I go here regularly for some quiet me time with a book.

When we arrived the table was lovely and clean. After ordering our food and drinks at the till, our drinks came out straight away. We only had a short wait then for our food which was hot and very delicious. Will definitely be coming again

Always friendly and obliging. Food and drink exceptionally good and lovely surroundings. As my mum is disabled, the facilities are very easily accessible and always spotless. Highly recommend!!!

The worst and most expensive iced mocha I've ever had in my life. Not to mention the terrible service. It's practically a small cup of coffee with milk and ice, priced like a pint. Please stop treating your customers like fools.

1430, 2 July 2024 All staff were efficient and friendly, however special praise must go to the chef for his tasty and timely meal and to the other Gentleman, I believe is called George, who never stopped working from serving at the counter, waiter service, cleaning tables and pot washing all being undertaken with a ready smile and exceptionally friendly personality, alongside being called upon by staff to assist them. When service relaxed he continued to find work to do.

Always very welcoming ,very clean,staff are very nice and pleasant and food is lovely and well presented.

For the finest flat white in Warrington, have no hesitation in going here to enjoy a fast and friendly service, combined by a cost effective price reflected through a flat white coffee with maximum taste and consistency jamaica blue...a cofee choice to be highly recommended ☕️💥🫘

Love this place, the staff have always been polite & friendly the coffee is far better than your copy & paste usual high Street rubbish (not mentioning any names) 😂 & the food we've had has always been perfect.

Keeps 3 stars because the food is always spot on, but today I came for 2 reasons... they have colouring for kids because the wait can sometimes be long, and that the calories are shown on the menu..... they don't do both any more which I find really disappointing 😕

Always very welcoming greeted with a smile. Nina in Warrington is lovely, I often pop in for a coffee and nothing is too much.

It's a really good place to eat. It seems that it is also a good place to meet. If you just want to sit and have a chat with friends with a brew, or you want a snack or meal it's great. We've been here a few times, we usually have something to eat, there's plenty of choice for all dietary requirements, and we always enjoy the food. Service is excellent, the place is clean and there are lots of tables, although, you don't feel like you're cramped. I don't like eating in packed places and even though there are always quite a few people in It still feels comfortable. Definitely give it a visit next time you are in Warrington.

Lovely atmosphere, food was grand. Music was really nice and helped set the atmosphere too. The lady (black hair, Eastern European sounding accent - sorry if incorrect) serving was by herself for the first half an hour and about 5 people came in one by one to order and she handled it really well, still making sure to check up on everyone. If ever I’m visiting town again, will definitely stop by!

Mar 2024: The food isn't what it was a few months ago. The hashbrowns were undercooked and cold in the middle. The beans were not flavourful and didn't taste as good as Lidl's own. The bacon was very fatty and not cooked for long enough. The tomatoes weren't roasted and had probably spent seconds in the pan. The slice of black pudding had been lightly fried on one side and was cold in the middle. Ironically, the scrambled egg was overcooked and springy. The air-conditioning was on, so it was a bit chilly sat inside. The coffee was the saving grace, that's still pretty good. Sep 2023: This was our first time here and we had a breakfast of avocado on toast with additional streaky bacon, and my son had banana pancakes with a babyccino. We were really pleased with the friendly service and the food was very nice. The pricing was on point too.

Have been to Jamaica Blue several times in the past and loved it however won’t be returning after my visit yesterday. I was given a dirty glass for my drink, which I obviously didn’t use. I ordered a breakfast, which for some reason was brought out with a salad that I didn’t ask for? The salad was covered in vinaigrette dressing, which went all over the plate and made the bacon and sausages taste horrible. We weren’t given butter for our bread, and the bread was stale. Upon checking the menu, I realised the hash brown hadn’t been included on my breakfast. We asked the staff member, who brought out two hash browns around 3 minutes later, as you can see from the picture these were hardly cooked.

How can you make a mess of scrambled eggs? I would've complained but the staff looked unhappy and I didn't want to add to their woes.

Came in here a few times now and despite advertising that you cater for allergies and even on your menu you advise you have gluten free bread upon request, you had nothing dairy free and nothing gluten free! My son had to have dry toast with his beans and I couldn't eat the sausages or the bread that came with the breakfast and they both had gluten and also came out cold! I also asked your staff for ketchup and nobody came back to our table. Pretty substandard cafe with false advertisment at the tills and on the menu regarding allergies.I wouldn't recommened.

This place is one of my favourites in Warrington. I went for the first time the other week with my boyfriend just for a bit of breakfast before doing some shopping. The food was amazing, the staff were so friendly and the place was just beautiful and so clean! You can tell everyone who works there really loves their job. The manager was lovely, I think her name is Nina. You can tell she treats her staff really well and she treats her customers like royalty! This is a go to place for me now, recommended to all of my friends and family!

First time at JB today first impressions really clean and spacious staff were prompt and friendly, I ordered an oat cappucino and a pineapple muffin the service was prompt and the coffee was very hot almost too hot dident have a lot of taste tbh but ok, the muffin which was brought out from the kitchen was very very dry almost stale the pineapple on top and coconut sprinkles seemed fresh, struggled to finish the muffin, price wise about comparable with Starbucks/Costa but not as good sorry! Bit underwhelmed x

I went with my partner for breakfast in Jamaica Blue in Warrington, and had the best English breakfast what I ever had! Full of flavour and perfectly cooked ! Staff were really nice, smiley and welcoming. Nina the manager told us all about the place and gave us some food recommendations which turns out the best choice just for our needs! As my partner is vegetarian was not a problem to find amazing options for vegetarians too! Highly recommend this place!

Hi went in Jamaica Blue, the only place I know that does a large “flat White” and it was very very good, cakes were very good, prompt service and an overall very pleasant experience.

Visited today, only one person in the coffee shop, waited at the till for a good 3 minutes while 3 members of staff were rushing about tidying the kitchen (visible from the till) and occasionally coming out to the till area but ignoring us. A bag, scarf and coat were thrown on the counter where I presume food and drinks are made, and when the woman did come out to us she didn’t look best pleased that she had to leave her tidying up. Asked to see what a bottled drink contained (flavour) and was just shown it - no explanation, which seemed quite rude

Came here to get a breakfast, as online it looked very nice. However that was not the case. I got a breakfast roll which was hard bread and the streaky bacon was covered in fat. And not the nice crispy kind. My partner got the big breakie. Which wasn’t big. 1 measly sausage, fatty bacon and undercooked raw hash browns. I would not recommend this place for food. However the hot drinks were very nice.

I think your air-conditioning needs a service

Enjoyed a lovely coffee and cake here a couple of weeks ago. Much nicer than the costa coffee shop further up the mall. Staff friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return next time I'm at Golden Square.

Let’s start with the positives, food very tasty, venue very modern and relaxing. Toilets also very clean! Now for the negative… menu either needs changing or the staff need training on the menu, the breakfast roll which states it comes with bacon and sausage and add an egg for £1 extra apparently doesn’t mean that you get all of that but is a create your own… nowhere does it state that or even elude to the fact it’s a create your own! Then to be charged extra for the roll to be built to how the menu states was very poor customer service, just like the lack of apology when the correct food was brought to me. Luckily the food was tasty so I’d recommend visiting but just watch out for the extra charges

The service by Nina was second to none. The food was quick and delicious and the office was amazing. Always our go to.

Hash browns came to the table still frozen, not even slightly cooked almost as if they hadn’t been in the fryer at all. Ordered one of the tarts from the counter which also came to the table stone cold. Unsure wether this was meant to be eaten cold or hot my partner consumed half before I asked wether it should be eaten warm or cold to which a member of staff said ‘yeah they’re only re heated so might still be a bit cold’ almost as if to justify why the food was cold. Surely the point of re ‘heating’ something is so that it comes to the table ‘hot’ or at best ‘warm’ otherwise what’s the point in reheating at all. On the subject of temperature, the restaurant was freezing cold. It was so cold in fact that staff had resorted to plugging in electric heaters around the restaurant floor which really wasn’t a good look. Overall pretty poor experience and probably wouldn’t return. £25 wasted really.

Only ever been here for coffee but its 5 start quality coffee and the prices are fair compared to starbucks and costa etc the syrups for coffee aren't over sweet they have quality taste, staff are always friendly like they take joy in their work and who they aerogel with so the atmosphere ì always pleasant along the with layout of the place so nice to chill and relax from time to time. I love how big and back it is aswell so I can give at the back away from the hustle and bustle of shoppers 10 stars from me everytime

It was my first time visiting the cafe and I’m more than impressed with both the food and the service I’ve received. Nina has made me feel very welcomed and I was definitely taken care of, she was friendly, polite and very welcoming. The food was 10/10. I will most definitely be back:)

The coffee is great, avo smash was delicious and Nina was very attentive to our table for extras like butter and sauce.

The bagel and the croissant came out rather well done on the top but croissant quite burnt on the top my husband ate most of it but not all.Overall disappointing for the cost .

Had lunch today was disappointed first of all always love the coffee my opinion Jamaican coffee is the best. Let down by the food, no sourdough on a sat lunch and the alternative brioche was definitely not any brioche I'd ever tasted it was more like a muffin. My wife ordered cauliflower mac and cheese with salad garnish it was dry no sign of a cheesy sauce, burnt on the top and crispy what looked like cheddar and no sign of the salad. Sorry guys I really wanted it to be better because I love the coffee.

Clean and tidy with helpful staff.

I've been here about 10 times, said I'd never go again because the service and food wasn't good at all, even after a formal complaint nothing changed, but it's very convenient and the wheelchair access is perfect. We were going to Costa today but it was too busy ( half term) so decided to try again. Firstly all the staff have changed and the service was 100% better. Although it was busy everything was running smoothly. Secondly the prices and menu have changed, both for the better. The issue I still have is that they don't have what I want to eat. Quite a lot of the menu unavailable as they're waiting for a food delivery. Worst of all no pancakes. The pancakes are so good, but most of the time they're not available. I think that it's because they are time consuming they just regularly say 'no pancakes' I'd say 7 of the 10 visits I've made it's the same. Please sort this out and we'll be regular visitors again UPDATE 30.10 Visited today, got the pancakes, they were half the size they used to be and no blueberries, due to menu change and were just OK, nothing special. Finished eating and no coffees so I politely enquired ' hi could you check on our coffees please?' Well what a reply, I thought I'd been transported to Karen's Diner. 'She have only 2 hands' shouted the Manager ( I presume manager) whilst angrily gesticulating to the poor girl making the hot drinks. We were about to leave when the drinks came, which we drank in shocked silence

No atmosphere, only had Coffee and it wasn't very .

I came in with my son at a very busy time today. We found a table that was mid way being cleaned and my son went to move a highchair for a seat. A staff member gave him the dirtiest look and shook her head towards him picking up the high chair and moving it away very huffy. I asked if there was a problem and she pretended she was just busy. I found that pretty rude so left to find somewhere else to eat.

Unfortunately, although I find the food to be of a good standard (in spite of being quite costly), the service and cleanliness are something to be desired. This is the second Sunday in a row I have been in and received dirty glassware with food/drink marks still on. In addition to the fact, as I was leaving I attempted to express a polite thank you/good bye to the server - a young lady with blonde/mid-brown hair behind the till who then looked at me dismissively, as though I had interrupted her from something. The only staff member I found displayed a friendly customer-facing manner was the foreign lady with dark hair. All things considered, this is not a place I think I will return to. Disappointing, as I quite like the food.

I enjoyed a coffee and brunch 😋 here. Nice and clean. Good friendly service 👌. Today I was in town again and popped in for coffee and breakfast. Again was very happy with the how polite and friendly the staff are here and I enjoyed my breakfast ! I would like to mention that perhaps as the weather has come a little cooler the air conditioning might be eased a little as it was cool in there i noticed several other customers kept there jackets on while seated inside.

Popped in during my lunch break. planned to eat then order coffee to go. Tuna melt was ok but served with wilted rocket, on a non-clean table and knife and fork brought to me still had food residue on. They offer free water but otherwise definitely not worth £5.90! Saved my money and had a coffee at work..

Friendly staff, timely service & good choice of food. My coffee was served VERY hot - just the way I like it! So often these days hot drinks are luke warm instead of hot, but here it was hot & I was able to leave drinking my drink until my food arrived. I had the brie & chilli jam sandwich which was delicious! I had the options for chips aswell but decided against that with having a light lunch. I'll definitely be back again to try more things! 😊

Did not rate atmosphere as only ordered a passion smoothie to go. The staff were alright. My review is due to what I purchased today. The taste was incredibly acidic and not in the fruity kind of way. I feel it was perhaps past it's expiry date? I threw it away and will not be getting a smoothie from this brand any time soon as the taste was that bad. Did not get the chance to go back to complain as I had to catch the bus back to Manchester. I hope the managers take this as constructive feedback to either review their products for the expiry date or the flavour of the smoothie itself.

To the young man that made our coffees today, thank you so much for being so kind and friendly, and especially nice to my 20month old baby. The coffees were incredible and the vegan breakfast was delicious. OMG the vegan pistachio cake was to die for!
