Jim & Tonic At The Print House in Newham

Wir waren etwas skeptisch, ob wir dort hin gehen sollen, weil die Bar als Werbung auf der Eintrittskarte von ABBA voyage gedruckt war. Da uns aber der Bier-/Cocktailgarten direkt am Theater nicht gefallen hat und wir nicht zurück nach Stratford fahren wollten, haben wir glücklicherweise die Bar besucht. Wir durften Bier und Gin probieren und wurden sehr gut beraten. Im Ergebnis sind wir mit Gin, Tonic water und einem schönen Glas nach Hause bzw. ins Konzert gegangen. Das Wetter ließ erstmals während unseres London-Aufenthalts ein Draußen-Sitzen zu und so konnten wir die teilweise im ABBA-Stil gekleideten und sehr gut gelaunten Gäste gut beobachten. Das Essen sah hervorragend aus und wir haben uns geärgert, in der Stadt vorsorglich auf die Schnelle etwas gegessen zu haben. Thank you Sebastian, it was a pleasure to meet you, you did a great job!

My friend and I were going to the ABBA Voyage so booked a table for lunch, it was a a good job we did book as it was packed but had a great vibe. We were shown to out table right away and orders were take quickly. I had a lovely glass of rose wine and my friend had a cocktail. I ordered the Bologna Pizza, it was fantastic with mortadella, Burrata and crushed pistachio's. My friend had the Eggs Royale, which she said was really good. We would definitely go back if we were area.

Booked for lunch before seeing ABBA Voyage. Ideal location for a pre or post show drink / food. It was busy but as we had booked we were shown straight to our table. Service was excellent. Really friendly, attentive and efficient. The food was good value and good quality. Will be returning in the autumn with my parents. Thank you guys

Fantastic venue with a great atmosphere. The new food menu is excellent with a wide variety of choice. Great to see the gin distillery in action also during our visit.

Went with 15 people all going to the Abba concert. We had a great experience. The food was lovely, very tasty, you could see it being cooked. Staff so helpful and attentive. To take the orders of 15 people and drinks and no delays was impressive. Very trusting you just went in couples or how many of you there was tell them what you had and you paid then. No one trying to sort out a bill between 15. Very near the venue. Highly recommend it

We chose to eat at Jim and Tonic mainly because of it's proximately to the Abba Arena. Because of this the staff were having to deal with a lot of people at the same time to ensure that they got to the show in time. I was most impressed with the staff and how they coped with this. Two members of the team - Luigi and Tiago stood out in particular. Nothing was to much trouble and they were friendly and helpful the whole way through our time there. We enjoyed our food (despite the fact that mine came quite a lot later than my friends despite all being ordered in advance) but they dealt with the situation really well. They are both an asset to the establishment and we very much enjoyed our interaction with them both.

Called into here after checking into Snoozebox for a quick bite to eat. It’s about 5-10 min walk from Snoozebox. The venue is fairly large incorporating a distillery, cafe/bar area and restaurant. As lunchtime we sat in the Jim & Tonic section to share a pizza & a gin cocktail. All very nice, pizza adequate for lunchtime sharing pizza. Fairly quiet whilst in there during lunch service but still a good atmosphere.

Amazing food and service, thank you for going above and beyond Lottie in particular . The shared platter was ideal. Perfect before ABBA highly recommend

Attended here before Abba voyage with Brother and sister in law .Oh and also the wife. We pre ordered the sharing platter for 4. What a total Rip off. Salad some Garlic bread a pizza dolop of cheese small bowl of beef brisket. Some salad.2 small chicken skewers. And to Top it of remember there's 4 of us .one small piece of Chocolate Brownie with a dolop of Ice cream on Top.

If you are going to abba please avoid this place it is a well known fact that the staff love the abba crowd because in their words thay can strip them up

The food was good bar, pizza fare. Exactly what we expected and we all enjoyed it and a perfect location before ABBA. Good atmosphere and lots of people arriving around the same time for ABBA. There was a delay in part of our order and the staff dealt with it in a fantastic manner. Lovely team, thank you!

Myself & 5 friends booked here before ABBA Voyage. The staff were extremely friendly & inviting. Our waiter Harry was lovely & really looked after us. The food was delicious!. I'm so glad we found this little gem!!!xx

Portion size for “Larger Plates” was disappointing, apart from Pizza other dishes were more like children’s portions at adult prices. Plus everywhere now seems to load a service charge of a further one eighth of your spend (yes half of a quarter of the bill again…12.5%) which with hindsight I wouldn’t have paid.

Food quality, not so great - small portions, food served on cold plates, pasta dishes served on flat plates and tiny portions. A bit of a rip off if I’m honest. They obviously take advantage of customer coming and going from the ABBA voyage concert.

What a great time we had here !!staff were so attentive there were 11 of us on our way to Abba voyage and our friends 50 th was well celebrated first at Jim & Tonic simple food but served hot ! Table laid with complimentary Prosecco.We are all for a new business and these guys deserve to do well thankyou so much great venue .

The bartender makes awesome drinks - bramble and the picante margarita was lit. Had so much fun at the pub quiz as well! Can’t wait to come back again

I have never felt the need to leave a review before. This is my first time. I always go to TripAdvisor and rely on their reviews and hope people are honest. To start the staff were terrible. Polite but we were waiting 20 mins before our drink and food order was taken. It was like they were avoiding tables. It was not very busy at the time. The food was cold. There was 4 of us. I got the 3 chicken skewers with 3 flavours and this looked horrendous. Fatty chicken thighs with a drizzle of pesto. There was not 3 flavours. All of our food was cold including. We didn't complain. But I would not recommend. We went here before the ABBA Voyage which is amazing but would not be recommending this place to dine.

Ideal for before/after ABBA Voyage as it’s a 5 minute walk from the arena. Friendly staff, food very tasty but portions are small. Very noisy when busy so difficult to talk and very cold draft coming from kitchen door. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Lovely venue but limited menu. They have small plates and large plates. We assumed that the small plates were starters and large plates mains but everything came together! Not ideal. There was also some items not available on the menu but we weren't told this until we came to order. Overall lacking communication to explain the set up and missing items. When the food all arrived it was OK but Nothing special. They have a captive audience as it is so close to the Abba Arena but they need to up their game
