Nice, clean and new restaurant. It was a bit loud when busy but there’s seating in places that aren’t as loud. One meal showed up approximately 15mins before the other, I was not able to flag anyone down but one waitress was vigilant enough to notice and check.

Nice nandos, friendly staff, although wait for food is a little longer than other nandos I've been too on a day they weren't even that busy, and they forgot my side. But all in all minor issues

From the minute we walked in, the staff were brilliant the service was friendly and warm. It is clear that good service is important to the staff and it shows. A special shout out to Mohammad, the pride he took in his work made our visit that extra bit special.

South Woodford Nando's is incredibly slow when it comes to serving delivery riders. They have a separate window at the back of the shop, but ringing the bell multiple times often goes ignored. The staff seems indifferent, and the long waiting times make it clear they don’t prioritize delivery riders. Very disappointing service.

Picked up a delivery. I accidentally booked the wrong slot. An hour later than I thought. Turned up early Yet the staff were extremely friendly and was able to get my order done immediately. Even though is was totally my own fault. Really great customer service.

Very busy on Saturday evening. Food was ok and as expected but why is the menu so confusing? Took ages to try and explain that I didn't want lemon and herb chicken in a pitta with rainbow slaw. I just wanted spicy chicken with salad! Staff member didn't understand and kept trying to order me food I didn't ask for. All the while a queue building behind me. You should becable to choose any combination of food that is available. I wasn't the only one with this issue it seems as others approached the order counter to query their meals. Come on Nandos, sort this out! Return to the simple menu offer you used to have.

I went to this Nandos on Wednesday 30th of October and honestly would never go back there again. Service was shocking by a particular waitress to the point I felt she was being rude and purposely ignoring us so she didn’t have to serve us as she had already messed up our order with us previously. I do understand the pressures of working in customer service and maybe it was understaffed at the time however I don’t tolerate blatant disrespect. When we ordered with her at the counter she failed to mention there was no more chicken wings left so when she’s serving us our food she gave me chicken thighs and I said to her “no I didn’t order the 4 thighs I ordered 5 wings” she then turned to me and said that “did the lady not speak to you” I was confused on what lady she was talking about and confused thinking you’re the waitress who served me at the till so if there was a problem why didn’t you disclose it then. The waitress who was serving me the chicken thighs said to me that we don’t have anymore chicken wings left so you can get an alternative. I was in shock because I felt like the alternative was chosen for me anyways and felt obliged to take it because it was already there why waste it. When we got our food it was a long time after our starters and it came slightly cold anyways. With this happening we had already had our starters and was serving us our mains with the empty starter plates on the table as well, she didn’t take then even when she had served the starters. It was just ridiculous honestly. So when we finished our meal we needed a take away box and my partner was about to ask her and said “excuse me” and she walked straight past him, in no mood to stop put her finger up and said “one minute”. That was my last straw and I asked another lady got the bags and left. That original waitress never got back to us! I just hope the service gets better and the pressures of working in a a fast pace and busy environment gets easier for some of the staff. But I wouldn’t go back to that Nandos again respectfully.

I was getting my chips and a guy pushed my hand saying that’s not your chips and he has a long hair with wierd mustache. He was rude to me. But overall everything is good!

We enjoy Nandos South Woodford with the food always being nice and consistent. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. There is also plenty of parking in the surrounding areas so it’s convenient. Ambience is like any Nandos however a small criticism is that it can feel a bit grubby at times, especially when busy.

It's a place to bring the family, very child friendly and food always to notch! Only just discovered the mac and cheese which is sublime!

Always busy so be prepared to wait. Food is good and service is good like most nando's i have been to. You can park in the waitrose for 2 hours for free or on the street for 1 hours if you can find it

This Nando's needs an update. The drinks were a bit flat, and when confronted, the staff blamed it on the weather. Also, the baby changing station was broken but not marked out of order. I had to tell the staff to make it safe or put it out of order. The food was great, as always. The tables need a good clean, as they are a bit sticky. Overall, the food was good, but the restaurant needs an update.

Visited here multiple times and has been consistent in food, service and always has a good atmosphere. They now do Vanilla soft serve ice cream instead of frozen yoghurt and is unlimited!

Staff usually really pleasant, and the food is always good. The only issue we have is that it is not clear where to go when collecting a takeaway order, and you risk being ignored by accident while your food gets cold. Some signage would be useful.

Bright and clean nandos branch with food that was incredibly tasty and tailored to preferred spice and how well done the chicken which I haven’t experienced at another branch. The staff are so friendly and accommodating especially the waiter/waitress Zerai and Celma whose vibe make the experience of frequently dining there even better!

We came before Christmas last year and was greeted by the lovely “Santa” at least that was the name on her name tag, we also came today 22/03/24 and was again greeted by her again, I think she was a supervisor or manager, definitely go again !!!

Nandos as always the food is great. They were a little slow seating us and it did for a while feel like we had been forgotten. The atmosphere was awful. There was a lady who was laughing very loudly the entire time we were there (screeching is a perhaps more apt description). Also a few babies who were crying.

This was a pretty disappointing visit. Food was incorrect unfortunately. Queued for quite a wait and the hot pantry’s were full with no food being taken out for ages. I believe we waited over 20min for our food. Been to many Nandos but this may be the worst.

The service is bad when it's very busy .Ordered a takeaway today the chicken is burnt

After standing in a queue for five minutes, waiting to be sat down we could see the organisation At this Nandoes was pretty poor! I went with My son, I asked the waitress for a glass when she brought my food, and had also asked for Camera-realised onions. I did not receive any of the two that I asked for, Which meant I had to go to find a member of staff leave my son by himself at the table, so we could get a glass to have some water. When I found a member of staff, I asked for the two items I need to be told by the manager Anna that we Do not give extra onions. Even though I made a point of there was such a small portion in my fino pitta! We normally go to Walthamstow or Romford Nando’s, As we was passing, we thought we would go to this one which I really regret! Very disappointing considering the amount of money we spend in Nando’s and how many times we have been!

I had a very pleasant welcome from Celma and i was overwhelmed with the menu so she suggested a flavour and it was the best choice. So tasty! Came here a while back in the summer, but had a really lovely time and still think about my experience. Everyone genuinely seemed happy to be there and service was great, atmosphere was amazing. Whoever is managing this place clearly has compassion for their team, definitely go here before seeing something at the cinema 💖

Went for a quick bite before a film a little while ago and I have to say this was one of the best hospitality experiences I've had in a restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming, would go back if I was in the area

We went for my birthday celebration this evening. The atmosphere was amazing as always but the service did sway slightly. Unfortunately we ordered starters, main and desert and save about 5 minutes, it all arrived 1 after the other. We had taken a few bites of our starter and the mains arrived then 2 minutes later, desert arrived. Not what I’d call a well planned meal but it was all amazing, as always. We will definitely be going back again as it’s always amazing.

The atmosphere of this Nando’s is unrivalled, if me and my mates want a cheeky Nando’s we always come here.I have to apologise to the two lovely Portuguese ladies as I can’t remember your names, however you two bring amazing service every time I have visited thank you for that. This Nando’s has been mine and my boyfriend’s regular for 3 years and the service and food has always been amazing. But I want to give a massive shoutout to Celma who greats and treats every customers with so much energy and respect! She is a gem- thank you for being outstanding.

Ordered via their website, order came to about £50. Had 2 sides of chips with one meal, box boxes of chips were 30-40% filled, I counted 13 chips in one and 16 in the other, I am not a sad guy to sit there counting chips but the lack of chips made me sit there counting them, there's always a first time for everything in life. Corn on cob was missing, perinaise which is £1.15 a tub was also missing. Food arrived COLD. If the deliveroo person didn't have a thermal bag, why give them the order? I was a delivery man myself in the past so I know there's no way it would be that cold in less than 10-12 mins (I live 6 minutes away) 2 stars given as the chicken was nice

7 of us went to nandos South Woodford, my bf asked if we could sit outside as we had a dog with us, they said ok, so everyone sat down and ordered drinks and when i came with the dog- a very friendly and relaxed frenchie, they said no dogs at all! So i had to go home while everyone else had to stay as they had already ordered and paid!

Not halal!! Considering the area and communities that live there, should’ve been halal!!
