I was quite gutted with our order, not only was the food really cold when it arrived and needed to be microwaved but the pizza was wrong first of all but tasteless. Now I would rate Jelanis as the best takeaway in the area, especially for pizza as their dough and flavour is miles above everywhere else which is why I’m so gutted with our order. The meat feast pizza is meant to be salami, pepperoni and garlic sausage, what I received was pepperoni and chicken. I hope it’s an one off disappointment

I ordered and paid for a King prawn dopiaza, however, the curry that was delivered was not King prawn, just regular. Somewhat disappointed, especially when having paid extra.

I believe I rate places quite fairly and I’ve got to say I’ve been so impressed with Jelanis so far. I’ve tried a lot of takeaways in the local area and Keighley and they’re always disappointing, well so far I think this place has got something good going on. We’ve ordered the Korma Curry Pizza and gourmet burger and have really enjoyed the quality of the pizza, the dough is much better than anywhere else we’ve tried locally and the taste is really good. The gourmet burger is quite tasty and all reasonably priced We do find the cost is better if you call them rather than order through Just eat, just means you need some cash with you - but we saved around £5 for the equivalent order on Just eat.

Food not very hot. Had to reheat

The last few times we’ve ordered from Jelani’s, the food has been really hit-and-miss. Maybe once in every five ordered you get really good food, especially the pizza. Tonight wasn’t a good night; the chips were absolutely inedible. Disappointed.

wasn't any mint sauce but the meat was great and the cookie was also awesome thanks

the pizzas were not good at all, got charged 20p for a bag even though it wasn't in a bag. When I asked the driver about it he tried entering my home, when I asked him to leave he kept trying to get in. I shut the door on him as he was swearing at me. Definitely won't be ordering again

I set the wrong address which is my fault, but then I tried to ring the restaurant and no-one answered the phone, nobody rang me either to ask which house it was, as I presume the driver struggled to find me. The food never arrived, and there was nothing I could do.

meat feast wasn't a meat feast. it was a pepperoni with some chicken on it.

When I phone up each time I never have a problem with these guys. Have a banter on phone. A banter at the door and now the dog shares pizza with me. Soon has he hears name Jelanis his ears pin up. Like he knows then once there at the door he sits furthest away from door whilst I pay then wonders in room waiting for his slice lol 😆 😂 😅.... Thanks guys... Keep up great service

food arrived fogot pizza so delivery driver had to come back and we had to re-warm the pizza as it was cold my mixed kebab was not good at all and the burger wasn't good

Misssing items in order. Chips not fresh, were "mushy" and cold. Pizza was fine.

they need to learn how to read the food checks, asked for no sauce and the burger was caked in mayo how they can till be in business when they cant be bothered to read and understand the food checks. Best off avoiding the place no care given

Re-fried cold chips, chicken burger was inedible due to a small lake of mayo. no salad even though it was requested. Pizza was dry and tasteless. Chicken wings also lacked any flavour. yuk!

Pizza base was burnt on all pizzas. Ordered 3 pizzas, one was Hawian pizza which was paid for, we got cheese and tomato. Spent £40.0, very disappointed. Won't be ordering again. Avoid.

Over an hour late, food was cold, and one item had cheese on which was a good job we spotted as they can’t have diary.

I got the make your own box and oh my gosh it was absolutely packed!! 10/10 the food was so good.

First time ordering, thought I’d give them a try. What can I say, firstly £25 is more than enough for a 12 inch pizza and box of chicken so I expected the quality to be of a decent standard and if it’s nice then I don’t mind one little bit but this has to be the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. The ‘pizza’ I asked for a bbq chicken pizza but had to pay a surcharge of 1.20 for the sauce?? Ok I’ll pay it I like bbq sauce I was expecting a bbq base as per standard but no, I got a dry base , melted rubber and about 3 kg of farmers boy bbq oil slick, not to mention the part cooked Dough, the slices just flopped over and everything slid off, vile . The chicken box was as dry as a flip flop found in the Sahara desert and the chips were like bricks from a local stone masons. Never again, if it’s good I’ll shout your name from the roof tops but this was appalling, never again .

my rice is missing and the delivery driver ended up with a 6 pound tip because apparently they didn't give him the correct change and coz we were 30p off with the exact amount I ended up telling him to keep the change from 40 quid

ordered chicken nuggets and chips large with hash brown and there was cold plus chicken tikka korma with chips there was hardly any chips with the chicken korma and it was cold the poperdoms was stale not edible rang them up to say the food was cold and was speaking to me like i had made it up there there always stuff going wrong stuff missing food cold wrong items sent will never order from this place again there need to change ownership cause this is ridiculous

We were let down badly by another restaurant tonight, but Jelanis saved the day! As always the food was excellent; very well cooked and still piping hot on arrival.

Came very late, with no contact from the restaurant to inform us of this food was luke warm at best, no apology or anything

The only thing they did wrong was forget to add the cheese to the chips. So checked receipt and we had paid for it, just a slight oversight on their part.

Used to be the best however service has got worse and they seem to struggle to get any order correct.

i don’t know how i can spend so much on food and still be hungry, the kebab was over cooked as was the chicken in kebab, the pizza was wierd and not nice… the cheese all came off the pizza in a big rubbery lump you can tell it’s cheap cheese. disappointing.

Thought we would try somewhere new but was left really disappointed with this place. It took an hour to be delivered, arrived pretty cold (had to microwave a kebab with salad and mint sauce on) 😕 onion bhajis were awful and only received half a small pot of mint sauce. Unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here again.

NO.... Wouldn't order again even if it was for free. Pizza- Chespest ingradients, "cheese" and "salami" i honestly dont know where they are from but taste like paper with cheap hot dog. Pizza was oily and greasy so box was soaked. Missing ingradients. Never again

Pizza was great, chicken wrap was small and the wrap was soggy. Chips were rubbish. Came 20 mins late, said delivery between 7:35-7:55 and came just after 8:15. Stick with the pizza and you won’t be disappointed

The delivery driver was very friendly and the food was delicious. The menu offered such a variety of cuisine. We will definitely order from Jenali’s again.

If I could give this places 0 stars I absolutely would, Never even arrived, I will be getting a refund for this order, this is completely unacceptable, I placed my order and nothing arrived, I tried to phone up but what a shock they was closed, absolutely disgusting
