Jenkins Bakery in Carmarthenshire

Absolutely the best bakery around. Range of bread and the taste of their bread is excellent. The cakes are more like home made and remind me of my mother's cooking. The shop is a bit small but, the staff are brilliant.

Felt so rushed there. After asking over n over asking if that's everything tht was enough to put me off as a customer unlike Gregg's they just ask once and wait for customer to say yep that's all of it. Not just ask repeat on midway looking through thigs some people like me haven't been for couple of months ok not please at all.

Shocking selection of cakes for a Saturday. Took the kids here on our holiday both servers were very grumpy and looked like the didn’t want to be there. Then the one who served us sneakily tried to over charge us for a few pounds for cakes we didn’t have. Didn’t even have an apology. Be careful people.

Very disappointed, food great but was short changed, went back next time,was charged £5.46, gave £5.60 and was given no change,ask where my change was she insisted i gave the right money, when i said what i gave her she said i must h been mistaken, will ,as it's a treat for my grandson after school i will only be paying by card from niw,it's only 14p but that's not the point

Best teacakes, great brunch roll and lunch rolls as well as good selection of breads and rolls.

Quality bakery well presented and competitive pricing. They offer an extensive product range both of hot and cold food and beverages to suit most tastes. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The shop is located near the railway station with on street parking directly outside. It's a great place to stock up prior to your beach visit. Well worth a visit..

Went in for a pie (or two). They there tasty but lukewarm..

The most scrumptious food I have had in ages. Even made a sandwich fresh and made to order there and then on the spot. The most friendly and helpful staff by far. Never been in before and from the start off, the best sandwiches in Bury Port... eat that genetic food chains. I'm going back for more very soon. Mmmmm just the thought. 'Just go to Jenkins'. Use that catchphrase. :)
