place has to be my favourite place. Yes a chippy!! You really cannot fault anything about this place. The guys who run this place are true gentlemen. The portions are generous and its great value for money. I will continue going here for a very long time.

You really can't go wrong here....food is tasty, well cooked and fresh. Value for money is exceptional. You leave satisfied and full. One of the best mixed kebabs in the area! Staff are friendly and attentive. You will wait a while for met but this is because it's is cooked fresh on the griddle! Will be back!

Not a good chippy in terms of fish and chips but for kababs they really can't be beaten. Service is always decent if not a little unorganised, reasonably priced and large portions, though its not quick expect to be waiting for your good, but saying that its worth waiting.

Think it was a persian/chips i had really tasty had a nice kick and was different to usual chippys

good food and plenty of it, never had a bad meal, would not go to any other takeaway

I have been going to K2 for about 17 years and the price has hardly risen in this time. Their chicken tikka naan is the best. Well recommended
