Just Thai Exeter in Teignbridge

Had a lovely time this evening, the food was perfect and the whole team were wonderful, would definitely recommend, the curry was very tasty but quite mild which was perfect for me, my partner asked for extra chilies which were fresh, super spicy and lovely.

This was our first time having Just Thai after hearing lots of good things about it. It was nice to see how busy it got as it started to get later in the night. Atmosphere was good and the place is very clean and tidy. Food was delicious and the portions were a great size. Will definitely be back soon! Thankyou!

We visited as a family for lunch on Saturday and was directed to a lovely table outside which was bright and airy the choice of food a drink was great and the staff were engaging and brilliant. We opted for sharing platters to start and assorted dishes as mains, nothing disappointed, the prices were good the lager was ice cold and the whole experience left us wanting to go back. We often go thai when eating out since falling in love with thai food in thailand. This is the best we have had in the uk. Had three starters and two mains - all delicious and fresh. Really good portions too. Great service and price. On a sunny evening such a lovely setting too. Great experience

This is our second time here & it’s certainly got a lot busier. I ordered a prawn egg fried rice & I got chicken but I didn’t complain as it was still really nice. The young man that took our order didn’t write anything down so maybe he should in future so he gets the order right. The food was lovely but the only fault I have is the horrendous music that was playing was awful & it made us want to eat up quick & leave. Shame really as we would of stayed for a few more beers.

We visited after seeing good reviews and were not disappointed. Lovely freshly cooked Thai food and good portions. Delicious starter platter which was enough for 4 of us, and we all enjoyed our mains. Good to be able to sit outside under cover on a warm day, which added to the atmosphere. Staff very friendly and prices reasonable. Really pleased to find this little restaurant at Matford, and we'll be back for sure!

Amazing totally authentic Thai cuisine! Sensible sized menu offering a range of starters and mains. Good, sensible range of drinks inc. water, iced teas, sodas, beer and wine. We shared the mixed platter (fish cakes, spring rolls, chicken satay and shrimps). You get a bowl of the most tasty ever prawn crackers to go with this. We then had Chicken Pad Thai...to die for! The best ever in the UK, and better than some we've had in Thailand! Lovely, relaxed atmosphere and superb service make this a favourite after only 1 visit!

Absolutely stunning food! As good as any meal we’ve had in Thailand. It was pouring down outside and we were cosy and well looked after. The meal was fresh, very tasty and generous portions too.

We popped in to try this place after a lovely walk along the river, all I can say is WOW. My husband and I had the panang curry and it was absolutely amazing and the pancake rolls are the best we have ever had. We will definitely be back, with friends next time.

Really very good food with a suitably small menu but rather chaotic in a Friday night after 6pm. The owner shouts when he talks to everyone. I have no idea why. Having such a shouty voice is going to be off-putting for some that’s for sure. Maybe it’s so everyone knows he is the boss? Whatever it is, I felt sorry for the staff. But as I said, the food is very good

Absolutely fantastic food. I can’t fault it and everything we have had (have had several take away meals now) has been incredibly fresh and incredibly tasty. Phone early as it can be very busy and take some time - as it’s all cooked fresh. I just wish it was more consistent with opening! Our favourite take away by a very long way.

Well done. A lovely meal, nice people, great size portions. Took a takeaway home to family. As Arnie says we will be back!

Wow! First time we have ordered from here and blown away by the quality. Very authentic and perfectly cooked. This will be somewhere we go back to.

Absolutely delicious food. Everything cooked fresh & homemade. We only had 2 starters satay chicken & pancake rolls both were amazing. Dipping sauce for spring rolls was different from the usual sweet chilli but it was sweet & delicious

Can highly recommend this Thai food experience. Freshly cooked and worth the wait . Would definitely use them again . Order early though but worth the wait .

What a fantastic find!! The food is cooked fresh to order and is amazing each time- this was our third visit. They now have a licence for alcohol so a nice cold drink while waiting. You might have a wait for food but oh my word it is worth it. Polite friendly staff who work very hard. We will be back.

Unreal Food & Service. Been Twice Now Within a Couple Of Weeks & Will Definitely Be Back Soon Again. Nice To Have Somewhere So Local That Genuinely Tastes Authentic Rather Than a Standard Chain. For Reference Was a Panang Beef Curry, Chicken Satay Starter & Crispy Pork Stir Fried Egg Noodles That Was Ordered.

If you like Thai food you’re gonna love this Made to order the food is AMAZING. I could go on all day about this place - just go and try it for yourself.

The best Thai food in Exeter and surrounding areas. I’ve always struggled to find authentic Thai food and as soon as Just Thai was recommended at the beginning of August, my partner and I didn’t hesitate to come here for dinner and have since come back today for our anniversary lunch. My partner had the Panang beef curry and I had the crispy pork stir fried egg noodles, we also shared the chicken satay. There is a lovely environment and friendly staff and I can see this becoming a regular visit. Would highly recommend!

All the staff are so polite and kind but can also have a good laugh, the food is delicious and you can definitely tell it is fresh and made with care, had a great time and yet again the food was gorgeous, will definitely be coming back!!
