Got the Junglees Iftar box, was very good high quality food, the meat in the loaded fries were amazing. A bit on the pricey side for £17.99 but well worth a try. The smash burger could’ve had another patty. The mozzarella sticks were the only real downside to the meal as they felt like they’re cooked from frozen and had no cheese pull. All in all was a great experience to eat there with good food and great service receiving the food exactly on time for Iftar.

I got recommended this place by a friend, I thought I would try. After working at some of the top restaurants in london I recognise good food when I see/taste it. This wasn't it. My burger was drowned in sauce and all I could taste was artificial sickly chipolte sauce that was clearly bought in and not housemade. The chips were bad, coupled with the cheap tasting, again bought in sauces were clearly bottom of the barrel stuff. The burger tasted of nothing but sauce and was horrible to eat due to the amount of sauce that was on it, it kept sliding around the bun, speaking of the bun, again it was awful. If you want to eat sauce as your main and a side of chicken/meat then this is the place for you! Terrible and not worth the price at all. I could make a better burger with my eyes closed. Atmosphere was chaotic I left feeling dissatisfied and slightly ripped off. I've washed my hands 3 times and they still stink of sauce, I need to now have a shower. Don't waste your money.

Found half of someone’s plaster in my burger 👏🏼 Can you guys wear gloves ffs. Nasty piece of work. These guys are in no way hygienic. I also heard from someone who found a piece of glass in their burger.

Today we ordered 2 burgers and it was really bad!!! Then bun was too dry and they didn’t even toast it. The meat wasn’t cooked properly. The taste was horrible.

Got the iftar box. Was a lot of food but but was worth it.

I called up beforehand to give my order as I didn’t want to order in and wait due to my toddlers. When we got there, food was ready and my partner went to pay. The main problem was they wouldn’t accept card payment, apparently they had a policy if you order over the phone you pay by cash. The card machine was literally there and they wouldn’t accept card payment. I was very annoyed with this. Burgers were great, however the chips and the tenders were not the best. The food was overpriced and definitely not worth the money.

The food was flat out disappointing. The wings were decent, same with the chilli cheese bites. The loaded beef fries was mediocre the only good thing was the beef bits. The burgers were utterly disappointing, can’t even taste the burger meat even without the additional sauces. Very soggy and extremely upset especially it’s the cost of the meal. Avoid this place it’s extremely overhyped

10/10 the only thing I don't like they don't have a order system so first to the till gets served first, and when they put the food on the counter and people come and ask questions and people start talking over your food just watch out ca I'll take my money back and leave they need to respect people's food a little more, other than that the food is sooooo good, but I got my food but still no milkshake hahahaha

When Junglees first opened, it was great! Local burgers as good as Bleecker Burger. Great tasting burgers, medium well done, plenty of toppings. But the last order has seen the smashed burger getting more and more smashed flat you cannot taste the actual burger for the sauce. Flatter than a McDonalds hamburger! Toppings are meagre. They seem to be cutting back on ingredients. Such a shame. I would rather restaurants increase prices for the better experience than pay the same money for something that is a pale reflection of a once great burger!

My original order was misunderstood so the owner kindly included the chips for us without any further charge. Thanks. We drive regularly from Hackney so end up skipping the Leyton branch. It's worth the drive for us.

Good stuff. A triple cheeseburger which actually fit and wasn’t overly packed! Juicy patties and also got a kids meal just to get a taste of the chicken, it was fantastic and a bargain for £7.99. Only drawback is Robinsons is on the boycott list, if they could remove that and find a better alternative that doesn’t fund Israel, it would be perfect! They already seem to have own brand sodas, something I will try next time! All in all, highly recommend.

I am a regular coustomer at junglees as my both sons love their beef eater burgers,today this 5 star review is not about their good burgers it's a small act of kindness by brother suleiman or salman which I appreciate whole heartily ,my 8 yr old son was sick today he just wanted to drink their strawberry juice,the young brother suleiman at till he packed so securely and generously for me that it made my day,thankyou so much brother suleiman/sulman,much appreciated.i always found the staff here v cooperative and friendly,well done junglees for hiring such dedicated and hard working staff,will visit soon,Highly recommended place.Thanks

Drove 30 minutes to be told to wait another 40 minutes for my food. Having not told me about a cash policy when i recall coming last paying via card transaction. Wasted a 3 hour trip of mine on christmas eve.

First time eating here and was absolutely disappointed. Ordered a burger meal. Chips were not burger was tasteless and even the coke was flat. I paid £11ish and could have got 2 meals with that abd would have enjoyed it. Junglees is hyped up in my opinion. On a positive, staff were friendly and courteous.

I recently tried the Smash Burger and Sticky Korean Wings at this restaurant, and both were fantastic. The Smash Burger had a perfectly crispy patty with great flavor, while the wings were tender and packed with a delicious, sweet, and savory sauce. Both were definitely worth the price. Highly recommend!

The food was pretty decent however this was ruined due to a roach crawling on the table and around my food. I was completely disgusted and returned my food. On the plus side was given a refund.

Amazing customer service and fresh food. The sticky Korean wings were a personal favourite and were cooked to perfection. Their smash burgers are also probably one of the best I’ve ever tried in London. Defo would recommend!

I ordered on Uber Eats and it was not worth the money. Charged £8.50 for loaded fries and you would expect a decent portion. It was smaller than a burger box. The rest of the food was average at best

The food quality is not what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this place to food lovers. The customer service is terrible, and the owner's attitude is unacceptable. Come on, I’m paying for the food, not asking for it for free. Sort yourself out! If you keep this attitude, your business won’t last forever.

usually i will not have meat outside but my friend recommended , had fried chicken burger and tase is soo good.Food was hot and they have unlimited sauces and toppings for 🍔.Like the ambience and staff also so polite .Good experience and definitely recommended

Would not recommend. I had a smash burger - Onions and gherkins were super chunky, not properly caramelised or thinly bite sized. The meat was very oily and the bun wasn’t super soft. We didn’t try any of the grilled chicken but probs a safer bet.

I have eaten in a couple of times and always have the warmest service and most delicious food. For the first time I ordered from home and not only was the food absolutely delicious the customer service was outstanding. I had forgotten to order my drink and it would have cost me £10 including delivery fee. The manager was so helpful and gave me my favourite drink free. I felt so well taken care of. I will be ordering again!
