Jumbo Chinese Takeaway in East Northamptonshire

Ordered over an hour ago and been told we have another hour to wait. This was always our go to place but will caution anyone from ordering as all they were interested in was cancelling out order even though it has paid for ???? No idea why it has deteriorated so much that they no longer value their regular customers. I will not order from here again. Anyone ordering from here unless you order at least two hours prior and get food that was cooked a long time beforehand please be careful.

First time ordering from here and will be our last. The noodles, mixed balls and sweet and sour sauce were nice but a bit on the greasy side. The rice was more like rice pudding and very unpleasant to eat so we threw it away. The curry was bland and the chicken was very dry. No prawn crackers given with our order, this is a first for us as have always been given prawn crackers whenever ordering a Chinese takeaway round here. The customer service wasn't great atall. All I was offered was a £2.00 refund for the rice that we threw in the bin. I did not respond to the lady as £2.00 after all the money we spent for food that was appalling wasn't worth it. I would not recommend you spending your money here and I do think that some training in customer service would be great for their staff in the future.

Absolutely love this place any where I go if someone wants a chinese and it not from here i won't eat 😂 food is always spot on for me and always has been early on delivery as always too and the delivery driver (drives a dark family carrier) best delivery guy going always seems happy, has a smile on his face and 100% deserves more recognition for the level of service he gives (if your reading this thank you again good sir 🤜🏻)

This is the best Chinese in the UK, chicken balls were separated from the sauce so they stayed nice and crispy, chilli and salt chips where crunchy and the seasoning was 10/10! The total of my order was £27, accidentally gave the driver £40 instead of 30 and he knocked on the door to give it back, I literally would not have known as I thought I only had £30 in cash at the time so thank you for the great food and great service!!!

Good food well cooked great price.

Beef in black bean sauce was mush in a weak plain brown gravy that tasted vile. Chicken curry was dry and weak. Chicken balls alright. Was our first and last time!

Missing part of the order, food was greasy , pork balls no taste apart from grease. Some of the noodles didnt look very cooked at all. Not very happy at all. Wont be ordering from here anymore.

Good as always, but they forgot to remove the prawns from my dish. Will always recommend.

Ordered this evening £40 worth of food. Salt chilli chips missing , normal chips given. Beef chow mein tastes like bleach and house special fried rice wet, hardly any meat or wetness? Wont be ordering again. Complained over phone..all we got was oh alright. :(.

Great service but when collecting glasses they weren’t correct position or prescription. Staff were great and re tested and found issue. Glasses being re made. I will update when I receive them

Awful taste was bland the bbq sauce looked and tasted more like gravy the rice was flavourless And the chicken in the rice was over cooked aswell as the satay chicken( chewy) Not worth the money
