Never order from anywhere els been a customer for more than 20 yrs .

ordered from here loads but will not again. everyone is either sat on the loo or bent over the loo today.

Food was cold and when I called up to raise the issue with the staff, I was shouted at and spoken to like dirt. Will not be ordering again this is clearly why Jobas is only a nice takeaway when your heading home from a night on the town.

Order took 2 hours and 20 minutes and was cold on arrival. All of it. Really disappointing.

Order time was stated as 90 minutes, contacted them and was told it was leaving the shop in 15 minutes, which was 10 minutes after they had updated the app saying it had been delivered. It took another 40 minutes after that. Shocking delivery times and food was barely warm and had to be reheated.

Our go to Indian takeaway. Good size portions and quality flavours, recommend 👌

pre-ordered the food 50 mminures before opening time. eta was 20 past 6. didn't arrive until 6:40. Food only luke warm. driver didn't knock or ring bell opend front door and was going to leave food in porch. only one king prawn in the Joba's Delight.

I ordered curry and chips as a meal but asked simply for the curry sauce to be separate as I really do not like the mushy chips when it arrives. The driver arrived she asked for £2 extra,(making chips £5.75!!)why? she said for the sauce. We were confused and refused to pay extra, she took the sauce away. I called the restaurant they said we gave you a full portion sauce so we need more money, I asked why? Their reply ‘no one else has said that so why are you any different? You’re difficult.’

shammie starter no nice at all and the so called curry was all oil which most of it was in the bag and container wasent sealed propley delivery driver was fantastic and very polight but wont use jobas again very poor food for the price and they need some one that can cook

Tasty food with decent potions our go to Indian takeaway.

Looked like it was just all through together no sauce on the one sed no cucumber and was on it not happy Neva had to moan before tonight it was shocking

I just had to try the lamb chilli masalla again, to see if it was great as the first time. I am happy to say it was fantastic, one of the best dishes I have had for ages. Full of flavour and meat. all I can say is go for it. 10 out of 10 for me. thankyou Jobas. a great meal

one container had leaked, spilling food onto other containers, naan and poppadoms. All food was cold.

Food was incredibly greasy but delicious, wasn’t much sauce but was still good, recommend 100%.

I'd like to start by saying we've ordered from Joba's previously and not had issues BUT on this occasion, the service and food was not up to standard. Our food took well over an hour and 15 to arrive, something we were surprised by as we didn't expect many other orders to be placed at 10pm on a Wednesday night. I called to chase the order up and it was sent within 15 minutes, but the wrong bag was then delivered. I called back and it was corrected but the food was cold and disappointing.

Just moved to the area and trying out different take outs. We wasn’t keen on this restaurant. Every item tasted like it had been cooked and heated up including the chips. It was all rubbery and hard! Really disappointed as we left most of it!

Props on the time, was delivered really early, well done on that front. The meat itself was nice but the pitta was soaked in grease and fell apart. Chips were a little soft too. And the drink was fine. But overall it got the job done of sorting my hunger

Decent curry, polite driver who called on their way as requested so I wouldn't keep them waiting.

The order was just at 9pm (ordered about 7.30) but the driver went to fazeley and not mile oak. All the food was cold on arrival so not happy about that.

Best value and best tasting food in Tamworth. Usually delivered within an hour of ordering. I have tried other restaurants when they have offers but I always come back to Jobas. Simply the best

Order confirmed at 19.42 via email, stated 55-70 mins delivery on order page which I thought was a long time. But then stated live delivery time as 20.55-9.15, which is already 73 minutes from email confirmation to earliest delivery, it actually took 102 minutes from order confirmation to delivery. Food was also cold. First time I've ever used them. Will also be the last.

First time I've ordered from here the tandoori King prawn is mint and the chicken balti the same. Defo my new favourite food place highly recommend

Great portion size as normal. plenty of flavour. I'd say the bhuna was just alittle bit over spicy but nonetheless tasty

Worst curry I've had from a takeaway. I could pull a better balti from my back side, and probably will in the morning.

After being told it would be about an hour and a half for a donner kebab and a quarter pounder cheeseburger burger it actually took 2 hours after calling 1 and a quarter hours later which to be replied with"we are just getting it ready now" then to find out it was cold with no sauces on as asked on delivery.Today I spoke to the owner as was rather late to complain in the end,he believed that an apparent 15 percent discount for late arrival was acceptable.Denying asking for the sauce also and uniterested in my complaint of cold food also but disgustingly waiting for other customers to call.Appauling behaviour from a manager and owner.

He forgot the can of coke I was the last delivery of the night too

Food arrived 25 mins late and then it was cold and this is the last time we order from Jobas……

Half order arrived then an hour later the rest of the order arrived. Was no good to eat due to it going cold waiting.

The food was 15 minutes late. The chips were cold and the curry was nearly cold, as the lid wasn't on properly and it leaked over the other stuff in the bag else as well. The poppadoms were soggy, even though the poppadoms were free it's a bit of a let down.

I have ordered the mixed kebab and chips before and I wasn't impressed. But I thought it may be due to a late order. I ordered mix tikka kebab and chips! So dry! Like oven chips, most were bruised. The meat was rubbery like it had been warmed up, not fresh. Chips went in the bin. Very dry and tasteless. Almost cold.

Lovely food as always but there delivery times are to long , placed order at 6:00pm arrived just before 8:00pm

food was tasteless, biryani Didi not had any flavor, Chicken Tikka gravy was just added with coconut,no taste at all, color was added to it, paratha was too thick, and only thing I like is papad. if we have to make some food, you can please add some spices so that there is aroma or flavor, biryani was like rice and mix of chicken , nothing else. I had great expectations, but all in vain, being an Indian and was expecting Indian taste, but sorry, I can not compliment on any dish 😞

The food was hot and yum as always but it took over an hour and 20 mins for Delivery.

The curry was spilt all in the bag where everything had been put on top of it and the lid had been squashed down

Normally like a jobas special sandwich, asked for keema Nan got plain one ,ordered madras curry sauce it had no taste very disappointed don’t think I’ll be ordering again
