Personal grosero y perezoso. Esperó 25 minutos para la comida que vino fría. Las bebidas se dejaron en el mostrador durante 20 minutos sin que el personal nos dijera que eran nuestras. No volveremos.

Voy a salir yo mismo como viejo aquí, pero Millennial zombies es la mejor manera de describir al personal. Falta de contacto visual y preferir aplicaciones y Deliveroo sobre los humanos reales frente a ellos. Lento (5 - 6 minutos) para reconocer a las personas que esperan para ordenar. Yo, mis hijos y la pareja detrás de nosotros todos esperamos demasiado tiempo. Tardamos 10 - 12 minutos en hacer un sandwich tostado (pollo). El sándwich era bueno si un poco frío cuando finalmente llegó.

Literally people walked in after I had waited 10 minutes to get served and they immediately got served. They were busy but they need to be aware of the most basic rule in service: first come first served. Fulham is rubbish.

Awful..we walked in and was told we would be waiting 25 minutes for anything as they were too busy with Deliveroo orders! We said surely you can prioritise customers in your shop and they said no we don’t! No apology or anything! All the reviews are terrible! AVOID

Very disappointed with the place. Must have waited 15-20' to get 3 sandwiches and 3 juices. Was told they ran out of lemon after they made the juice. People were getting upset because they were not taking orders. Staff was completely overwhelmed - needs a proper manager. And to top it up it's very expensive... Definitely won't go back.

Awful customer service been waiting to order a drink but the gentleman behind me been served already. I told them I was first to order and they said they can’t take any drinks orders atm but why they been letting me wait and no one said anything? Worse place I’ve ever been into!!! They look like they don’t know what they doing worse staff members ever

One person behind counter with no mask on shelling a bike around. Others not wearing masks properly while preparing drinks. Paid but walked away due to the face coverings.

Called in today for coffee and the service was terrible despite the place being virtually empty. The staff were much more interested in themselves than the customer. Won't be coming back

The worst pizza I have ever had in my life, I had one bite and couldn't actually stomach the rest. Not even edible, they told me they would send someone round to collect it and that I would then be refunded but no-one ever turned up. AWFUL! Waste of £25.

219 Munster Road, FulhamI have ordered cod and chips takeaway from this place on three occasions and the first time I thought the fish was cooked very good cod was moist and batter was nice and crispy , though it wasn't a huge portion and the chips were plentiful and order came with a slice of lemon and a sachet of tartare sauce. The containers were sealed with sellotape which is good and stops anything falling out. With my next order I was disappointed to see that the batter was extremely thin and a very pale yellow in colour and didn't taste like it had been fried at all , the chips were plentiful and were ok. I thought it might be just a one off so decided to reorder again and when the driver came with the bag he told me to hold it underneath as it was all torn and damp , I presume the heat had did it though the food was not hot only lukewarm . When I opened the container with the fish there was a very thin piece with a second piece about half the size of it. Again it was a pale yellow colour batter was not crispy as the batter was way too thin to get a nice crispy finish for £14.50 for the fish alone it was a rip off and to add the chips which were ok nothing great with the delivery fee it came to just over £19 which was a complete waste of my money , never again would I order from here.

90 New Kings RoadOwner and Staff are exceptionally rude - they charge extra for everything including putting the sauce on the side (!) rather than on the pitta itself. They made us feel really embarassed and stupid. Take your business elsewhere. They also only take cash and they can’t even be polite to customers! Avoid avoid avoid. Also way more expensive than lots of other places in the immediate vicinity.
