food was lovely but delivery was awful ordered at 7:10pm and didn’t arrive till 8:54pm and manners were atrocious

Ordered food at 7:30 still not here at 9:15 said that it was ready at 8:50 when i called up so no doubt it will be freezing when it comes!

Said the food would be here within 1 hour at 5pm 7pm it arrives the delivery driver was so so rude the chicken balls you could throw against the brick wall and they still wouldn’t smash as they were rock hard with dry pieces of chicken !! Never ever will I be ordering from here again

Worst chinese food I've ever tasted . Chips were rock hard , chicken balls were the same ...curry and sweet sour sauce were warm not even hot !! Never again . Sorry

Ordered last week arrived cold. And ordered again this week and never bothered delivering 2 and half hours so far. So not expecting it. Pone just rings off when calling . NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS IS IT.WILL GO ELSEWHERE. Will shut down if you treat customers like this.

First time ordering and think I’ve found a goodn! Been feeling unwell today so wanted a treat and it went down lovely. Nice service woman on phone and driver were both lovely thanks so much

Very nice meal good value and very tasty

Ordered a Mini munchbox, decent enough food too be fair. My criticism would be that the munchbox consisted of mainly chips, only a few bits of chicken and a couple mini ribs. Would rather pay a couple quid extra and get more meat than bulked out with chips... Not bad though.

Absolute disgrace, wrong order nd the the telephone operator tried to say it was my fault!!!! And the when I opened the door for a second time!!!!

My current go to place for Chinese takeaway. Good menu choice, well prepared. No complaints.

avoid ❗❗❗Anyone thinking of ordering a Chinese Don't go to Jasmine garden at cockton hill had food poisoning from them last night so rang them to tell them to make sure they checking the food properly as the chicken was pink and they just say it's not there fault they cook the food properly and told me I had to go to the hospital before I can accuse them.

Treated to meal by work colleagues. Ordered amongst other things, sweet n sour beef Hong Kong style (excellent), squid in black bean sauce (nicely cut cut, bit firm/fishy taste, but overall very good), chips - as expected and fresh, fried rice - darker than expected but tasty. No problems with delivery and no bad after effects. This was my first experience of the takeaway, and it won't be my last.

After 7 weeks without Chinese food, I ordered £15 worth of food. Gotta say I was disappointed, Asked for fried mushrooms was delivered mushrooms in gravy, The chicken chow mein came in a small tray instead of the regular large circle one, seems like someones cashing in on people missing Chinese food... Not ordering again! Its okay though because Red Double happiness opens this Tuesday, Thank GOD!!!!

Slightly longer than expected wait times but the salt and pepper chicken is worth it. Pleasantly surprised, very nice.
