This gym has closed down. They didn’t mention about validating parking and I received a parking ticket

What is the price for the gym? And the contact number shown in maps is not working.

Not great membership prices. Already paid up from last year. Gym gets new owners who bully and intimate regulars to pay more money. They will lose business and no air con with dirty fans! Disgraceful letting people work out in those conditions, health and safety is about making sure people don’t get too hot and faint. No care whatsoever . Much better gyms out there than this one!!!

Decent gym under new management

Are they still open ?? . I called and left a message more than 2 weeks ago , no response !!

Kids enjoy KravMaga classes, well equipped gym, despite recent change of management the operations and customer experience are high quality.

I received a Parking Charge despite being a member at the gym and having the right to use the facilities. The PCN should never have been issued in the first place & I never got the PCN until around three months later when it was with the bailiffs with no chance of appeal, although this part was not the the gym's fault when I got in touch to resolve this issue with the penalty issuing company and the bailiffs I never got any assistance whatsoever from management at the gym to resolve this situation on my behalf (they were cc'd into everything). Only one member of staff was helpful and discussed the situation with me in detail. No one else seemed interested in the numerous times I called and the one time I visited the gym to remedy the situation.

Be careful about this establishment, you can’t see any parking restrictions at night time as it’s quite dark. You get a ticket in the post for £60 even though you visited the premises. Won’t be going back!

Bought a 1 day pass at an astronomical £7.50. Inside it was pretty busy at 7pm on a Thursday. There was a mix of different branded plates scattered everywhere and was difficult to find the plates I needed. Aesthetics and tidyness of the gym is at a low level, but I was still able to get a good leg day workout in.

Complete no frills gym. You get what you pay for- staff are absolutely amazing and that’s before you even work with the PTs, the knowledge in the gym is immense and far better than any David Lloyd, Nuffield, or mainstream gym. Amazing MMA set up for kids and adults. Gym equipment is functional if not the latest. Leaving the commercial gym was the best choice ever

Proper oldskool gym…proper big boy weights and they got their own different fight classes. 40 a month without contract plus ten pounds extra for fight classes it’s well worth it.

I recently visited Synergy Fitness and was impressed with the spacious layout of the gym. However, I did notice that some of the weight lifting machines were outdated and in need of replacement. Additionally, there seemed to be a shortage of weight plates available. Despite these minor issues, the gym still had a good selection of equipment and I was able to get in a solid workout. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would recommend Synergie Fitness to anyone looking for a gym with ample space, but I do hope they consider updating some of their equipment in the future.

Dealt with for three years and generally ok I'm well within my rights for a refund after two failed delivery attempts and instead of refund I get excuse after excuse. Hopefully this review persuades a refund.

Staff nice and friendly. Equitment too close together. Not enough treadmills. More adequate for men. Plenty Heavy lifting stuff

Too crowded at peak hours there are too many people and too many machines next to each other but over all it's a semi decent gym

I visited this gym two weeks ago, after been shown around i decided to join , after a week i received a parking fine for parking in the gym car park , unbeknown to me you need a permit , i was not told when signing up that you need to register your car on entry . when i spoke to the owner about this , his reply was there are signs telling you this everywhere, my point is that when you get to the gym at 6.30 am in January when its pitch black and no lighting and the small print on the sign is so small you can barely see it , this is a money making racket and wont be renewing my membership next year.

I was told over the phone entry is £7.50 as per stated on the website to attend BJJ class. Got to the gym and I was told is £15! Website also say's first class is free, which was not the case.

I train Krav Maga with Paul, he's amazing and it's one of the best parts of my week!

A very great oldschool gym, we are sad our plans got disturbed and we can't go more there, but our experience was amazing, friendly staff and a very friendly and nice owner, machines are old but gold. You feel your muscles growing instant when you go into that gym. When we are back for the next holidays in hainault we will definitely come back. Greetings to the whole team, you're great! 👍

Range of different options. Muay Thai, boxing, Krav Maga as well as circuit training and regular gym and fitness equipment. All ages and abilities catered for on some level. Unsure about women only classes. Membership or PAYG available Friendly staff, halal cafe and parking available. Also within easy reach of Fairlop station

Has all the weights you need to work out. Outdated equipment but it gives a raw feel to it which I like. The dojo is a great space too!

If you want to take your fitness to another level, look no further.

From when I have been there the staff are good, the gym is an average sized independently owned gym. The other gym goers are just doing their thing and never seen any issues. OK it does need a spring clean which can be easily sorted and the some of the equipment maintainance cycle has to be increased but I have seen far worse at big company gyms.

Food was amazing. Service was non existence. Ordered for collection after waiting for someone to come to the counter for 10mins. She just handed the food and walked away without saying a word.

I was going daily but I was put off when I saw lots and lots of cobwebs in the gym. Also they do not have enough treadmills and one of them is always not working. The equipment is mostly not available. As a local gym it’s ok but they can improve the atmosphere.

Great BJJ lesson here , Dan is a great instructor.

My local gym, love going there, the only issue I have is that out of 3 or 4 treadmills only 1 is in working order, rest are broken most of the time, apart from that everything is good 👍🏻

Great gym, everyone is friendly and serious about working out. If you want to get fit and learn new skills this is the right place for you

Nice gym with a multi-functional set up for people who have different fitness interests e.g martial arts, gym classes, free-weights etc. Very reasonable prices as well.

Gym is not bad at all, I joined through Hussle had a good work out. There was a cafe onsite food smelt good. Covid rules obeyed by users. Downside No parking. I think there was 4 parking bays all taken 🙄 parked in sports ground 500 yards away... good exercise. 👍🏾

Great staff. This place has the right machines and best vibes. Haven't used headphone since I started.

Old equipment but its solid. Outdoor equipment is for sure a unique point of the gym.

It’s an Amazing Gym, but above all Pete Davis (personal trainer) works here full time, he helped me get back in shape, he is out of this world. Thank you, Pete and synergy fitness.

Great place to train with a friendly inviting atmosphere

Great people we'll run. My only gripe would be just needs the equipment updating not all but some pieces need replacing. Overall good.

Its a good size and staff are generally friendly. Could do with some maintenance in certain areas and better overall planning of the layout. Should have merged the whole building and made it one open space. Not multiple compartments with rooms in no use whatsoever. Also hygiene standards are poor in certain areas. Get rid of the cobwebs.

Cheap prices in comparison to other local gyms! I like the atmosphere and they have every single piece of equipment you could want. Just feels like you're slightly squashed together though - however I would choose this gym over any other in the area.

Has all the equipment you could ask for along with a dojo with plenty of space to train when its not busy I'd avoid during rush hours as most of the equipment is always taken ...

Friendly, got what you need to get things done. Might not be the top tier gyms if thats what youre looking for, but has everything you need. The food is actually nice too, everyones friendly even other gym members.

Poor quality equipment, everything is really old and often broken. During peak hours gets overly crowded... would not recommend

Martial arts and fitness hat more can you ask for. Turkish food bar too

My local gym . Great atmosphere and mix of gym users . Free weights / martial arts /fitness training and many good classes . Well priced compared to other over gyms locally. Added bonus . Awesome cafe with very good food . Parking on the premises and also a large car park next door in the football club grounds.

Never eat from there synergy fitness cafe horrible and filthy. The guy was cleaning his nose while preparing my food. I feel sick

Great for body building not for cardio.

Fantastic gym. Was my local until I moved out of London. They offer your standard gym fare with the added bonus of it being a MMA gym. Classes include BJJ, muay thai, krav maga and other disciplines to students of all abilities ( children too). Helpful and friendly staff and the regular members are a fantastic bunch. A few minutes walk away from the central line station (the name eludes me) and plenty of parking available on site.

Well equipped and busy gym with friendly staff

Great place to work out with all the equipment needed. The upstairs space s used for classes which my son goes to the kids jujitsu on Sunday's. The teachers and staff at the gym are really friendly. There is a cafe at the entrance so you can eat or have coffee.

This gym is very good very clean and the best part is the staff are very helpful and nice why not give it a try.

Highly recommended: I train in central London usually and only ate at this gym for months before giving the actual gym part a try at the weekends recently. Synergy is actually a little bit special in a couple of ways: 1. The food is exceptionally good, healthy, fairly priced and the cafe' area is so comfortable I often work from there on a laptop - so it fills the gap left in my eating out needs created by Gyms Kitchen shutting down in Gants Hill, it's just as good and much, much more reasonable. 2. The management are mostly family, genuinely care about your experience there and have always been exceptionally welcoming and friendly. I just finished my workout, the gym had everything I needed and I took tasty protein pancakes home

Victim of its own success. Massively crowded with too many machines downstairs (pictures on here are old). Upstairs is tatty with broken flooring and damaged mats and bags. A real shame because it used to be great but during busy hours it is almost impossible to plan a routine due to sheer weight of numbers

great gym i train everyday and the staff are friendly and the gyms clean and got decent equipment, bobby banjo there is a great inspiration and got me motivated to train hard and shift the pounds, an all round great experience

I have been a member at Synergy Gym for 4 months and I train almost every day as I really enjoy the facilities. The staff are very friendly and always do their best to make me feel welcome. The gym trainers are always happy to spend time with me advising on the equipment and showing me new training techniques encouraging me to achieve my fitness aims. Since coming to Synergy my confidence has grown as I have started to see real results, losing weight and toning up. I always leave with a positive feeling and look forward to the my next visit.

I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the martial arts studio at Synergy Fitness Gym. Big space, great mats and full use of the showers for after training. The cafe there also serves good food for either before or after training.
