Great customers service, the let us know it was gonna be a bit late which was good. The food arrived when they said and it was pipping hot and fresh, the food was amazing tasted fresh and tasted amazing. fully recommend

Late. Very late. Said it was delivered on the app when it wasn’t. Took almost 2hrs for a simple meal. Utterly unacceptable. Have tickets for the night that the delay for so long caused us to miss the start. Absolute omnishambles.

Wu’s family wasn’t open tonight so thought we would try this chinese again after a year or so, wish I hadn’t bothered, cold, dry and tasteless like it was a year ago.

Food was cold, unable to eat it, very poor quality. We had to dispose of the whole order. full refund has been requested

I order from here very often sometimes even twice a week, from answering the phone to the delivery I always get amazing customer service I love the way the connect with the customer to the point of remembering something I order all the time and I miss it off my list 😀 I have never had any problems with my food in the last 10 years of eating from jasmin garden I think the food and standard are outstanding and would like to say thank you for a service 😀

Probably the best Chinese in Stevenage. Food is always cooked to perfection, never too greasy unlike others in stevenage. If you want a Chinese that tastes good and doesn't give you stomach ache this is definitely where to go! Lovely staff aswell!

Never usually have a problem but tonight the food was poor. The chicken balls were rock hard. The sweet and sour chicken was hard and chewy. The chips were cold. The curry have no flavour to it. The only good thing was the rice.

Used to absolutely love this place but it’s really done down hill. Ordered a pork and duck fried rice, I could not eat one piece of meat in the dish as everyone was just a bit of chewy fat, actually made me gag. Thought I’d just have the prawn crackers instead but even they were stale so absolutely vile and a waste of money. Think again before ordering!

The food was over cooked and sloppy. Chips were hard and inedible. Sauces were thick and cold, so solidified you couldn’t even pour them.

No problem with service or delivery, but honestly not the best Chinese I've ever had. The chow mein and prawn toast we're quite flavourless. The sweet and sour chicken was also flavourless and was soft and spongy. Probably wouldn't order from here again unfortunately.

Ordered pancake rolls they were disgusting after one bite I wanted to throw up! Not sure if they were cooked in some sort of fish fat or cooked from frozen

Food is okay, just what you can expect from a take away Chinese restaurant, but the prices is far too high, because of it I don't think I will order again ... But yeah nice food.

We all became unwell after eating our food, it didnt taste great either. 1st time this as happened but will be our last.

Food was well cooked, with generous portions and very tasty. The message saying our food was on the way came within a few minutes of the latest time on the tge window given, and it arrived in about the time it would take to travel from the venue to here. The delivery person was very friendly and pleasant. All in all, a good experience.

Honestly this place has gone down hill so much. The chips are hard, the noodles were cold and stuck together, honestly used to love this place. Have found a new chinese which is much better but unfortunately doesn’t deliver, which is why we ordered from here tonight. I’ll be driving to pick my orders up in future. A customer has been lost.

Disgusting chicken curry whould never order a meal from Jasmine Garden again completely a waste of money

The chicken in my chicken curry was off, I had one bite and could immediately tell it was off and had to spit it out, I couldn't eat any of it after that due to being concerned about the quality of the rest of the food

The food wasn’t what I order I order fried duck I got the one with soup and the rice no pepper whatsoever and very cold so sad with this order i staved at work has k couldn’t even microwave it

Our usual Chinese was closed so as local to us chose this one. Very disappointed and will not order from here again. Tasteless egg fried rice, rock hard chicken balls with dry chicken. Considering the prawn omelette was supposed to be large glad didn’t order smaller size as would need a magnifying glass. Sweet and sour sauce glowed in the dark. Sorry but it’s a no from us

Not impressed with the food being delivered late and the delivery driver was so grumpy and instead of walking fmdown the path to my house they walked across not only my garden but my neighbours too which is rude!
