Absolute joke of a place!! Over and hour since I ordered and still no delivery!! I have tried calling store about 20 times and no answer

Still sitting here at midnight after ordering over an hour ago and it still says out for delivery. They won’t answer the phones and the mobile number provided is forwarding my calls. Never will I order again

If I could give a zero stars I would. Ordered 3 waffles and over and hour and half went by and heard nothing, I tried to call the restaurant lots and lots of times and no answer! After seeing all the reviews saying the exact same I will not be ordering again! Good Service is one of the main factors in a business and this one certainly doesn’t have that (not sure how it’s still running) So I drove down there to see what was going on… and as I arrived there they said it was out for delivery… I went home and finally arrived but by that point I was so over it & didn’t even want it anymore. The lady driver who came was lovely it’s not fault to her own but clearly they are taking on too many orders and can’t keep track. (As a business owner great service is key to keeping a company running) People will soon realise and stop returning & eventually your be left with nothing.

I would never recommend using this place! 2nd time it has been over an 1 hr late! Claiming stuck in heavy traffic at 9.45 pm on a Sunday evening! They won’t refund! And just eat don’t do anything! Seriously don’t waste your money with this place!

Ordered takeout for me and my family. Ordered a waffle, cookie dough, and milk shake. Order was on time and everything came at the appropriate temp and was put together very well! Would order from here again.

. We have been waiting for over an hour and we have not received our desserts. We have called the place many times and there is no answer. I recommend ordering from another restaurant as this one is rubbish and doesn’t give you your orders.

I ordered from just desserts this evening and I am very disappointed my one sundae took an hour and a half to be delivered absolutely ridiculous as the place was shut by the time I got it delivered I tried ringing twice to find out where my food was beforehand and nobody answered the phone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM RESTAURANT, ITS BEEN OVER 2 HOURS HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER, THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER AFTER CALLING OVER 20 TIMES AND ISNT ANSWERING THE PHONE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SILLY SCAMMERS

If I could give zero stars I would. I wonder if the good reviews are actually fake. No one answering the phone, ordered over an hour ago. Deliveroo apparently can't do anything as this place uses their own drivers. I have called over ten times, not sure how they are in business and I want a refund. Shocking

Food is absolutely disgusting. Rude customer service from manager and lady, and these people most definitely cook their food raw. The cookie dough was improperly cooked and I could taste large lumps on granulated sugar. Keep away from this place at all means and better go find a much cheaper place with better desserts like Kaspas or Creams!

I’ve ordered multiple times. Waffles are amazing. The cookie dough is twice the size of other places and amazing. The cakes, especially the biscoff cheesecake is the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted.

Ordered from you at around 7.20pm, after an hour tried calling as you said my food had been delivered, it hadnt, half way through call phone went dead so tried calling back about a dozen times from my phone then my mums phones, ignored every call so decided to drive to the shop, just as I pulled up outside my mum called to say the food had just been delivered just after 9pm, by the time I got home the item that was supposed to be warm was cold and the ice cream and slush were melting so had a couple bites and binned it. Expensive shop but willing to pay if the service is good, definitely wasn't today, very poor customer service, you should be contactable

Am very disappointed with the customer service I experienced tonight. Ordered my waffle and milkshake at 8:41pm and am still waiting at 11:38pm. Almost 3 hours and no delivery. I have phoned the landline 14 times which never gets answered. I phoned the mobile 6 times which eventually got answered by ‘tech support’ and couldn’t help me and said I need to call the store. Which is what I’ve been trying to do. I’ve had just desserts many times but won’t be ordering again.

The time was terrible was waiting for 3 hours when it got her the ice cream was melting it had cat hair in it never ORDER FOR THIS

Usually have a good experience here but tonight has disappointed. We ordered on Ubereats at 8:14 and delivery frame was 8:55 - 9:15. It’s not 9:57 and no delivery and restaurant isn’t answering our calls. In the past when we have ordered an hour is usually standard for them to deliver but coming up to 2 hours is taking the mick. It’s a shame as I said above we usually have a good experience.

I’m not usually a waffle fan but this restaurant has changed my views on waffles as it was so so tasty! It arrived hot, fresh and on time , I literally have no complaints. I will definitely be ordering in the future!

Been going to these guys for a while and have always been on point. This time they never even turned up to my address with the delivery. I would t recommend. And then just eat refused to refund me. So thanks a lot guys . Won’t be using your service again

Incompetent an useless delivery driver are rude

Ordered a few times - today about 21:30 I ordered cheese cake and also cookie dough and ice cream . I live in the bridge development dartford so it’s not really close to this place but honestly every time I’ve ordered the dessert is still hot. Presentation is spot on no mess , no spilling out of the package . I’ve had other just desserts in other locations but the crayford one is defo the best 10/10 for everything

This was the best bueno waffle I have had.. Filling and lots of topping well worth the money.. Delivered all the way to welling.. Also must add turned up before it time and lady was very polite. Will definitely order from here again. Thankyou to the staff.

Apparently this is a white chocolate and strawberries waffle… when I called the restaurant it was because I ordered the wrong item? Not sure how white chocolate waffle can be ordered wrong. It’s a shame as we have ordered here before and they were great but such a poor experience this time.

Really lovely food, very fresh quality and filling. I love their milkshakes and waffles and their cookie dough!! Friendly delivery drivers and I have never ever encountered a problem from this dessert parlour! Be nice to see some other types of desserts made by them like crepes, pancakes etc but defo worth the money!!

The staff here are fantastic, engaged in Friendly conversation. Great waffles, made while you wait. Lots of options to pick from too. If you need a sugar fix, look no further this is the place.

This place is hit and miss sometimes it’s great other times portions are tiny and lack sauce, there is just a lack of consistency which is really frustrating.

The treats from here are always sweet, but never sickly, delivery is always prompt and early, and the staff are always lovely! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth ^^

Best Ferrero Roche waffle! The delivery service is always prompt and accurate. During lockdown we've ordered almost weekly - it's just that good! Would also recommend the red velvet cake as the size is generous.

This place is utterly delicious! Me and my other half went for a create-your-own waffle and it was devine. One thing I will say tho is the delivery driver was waiting outside ours for over 15minutes on her phone before she dropped our order through the door. Not good from a driver have your phone call after the fokd has been delivered. Compromised quality and a potential complaint that would have had nothing to do with the actual establishment. All in all tho this place is special, grab your slice of sweetie heaven!
