Curry is a bit mild for me, apart from that,would definitely recommend. Food was lovely and hot, great portions. (Enough for tomorrow:) Delivery was fast and prices very reasonable.*****

1st time trying Jade, Have to say was fantastic, and I will 100% use again.

Has to be the worst Chinese food we have ever tried,curry was absolutely bland,no taste whatsoever stodgy rice,chips must have been made by Lego, do yourselves a favour and stay clear

Quick delivery but food wasn’t great at all. Rice very overcooked, stodgy and barely any curry sauce. Threw most in the bin 😞

Absolutely love this place, food is always piping hot when it arrives, lovely big portions and very tasty, definitely worth the money. By far my favourite takeaway

Food Cold & Rice Was Disgusting and Mushy

forgot two main meals from our order. not very helpful. spoke to lady on the phone who advised keep extras sent, probably wouldn't have used them, driver took them from my daughter. got duck in orange sauce, the sauce was all congealed like jelly not very appetising. very disappointed

Food was rotten, cold, even the salt and chili chicken was un-bearable:( how is that even possible?

We did not like this at all. Curry was disgusting and tastless. They forgot our fried rice! The salted chilli chicken was so chewy and barely any salted chilli season on it. Alof of it was wasted and thrown in the bin.

The curry was absolutely tasteless , chicken was proper rubbery and the salt and chili chicken meal had more onion than chips or chicken , wouldnt recommend at all, the only reason its getting a 1 star rating is because i cant give any less.

I was going to Jade House going on ten years been an owner change in that period but food was still good. The last year incrementally noticing the food quality and quantity has been decreasing - The final straw came for me when I ordered a Chinese collected it the Curry was incorrect - the girl at counter was apologetic as she remembered the order and said they would send delivery driver down with correct Curry bare in mind there was another 25 pound of other items - Delivery driver arrived and said could he get the wrong curry I said yeah no problem some was poured out prior to noticing the mistake - he also was a nice fella but said the owner won’t Accept that and would have to charge for the correct order to which he agreed was crazy - As at this stage was an hour after the order so the rest order been freezing as they only replaced the incorrect item. The customer service from the owner is embarrassing I would say spent a huge amount over the years on this premises - I hope he realises this loses loyal customer like myself

Chips were brick hard, chow mein was like had been reheated , food was absolutely disgusting

Ordered a beef and chicken curry, one with rice one with chips, and prawn crackers. Prawn crackers didn't arrive with the food, both curries was very bland and watery. The chips were cold too. Disappointing for 20 quid.

Love this Chinese! Always have however it would be great if you could add MORE sauce to dishes. The order tonight had 1/3 of the tub (was a chicken dish with sauce) and then had hardly any to cover my side. That would be the only thing !

Good came cold, curry literally had no taste whatsoever, also asked for salt and chilli chips . Plain chips came.

Wish the foods explained more what they actually contain. Items do not specify they contain large chunks of vegetables in them. Too many to sit and pick out either, wish the just eat website they would add a no vegetable option as well as no bean sprout for no noodles. Love getting out of this place in person but there’s no personalisation on the app.

I don't know if it's a new chef or what but jade house disappeared off just eat then came back with no reviews and since it has my last 2 orders have been absolutely disgusting like not eatable at all!! Food is completely different and what went from the best Chinese on the road I'll not be back . That order was my 1 last try .

Ordered chicken curry no veg, received beef curry with veg

Orderd chicken chow mein and tub bbq wat came was portain noodles that look cooled down and reheat and stuck together defooo not fresh at alll. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. And i ring explained they also made me.put to b a LIAR AND HUNG UP.

PLEASE READ!!!! Where do I even start? Collected the food, they said it was ready to collect in 10 minutes, should have caught on there and then. Once we opened the smoked chicken it looked furry, smoked chicken is supposed to be red. It was white (looked like fluff) we rang up and complained. The salted chilli chicken looked like a corpse colour. Rang up said it was disgusting looking and they said come up and get our money back, we brought the chicken back to show it! Long story short, the owner came out started slamming on the desk and verbally abusing my partner. I had to get out of the car immediately as it really looked like he was going to hit my partner, his veins were popping out of his neck. It was horrible I got it all on record, he took our Chinese back and threw it in the bin and REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!!! I had to demand it back, it was just a screaming match at this point and I said right I’ll just ring the police! Wasn’t until then he came out with a new attitude apologised and shuck my partners hand and reluctantly gave our money back. I posted the videos (without sound) as it was just a screaming match and embarrassing as it’s really all over chicken. My aim was to show how he was really ready to come for us and how scary he was. The manager then took it upon herself to message me threatening me.. even though she wasn’t even working! and the little delivery boy too! He was sniggering and recorded it all when he wasn’t even a part of it and tried to come at me for calling him out on smirking and sniggering. These people are all insane. The most horrible people I’ve ever came across ever, most disgusting place. Really feel sorry for them all more than anything :( Forever have second hand embarrassment. Still cannot believe what I actually witnessed and how I got spoken to last night and today. Appalling.

Lovely food but little hot for kids

Just had onion rings, had to throw them out,totally uneatable, must have been fried, refried and fried again, hard as rocks. also had chips tasteless some burnt. I won't be back .save your money and stay away. I'd give it 1 out of 10.

Worst Chinese have ever had... Crispy shredded chicken was basically batter floating in slime. Rang and complained, was told a replacement meal would be sent to us bit nothing arrived.

Had or should I say the dog had honey chilli chicken tonight,you can tell that this place dont taste their food,it was the most bland horrible thing i have ever got out of any Chinese about the West,It came in about 10 mins and that alone tells you that its not busy and prob due to it being boggin, a nice Chinese will always be about an hour wait due to popular demand,i honestly think if I scraped the bottom of my brown bin and ate that it would have tasted nicer

Food was OK curry was a bit too spicy. Veg and spring rolls was greasy. Are they meant to be greasy. Dunno if I'll order from here again like. #soz.
