Joe & The Juice in Hammersmith and Fulham

Personal grosero y perezoso. Esperó 25 minutos para la comida que vino fría. Las bebidas se dejaron en el mostrador durante 20 minutos sin que el personal nos dijera que eran nuestras. No volveremos.

Voy a salir yo mismo como viejo aquí, pero Millennial zombies es la mejor manera de describir al personal. Falta de contacto visual y preferir aplicaciones y Deliveroo sobre los humanos reales frente a ellos. Lento (5 - 6 minutos) para reconocer a las personas que esperan para ordenar. Yo, mis hijos y la pareja detrás de nosotros todos esperamos demasiado tiempo. Tardamos 10 - 12 minutos en hacer un sandwich tostado (pollo). El sándwich era bueno si un poco frío cuando finalmente llegó.

Literally people walked in after I had waited 10 minutes to get served and they immediately got served. They were busy but they need to be aware of the most basic rule in service: first come first served. Fulham is rubbish.

Awful..we walked in and was told we would be waiting 25 minutes for anything as they were too busy with Deliveroo orders! We said surely you can prioritise customers in your shop and they said no we don’t! No apology or anything! All the reviews are terrible! AVOID

Very disappointed with the place. Must have waited 15-20' to get 3 sandwiches and 3 juices. Was told they ran out of lemon after they made the juice. People were getting upset because they were not taking orders. Staff was completely overwhelmed - needs a proper manager. And to top it up it's very expensive... Definitely won't go back.

Awful customer service been waiting to order a drink but the gentleman behind me been served already. I told them I was first to order and they said they can’t take any drinks orders atm but why they been letting me wait and no one said anything? Worse place I’ve ever been into!!! They look like they don’t know what they doing worse staff members ever

One person behind counter with no mask on shelling a bike around. Others not wearing masks properly while preparing drinks. Paid but walked away due to the face coverings.

Called in today for coffee and the service was terrible despite the place being virtually empty. The staff were much more interested in themselves than the customer. Won't be coming back
