Lovely customer service and very polite lady, I recommend trying those chips and food for yourselves I've been there twice now and I love the chips 🍟 and food

Large bag of chips disappointed portion size compared to other chippys £3.50 not good value I won’t be going back

Shocking prices poor portions , meat uncooked , not using again also buy cheap quality of meats don’t waste your time £6 for mix meat and chips looked a mess

I'm not a fan of any fish and chip shop but when we do go it has to be jjs. Good chips

First visit yesterday,will be going back. Meal was beautiful. Clean environment, friendly staff. Would recomend.

J.j's is the nicest chip shop around the family how run the place are lovely and friendly also there family are to thay make you so welcome when you arrive it's great hi have been going there four over 15 years and never had a miss word that's because thay are so perlite and the food is good hi want be going now were else mr burton A big thanks to all of the family for there hard work

I was about to go in tonight for a large order. There's a sign in the shop that says "no more than two customers at any time". There were three people in the shop, non of them wearing facemasks. Despite this, I was still called inside. I refused. This level of recklessness is why we'll still be in lockdown next Xmas. PS I only went there because Scoffs was closed.

Never had a problem with the standard of fish and chips here, always fresh and hot and not greasy, quick efficient and friendly service.

The 5 stars are for the food....the staff are so horrible its unreal the old lady that works there is the most nasty person I have ever come a cross she really is something else.. shame has the food is amazing!! shame the staff couldnt be more nicer!!

Seems to go down hill a little bit more every time I go. I've been using this place from the time I was in school so we'll over 10 years and was always fantastic. Over the last few years it seems to be more and more money oriented. Higher prices and smaller portions. While the food is still quite tasty I have a massive gripe with the pricing. Just paid over £6 for a larger Chicken kebab and portion of chips only to get home with what looks like a cone of chips and chicken wrap. Massive shame but they've let themselves down
