Ordered garlic chilli chicken it’s was so bland no taste no spicy unable to even finish it absolutely disgusting don’t waste your money eating here 😩

Jamun tree had amazing food. I tried the chicken tikka masala, lamb chops and shish kebabs yesterday and they tasted wonderful. Will definitely try again.

ordered a take away after previously sitting in the restaurant( food was lovely) but on the take away occasion it was horrible the chicken tikka rogan Josh has no taste it was watery and felt like what I can only describe as a ready meal from a super market, your prices are so expensive compared to the other take away so I was expecting it to be wonderful but I was bitterly disappointed. I do wonder if your doing too much doing take aways as well as the restaurant because when we came for a sit in meal in November it was lovely.

OMG should give this 1 Star because I want to keep this gem all to myself. We were late arriving but the welcome was warm and inviting. The food was to die for. So fresh and full of flavour. We were the last to leave but we were made welcome right to the end. Amazing food and great staff. We will be back. Soon!

Restaurant food at takeaway prices. Food was lovely and fresh (especially the meat samosas and naan bread!) and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. May very well have food my new go-to.

Just had a great meal here, nice generous portions and friendly helpful staff. Nash guided us to two dishes new to us and also described where his nice tender meat is supplied from. Clearly a restaurant that cares about it's product as well as it's customer. Well done to the Jamun Tree.

Had a couple of enjoyable meals in the restaurant , thought we would try a take away this evening, it wasn't very good, won't be ordering delivery again from here. But don't let me put you off dining there, as I said, the restaurant meals we've had previously were very good.

Lamb chops starter and a lamb sag cooked to perfection. The owner fitted us in, far better than the Italian it was before. Fantastic food.

Excellent food, great flavours. Lovely amd friendly staff. Nice place. Bring your own booze which makes it an affordable night out. Highly recommend the prawn puree starter and lamb tikka starter. Main dishes.- tandoori plates are delicious and the chicken garlic chilli is to die for.

Really nice Indian restaurant on the out skirts of Chorley town centre. Food was tasty but did take a little while to arrive given how busy the restaurant was itself and it is a takeout place too. Had to take our own booze as they only serve soft drinks and low alcohol options but they provide any glassware that needed and service was on point and quick once ready. 100% recommend.

Coming here for a night out was a great idea! the food is amazing, the waiter offered us free sweets and a mint cheese cake. The music is Very chill, there are many drink options and we will definitely go back there !

It is a welcoming, friendly restaurant. It is not licensed, so bring your own £ 1 each corkage. The food is delicious, tasty and plentiful. The Indian chips are brilliant. I would recommend a visit.

Disappointed. Went for our monthly "treat tea out" as we had head good things. We were sat next to some kind of electric control panel on the wall that kept beeping. When I asked the waitress if we could move I must have been speaking a different language as I just received a blank look. There wasn't a peshawari nann on the menu but we overhead someone else order one so we did. Don't bother as it wasn't a peshawari nann at all. The service was shocking, I'm not sure if they had a function on upstairs but they seemed to spend most of their time going upstairs. Safe to say we won't be visiting again. I felt we wasted our money. Hurry up little tiger Brinscall... We need a decent meal!

I went to this restaurant with my family, the seating was beautiful. The customer service was amazing and the food is the best Indian food I have tasted so far. The prices were reasonable. I would 100% recommend to place to anyone who wants to try authentic Indian food and for a good day out

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! We ate here for the first time just 3 weeks ago. When we arrived we were seated on a tiny table for two, shoved right next to other customers, practically touching elbows. We ordered our food, it arrived and one meal was wrong! The curry’s weren’t great either, flavourless. At the end of our meal we asked the two girls to take half of our meals home to eat the day after. They somehow did not understand this very basic & simple request and boxed up the very small amount of curry & rice what was left on our plate instead of the rest of the curry that was clearly still in the bowl that we asked for. After getting home and realising this had happened, we very quickly rang the establishment and spoke to the owner JJ. He was very friendly and quick to apologise and offer us a free takeaway due to a mistake and poor service on their behalf. However, 3 weeks later when we come to order, they say they’ve never come across this and bluntly refused this as they claimed this never happened. So honestly, don’t waste your money here! The service is awful and the food is mediocre also on the pricier side compared to other local curry houses.

First visit here but won't be the last. We really enjoyed our meal. Some seating is upstairs. If you find stairs difficult book a downstairs table.

Really good food, great service

So we tried Jamun tree on Friday and wow really is worth a visit. The tandoori lamb chops are huge. The chicken tikka was amazing. Will defo be back can't recommend it enough.

First time getting ‘take out’ here, will certainly not be the last. Food was delicious, especially the lamb chops!! Next time we will dine in and enjoy the experience. Many thanks x

Been here a couple of times now, the food is great the service was a little slow the first time but was spot on the second. It’s BYOB so make sure you stock up before you go!

Went to Jamun tree last night 14th April. Fantastic service and the food was excellent. We had the Garic chicken Honey Chilli chicken and a Naga chicken. All spot on and fresh. It’s a bonus taking your own drink as that is what is killing eating out. Thank you to all the staff especially the owner and the other gentleman who was very patient at explaining the dishes. We will definitely be back 👍

Booked a table, no-one came to take an order for over 30 minutes n then food delayed for an hour due to volume of customers n takeaway orders. Food good but service poor X

What a lovely new addition to Chorley. Great food, lovely staff, and you can take your favourite bottle of wine with you. I will definitely be revisiting and recommend without hesitation.

Good food for someone who likes to get a taste of spices. Do try the Indian Chips. They’re delicious. I wouldn’t call it authentic Indian as being an Indian I understand the flavours of the spices and the dishes. I appreciate that the team are doing their best to give Chorley people a feel of how Indian food might feel like. The service could have been better. We have waited for about an hour for our starters to arrive. Overall its a good place to try Indian.

6 of us dined here Saturday night. Place busy and really nice atmosphere. The staff were very efficient and couldn't do enough for us. Food was excellent no complaints from any of us. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Booked a table for 8pm on Saturday. Left at 8:30pm when we were still waiting for a table. I guess the fact they don't sell achohol means people bring their own and sit at the table until they have finished all they have brought with them. Very disappointing. You need to improve on how many bookings you accept for an evening.

Waited 1 hour for our starter. The food was good but things were spoiled for me as without warning we were asked to vacate our table to make way for another party. If we had been served more quickly and warned beforehand that the table was needed, this wouldn't have happened. Had to leave an unfinished drink behind. Puts me off going back as the food was of a high standard.

Takeaway was delicious and ready on time for collection. Will definitely be going again.

We had a delicious meal here on Saturday evening. The place was buzzing, a great atmosphere with low background music. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The poppadoms and chutney tray were presented immediately after request and the mains followed a reasonable time after. From what I've read there have been a few teething problems initially but these seem to have been resolved but trust me when I say it's well worth a visit. The delicious food does the talking. Don't forget to take your own alcohol !

Ordered take out, was told to collect after 45 minutes to an hour and finally got the food after 1.5 hours. We made the mistake of not checking for a receipt or what was being given to us. We are vegetarians and had ordered the 2 types of dal along with paneer and aloo gobi. The veggies were fine, a bit oilier than what we would have liked. We discovered that one of the dals was actually a meat dish. Not a very pleasant experience.

Me and my family ordered a biryani each and they were absolutely beautiful. The food was fresh and was tasty. Nice veggie sauce to go on the biryani. Definitely the best Indian in Chorley. The owners are pleasant and lovely too. Will definitely be going back,

Booked in for dinner at 8.15. Wasn't told on booking by phone that it was bring your own drinks so was a bit disappointed but made do with acceptable alcohol free drinks. Poppodums came about 10 minutes after ordering and were delicious. Then we waited and waited and waited for starters and had to chase them up. We got them an hour after ordering and one was the wrong item. Despite me saying I'd accept it they insisted on bringing another starter out. They were OK. Then we waited and waited and waited for the main course. Eventually after forty minutes we bailed. We cancelled the rest, paid the bill for what we'd had and left. They gave us the mains as a takeaway free but we'd lost our appetite by then. There was no music or any atmosphere. We weren't the only people in that night that had issues as we could regularly hear the waiters apologising. The food is good, they clearly can cook and have evident experience of running a takeaway but being a restaurant is just out of reach at the moment. I'm hoping it improves quickly.

JamunTree We went to Jamun Tree tonight (mothers day) and we were a table of 7. We all had a beautiful meal - pompadoms, starters and mains the cheesecake desserts looked amazing but we were all too full. Pompadoms were lovely and fresh with tasty homemade chutneys. Starters were all very tasty- mixed starter, fish pakoras, paneer tikka, onion bhaji, chicken chaat. Mains we had a selection of curries, rice, naans, chips, grilled fish dish, steak (which was too spicy and the staff happily rectified it and brought out a fresh dish within minutes which was perfect). Overall a beautiful meal! Some teething issues with service being on the slower side and having to ask for top up of drinks and for our order to be taken but that’s expected as it was the first busy weekend. We will definately be returning, they don’t serve alcohol but are happy for you to bring your own with a corkage charge of £1 per person. Limited photos because we ate our food before we thought about it! In our party we had two dietary needs, vegetarian and dairy allergy- both catered for with no concern, nice to see an Indian restaurant cooking a veggie dish with fresh vegetables not a frozen veg in sight 👌🏼.
