Joe & The Juice in Islington

Había 2 chicas serviciales, pero me ignoraron en la caja para ordenar y parecían un poco hostiles en general. Luego, mientras me sentaba y comía, ponían música muy alta y gritaban con ella. Si soy honesto, parecía menos sobre divertirse y más sobre tratar de empujar a alguien fuera del lugar. Un grupo muy infeliz

Esta es realmente una experiencia miserable. Tan pronto como entras, has enojado al personal porque ahora tienen que aceptar tu pedido. Tan antipático y grosero. No puedo entender por qué la gerencia no lo arregla ya que ha sido así durante años.

I often visit Joe and the Juice stores in London and I went to this one recently with some friends, it's a nice shop but it looks like it has varying service times. There was a model working there though, will be coming back just for her.

Don’t bother with the upper st location… Don’t bother with the upper st location Islington I waited over 30 mins for juice and wasn’t even busy served people after me first Overcharged me by 2£ Juices made with protein when I specified I cannot eat it and put on my order Hot no ice Flavours and texture WAY off. It’s never consistent. Husband felt sick afterwards My juice was missing an ingredient and tasted awful Service very very poor. On cell phones and not very welcoming. They all looked grumpy

Terrible! Waited 25 minutes for an order of 1 juice and was then given the wrong one. Staff are rude and don’t want to be there!

I'm working locally and looking for a nice little coffee shop to start the day. I've visited a few Joe and the Juices in this country and abroad and always found them pleasant welcoming establishment. This place is totally opposite. The staff are rude and arrogant. I called in this morning about 7.30. The girl behind the counter just stared at me, no good morning can I help you. When she did get around to serving me it looked like she had just sucked on one of those lemons she'd been cutting up. The music then goes on ,gangster rap! Which I don't have a problem with right time right place. 7.30 in a coffee shop is neither. I finish my coffee place my cup on the counter, not so much as a thank you, please call again. If I was going to give a tip, it's to the management, train your staff to be courteous and professional

It's been a few years that we avoid this Joe and the Juice like the plague. Incredibly rude staff. I understand it's not a Michelin star restaurant, but a simple "hello, what can I get you" would suffice, ok, no need to smile, as it looks like a lot of effort, just some manners? On rare occasions that we do pop over, it takes time to get the barista's attention, while they are chatting away to each other as if the customers are not waiting. Does Joe&the Juice management not read all the terrible reviews about this branch? We expected things would change, as google reviews are very telling, however, nothing is changing and the staff continues to be rude, and condescending. It's a shame, as this is our local J&J, and we can not enjoy it properly! Please train your staff!
