We took our mums for an evening meal for a Mothers day treat snd what a treat it was . Food was delicious ! The mums had the small plates and main menu was on offer too which I had the most delicious chicken noodle stir fry , it really was the best bowl of noodles that I have had . The passion fruit panacotta dessert was amazing too , ending it off with a yummy cocktail . Service was fab too as well as the food . It’s great that Lockerbie has a place to go and enjoy a delicious meal in the evening. Thank you Just Be , we had 2 very happy mums 😊

A lovely cafe with a warm welcome and great selection of coffees and food. Wonderful specials on offer (I loved the fish cakes) as well as a great selection of tasty cakes. Highly recommended!

Travelling south we couldn't face a motorway service station so we called into Lockerbie. We passed Just Be, called in but the menu had nothing vegetarian or vegan. Fortunately my wife spotted in the corner of the menu that they had a separate vegan/vegetarian menu. The choice, food and service were excellent. One of the best cafes we have been to and certainly worth a couple of extra miles to come off the motorway.

We had our office Christmas party here. Good communication on the run up to the date. Ample choices everyone was catered for Staff on the day cheery and helpful, food was perfectly portioned and tasted amazing.

A busy little bistro with customers being turned away. Comprehensive menu with something for everyone. Opted for the breakfasts. The food was delicious the least greasy breakfast ever. Delicious bacon, haggis and sausage. Perfect fried egg and a decent portion of beans. Service was a little slow and card machine not working was a little problematic. Didn't affect the quality of the food.

Shame it was the turning on of the lights as the menu was only soup and sandwich. Saying that, the soup was was home made, served well and staff very pleasant. I will be going back that is for sure.

We visited Just Be last year and really enjoyed it. We visited this time for breakfast and coffee and cake. The Full Scottish and Eggs Benedict were amazing. The cakes are delicious, it was a struggle to pick only one. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. A fantastic stop-off.

I had an unplanned visit to the cafe. What a very friendly place. Latte was just right. Had a Haggis roll it was yum and the carrot cake was the best I have had. Pleased I popped in. Highly recommend it.

Asked for the gf menu and it was very very similar to the none gf one...I had a breakfast that had everything on it as a normal brekky had but gf holy cow it was amazing

This place is that good I am writing this as I am still sitting here!! We are a vegan family and the choices are vast! We had the vegan breakfast and vegan cheese and beam jacket potato. The portion sizes are so good and certainly value for money. Staff are so so friendly and knowledgeable and even brought out a free bit of vegan cake for our views on If your reading this, go!!!!

I didn’t see the sign that said to wait to be seated so found a table and sat for a while before I realised my mistake. After that I quickly got served. The food was well worth the wait. The Eggs Benedict was cooked to perfection, the ingredients on the Caesar salad were extremely fresh. The cheesecake was the best by far that I have had for years. Thank you

Fantastic food and a friendly atmosphere. We popped in for brunch, the Eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked with a delicious hollandaise. The Pancake Platter has two huge pancakes with sweet and savoury toppings. Just Be also serves the best coffee in Lockerbie.

This was a great find - looking for somewhere just off the motorway as we had a long drive. I had a posh fish finger sandwich and my wife had a small scottish. Despite the fact we were both stuffed, we went for dessert. The cakes are even bigger than the mains! Will be back at a later date as it's only an hour away from home.

Great little cafe if looking to stop off the motorway. Food choice was great and loads of lovely cakes. Caters really well for gluten free which is how we found this place from recommendations. Highly recommend
