Warm & friendly welcome.. They recommend the homemade chicken pie, served with fresh vegetables. It was an absolutely delicious meal and piping hot on what was a very chilly day.. We were happy with the service & food.. Great value.. Can't wait for our next visit to Otley.. 🥰

Delicious bacon butties done to order. Perfect fruit scone follows nicely. Always greeted with a smile.

Lovely cafe in a quaint location in a small covered arcade. Fantastic homemade food and excellent coffee. I had a butterfly bun which took me back to my childhood. Great value for money. We'll be back again for sure.

Este lugar es una joya escondida absoluta, escondida en el Kirkgate Arcade en Otley. Muchos clientes son clientes habituales aquí, incluida mi tía, y siempre vamos cuando la visito y nunca me ha decepcionado. Se preparan alimentos de buena calidad a pedido y hay una variedad de deliciosas delicias caseras. El café es bueno, al igual que el té que se sirve en diferentes teteras y tazas. El servicio siempre es amable y rápido. Y luego el precio. . . Por la calidad que obtienes, este lugar es increíblemente barato. Podrían subir sus precios y seguirían siendo baratos. También hay un pequeño patio donde puedes sentarte afuera cuando el clima lo permite:) Si quieres comida fresca de buena calidad a un precio barato con una buena taza, este es el lugar para ir en Otley :)

We looked around the coffee shops in Otley and this one looked cosy up an Arcade! We had coffee and a cheese scone and one cream scone. Large cups of coffee and nice size scones. Just one thing the scones could be warm or at least room temp they were freezing cold! Staff very friendly and polite. Not rushed so we could sit awhile and watch others go by!

Dont come to outlet much but was with my son and popped into the arcade for a wander. Nice little place with a reasonable selection on offer. Got chocolates were nice and delivered quickly. Would go again if in Otley. Not into the tea room or pub experience there so this was fab.

We really enjoyed our Christmas Eve lunchtime trip here. Paninis were very enjoyable as was the cake. A good lunchtime choice and we will definitely return.

Reasonably priced with a friendly barista serving. Nice atmosphere, good selection of drinks and confectionery. Wide array of fancy crockery adds a Nice touch to the visit. Regular customer.
