Food always arrives still hot, great portions and staff are friendly. When we ring up they already know our address. We use these 8/10 times we order Chinese in stoke on Trent. Ask for extra spice they will sort you out. Special fried rice is nice too👌

Won’t order again absolutely disgusting worse Chinese I’ve had

Absolutely faultless. I ordered from here last night for the first time after reading the reviews. I was not disappointed! The food was spot on and portion sizes that you can’t complain about! I live 20 minutes away and I’ll definitely be returning. Bravo 👌🏽

Usually great, but very disappointing last night, 45 mins later than time give at point of ordering. Don't know if you have changed chefs but chicken fried rice and chow mein were nothing like they usually are. Tasteless, sorry.

My favourite takeaway around here. Fast delivery usually, and I think in the years iv been going here, I only ever had one order that was not right. They sorted it quickly, no problems.

Always nice, comes hot. Not too long for delivery and always remember us when we ring.

A little gem of a takeaway fast hot delivery ,we've had loads order never been wrong drivers always friendly and smiling. The more you spend the more free food you get. Salt and pepper prawns are lovely.

Amazing food, and you get a free bottle of pop when you spend a certain amount. Also very quick, friendly delivery and overall was great.

The best Chinese takeaway around in my opinion. Prompt delivery and food always piping hot. Often have an extra dish added for free and always free prawn crackers 😀

We like ordering Chinese from Jade Palace on a regular basis. The good is very nice, portions are big - be careful when ordering chicken balls, they are enough for 2.

Absolutley hands down the best Chinese in the area unfortunately since weve moved to Hanley you dont deliver but it's well worth the journey to collect as we do everytime. Food is ALWAYS fresh hot and delicious also the young girl on the front desk is so friendly and welcoming and such a lovely young lady. Actually on my way to fetch my order now Haha thank you :)

Ordered for the first time tonight. Will definitely be the one and only. Had mixed starter, chicken satay skewers and pancakes. Everything seemed as though it was cheap frozen food. Hoisin sauce didn't taste right, chicken satay didn't taste of satay, starter was complete rubbish. All food end up in bin. Didn't even have a cold can of pop. Pop was warm

Food was lovely, 2nd time we have had from here would definitely order again, reasonably priced too.

Fantastic starters in the combo boxes. Howver pricey and can sometimes make you feel a bit under the weather. Still best chinese around the local area.

First time I ordered from here as our usual was shut, never again! I ordered the appetisers for 2 and got a box full of mush covered in weird gravy type sauce, it was meant to contain CRISPY seaweed for 2 it was soggy and there was barely enough to fill a tablespoon. The food tasted ok despite looking messy except for the prawn toast which was very dry and way too thick! Just wasted 18quid!

Worst Chinese I've ever been . Had chicken curry the sauce was like water absolutely vile. Husbands chicken fried rice tasted like it had been brushed up off the floor !!!
