Rubbish Chinese food eat on 14th July. Please never ever eat Chinese food in this restaurant.

Didn’t like the food which they served. Samosa they buy from store and fry and sell. Dosa not at all crispy. And pls don’t forget dahi puri oh lord the most horrible dish. So much potatoes inside. Only chunks of diced potatoes and nothing inside. With Dahi on top and some sev. Disgusting taste. The chef incharge says this is there special receipe. Oh lord I hope no one comes. If possible pls close the restaurant. It’s not worth

JDM has long been a fave of mine. Their chilli paneer and chilli paneer pizzas are amazing and they even do no onion garlic food. Perfect place for the veggie pizza lover and Indo Chinese enthusiast

The palak corn had a silky smooth texture and a delicious tomato flavour. The chilli paneer was over fried and had little flavour as did the paneer tikka. For a chutney loving freak like me I was disappointed that there were no chutneys on offer at all which is particularly rare for an Indian restaurant. Service was inattentive because the server was in the kitchen more than in the dining room.

Love JDM, the food and service has always been amazing! Been coming to JDM for a number of years. The only recommendation I would have to the owner is to update their decor within the restaurants to make it more modern! I would say the Wembley/Sudbury branch is a lot more modern/clean vs the North Harrow branch. Overall would highly recommend JDM for those wanting a good quality food at affordable prices.

An Advice for anyone who is looking for a part time job here. RUN! This is not the place. The chef is half crazy and roaming with decades old attitudes. Not a good trainer or a leader. He's a cunning fellow who would literally try to exploit you for a couple of days without even giving you a penny.

Fantastic indian and indo Chinese vegetarian food. Consistently excellent for years, the chilli tofu has been my go to dish for some time now. Speedy service

Why advertise open when your closed!

The staff was nice, smiling and available. But the place itself did not look great at all. And I don't mean it needed a broom, it needed a complete professional revamp done by a team of experts. From the moldy atmosphere, to the blackened light string in the bathroom, they don't honour their good food.

It's OK THE DISHES WERE NOT HOT 5 Stars for the soup. Overall I say kind of OK

This place used to be decent but quality of food has fallen and the service is dismal. Don't expect any customer care or service especially if anything goes wrong.

I ordered food of their old website. When I called to confirm if they delivered they said no so I cancelled order asu parents are over 80 and can not collect over and ordered same food from deliveroo. They still charged me twice for three dishes and refused to give refund even though it was cancelled . I asked them for an email of the owner so I can provide proof they refused. I still haven't received my refund two months later. I am now going to complain to Consumers Act. Please avoid their food, highly unhigenic and they dishonest and rude. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Please order your food from other places which is much better quality. AVOID THIS PLACE

Ordered a dosa. Noone else in the restaurant. Waited 20 minutes, knocked on kitchen door. They hadn't even started it yet! Such poor service. No real attempt to make their mistake good so I left

I ordered dosa done-in, it came cold. Sambhar was also cold. Sambhar was too much tomato sour test. My friend ordered naan and it was not cooked well, never had that before ever. I was hungry and until I was half way, no one was out whom I can ask for hot sambhar. 2 starts because dosa test was half decent.

Really tasty Indian food which contains food from all parts of India. Good ambiences as well.

This is perhaps one of the best vegetarian restaurants in the London area. There are a large variety of starters to choose from with also a large range of indo Chinese options. The flavours are amazing across all the dishes and all food is always served piping hot. The highlight of the menu is the range of homemade pizzas which are to die for. The pizza bases are freshly made in house and the base is cooked with a slight crisp. The restaurant itself does not actually get busy as they get majority of their trade through online deliveries, don’t be alarmed if you see empty seats, this is not a place you want to miss!

This is a pure vegetarian restaurant and is one of my favourites. The food is very tasty and I would say it might be the best veggie restaurant in the area. I can't understand why it isn't more popular, though it is true that the service isn't always that friendly or approachable. One suggestion is that they should re-do the decor, take some tables and have some comfier cafe style seating, plants, that kind of thing.

Can recommend the take away. Indian Thali is lovely and great value. Paneer dishes are tasty with just the right amount of spice, and again good value

Really good We ordered for entire nine person family and although we did not receive paneer dosa (replaced with dry-wet cheese dosas) we were very happy with the overall quality and taste of the food Best veggie restaurant in the area :)

We visited this restaurant after hearing the reviews. We were a group of 22 family members,all with different taste requirements. I must say the restaurant did not dissapoint any of us. We ordered at least 15 different dishes from the menu,and I have to say every single one was 5star. Freshly cooked. The food arrived very quickly,and the service was brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend this place to everyone. We shall definitely be visiting again.

We went here for the first time for our family Diwali meal. We absolutely loved the food and would recommend this resteraunt to everyone. The staff gave great service and the food was fantastic. Raj the manager made sure he looked after us and ensured we had a great experience.

Good vegetarian food and pitzza with great ambiance and service

The worst Indian food in the area. Poor quality, small quantity. Ordered a vadapav, got a generic tiny fried potato patty sandwiched in a tiny burger bun. Ordered a samosa pav, got a flattened triangular "samosa" instead of a proper Punjabi samosa, sandwiched in, you guessed it, a tiny burger bun. Dahi puri came with large potato cubes, not properly mashed, and with just four puris. The Schezwan rice was the most inauthentic we had ever had. This place ruined our evening. Avoid.

I went to Jai Durga Mahal in Sudbury to have dinner on Monday 2nd August 2021 at 6pm with 3 people and the food was nice and drinks also there was to many flys in the place and making to much noise where they go to the light and not a clean place and the toilet is so dirty inside please do not go there please and don't waste your money

Third class food,service and the waitress.She thinks she is princess.And she talks in such a manner that it seems that we are eating their free.Worst experience.Please don't go.And quantity is very very very less.

We ordered without onio & garlic food last night... But they send us with onion and garlic food it's major mistake they did... And I can't get refund as well....

Food was good. Has been in the past too. But the single lady hostess is a bit of a problem. The lower English ability leads to orders that have to be repeated over and over, and then end up wrongly given to the kitchen. They have an AC unit that is never ever going to work as it's meant to because the kitchen door is kept permanently open. And orders being shouted across the kitchen can actually be heard at far end of the dining room. Decor is more café than restaurant. But .. food is usually good.

Food is really good. Service is average but the food is authentic. The North Indian curries aren't the greatest but the other food is good. Pizza is excellent and the sauce contains no onion no garlic for those who don't eat these items.

Was not happy with my order. Methi paneer had small stones in food. Vada pau had no chutney and sesame seed bun. And garlic naan had uncooked garlic pieces visible. Would not recommend.

Amazing food, well priced and thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely a hidden gem. Long wait time for my order unfortunately but was worth it.

Excellent food and service but staff needs to wear gloves and mask 😷

Poor service advised one price on the phone and different in-store just told I would have to pay more and then on too of it the food seemed to be reheated and not made fresh. Will not be using this restaurant again!! Unless they can prove to me that they have changed their ways. Lastly the naan provided appears to be similar to the shop bought nan and not made in-house as one would expect.

Jai Durga one of UKs best restaurants hands down. Great portion control, great value. Fast service. And also great offers too. Managed to use the help out to buy out offer and they also support NHS. Very much recommend this place to anyone. Good for families too. Recommdation the chili paneer pizza.

Food here is pretty good! We had a few Indian dishes and they were all perfectly balanced and tasty! They have a couple of Indian beers for sale which tie good with the menu. Don't be put off if the place is empty, this means you will get best service ;) Vegetable curry and garlic rice are highly recommended.

When you order anything from Jai Durga Mahal, for example chana or paneer curry you get more than half onions and less of the main ingredient of the dish. If Jai Durga Mahal is going to put more of the sliced onions in their curries then all dishes should start with ONION CHANA MASALA, ONION PANEER MASALA, etc. It ruins the the taste of the dish. We are not paying for the onions. It's a very cheap way to fill up the container with onions, onions, onions, onions, onions, onions.........

The second restaurant of this name owned by the same people. Same fantastic vegetarian food at great prices. Best chili paneer on earth! Can't recommend this place enough. Slightly more spacious than their North Harrow location but a bit more out the way depending where you're coming from.

7 of us went to eat dinner. Initial thoughts were that it may not be great as the place was practically empty. DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER is what I should really live by. Ordered 6 dishes as starters and the portion sizes were very good and large. Did not require any more food. Would definitely recommend to others to visit the restaurant.

Nice veg restaurant where dishes are freshly made. Triple Szechwan was tasty, chilli mushroom was nice. Portions are small for medium size, will definitely visit again!

It’s pure vegetarian Indian restaurant serving tasty Indian dishes, Chinese dishes and pizza. We were group of 4 people. We have enjoyed vegetarian tofu, crispy sweet corn, chilli paneer, crispy mix veg. It was very tasty food. It’s one of the good pure vegetarian restaurant in Sudbury & Wembley area. Staff is very caring and helpful. 100% recommended. Thanks 🙏
