2nd time ordering here and absolutely love it!!

Was lovely. Very fast delivery. But food was barley warm. Chips needed to be heated up

food was freezing, asked for 9:15 delivery; my food got delivered at 9:50, absolute joke.

when we got our food the cartons was ope and some of the food was in the bottom of the bag.

My wife and I enjoyed our meal. That I ordered as a surprsise. As it was almost 43 years ago. We had a House special chow mein. We bought one to share one our wedding night. We will be ordering another meal like what we had in the very near future.

The food was tasty, but I ordered boiled rice with my order. I received egg fried rice

Order delivered only a few minutes late, but my issue was it took 1 and a half hours from order time to delivery. Then I had to re heat the food. My fault because I knew the amount of time it could have took but most places say the length of time but get the food to you quicker.

Well over 2 hours for food to arrive without even an apology.

The food came and it was cold. tasted like rubber and had no flavour to the curry

I never normally have an issue with food from jade house. however this time the pancakes for the duck were all stuck together. when trying to gentle pull them apart they just kept tearing so could not use them with my food. quite disappointing

Never mind that estimated time was 1-1.5 hrs upon ordering, it took yet another hour beyond said estimated time. Delivery wasn’t even apologetic, was just laughing and said have a good night! It was delivered by restaurant’s staff, mind you. So rude, so unprofessional. Food was lousy as well.

Order the food at 18:40 it arrived 20:50 2 hours 10 mins later and was cold

Esperé poco más de 2 horas para la comida cuando llegó hacía frío helado un pedido de £ 30 + no disfruté en absoluto llamé a la tienda después de la 1. 5 horas para decir que estaba en camino la tienda está a solo 8 minutos todavía tomó otros 40 minutos

The chicken chow mein had shrimp in it

Food was lovely,however the contents had spilled out of the containers leaving the delivery bag full of rice and curry!!

very bland no heat in the Singapore chow mein. chips well overcooked. satay sauce runny and not very peanutty. we always order from jade house so I don't know what's happened but never again I'm afraid

Probably the worst we’ve had from here. I shan’t order again. Hard recooked chips, flavourless mains, overcooked and dried ribs. Just really poor quality.

Have ordered a few times now. Constant high quality and delicious food with my go-to order being salt & pepper chicken and chips, and curry sauce.

Terribly oily food. Even the soup had floating oil separation. Very unappetising. I had squeezed out 3 chicken balls on a paper towel and 2 filled up full of oil

Always freshly cooked food is piping hot brilliant place to go been going here for awhile never had a bad food experience

Ordered at 18:20, ETA was 19:25-19:45. I called at 20:30 and was told new ETA would be 20:45..Actual arrival was 20:50. Not good enough.

Never received food, after nearly two and a half hours. App said it was on the way 1 hour ago and it's only a 10 minute walk away from me. No answer to phone calls, absolute waste of time, will never use Jade House again.

Over cooked and cold. Lids had come off the sauces. If I had noticed would have refused the order. Not the first time but will be the last!

Rang restaurant to complain they said it wouldn’t be long another 12 minutes later cold food delivered.curry sauce was in one big lump .Not at all happy .The app is rubbish

I have the same thing every time tonight ordered my usual curry sauce and chicken balls but got chicken balls sweet and sour sauce and chips charged for all I hate sweet and sour sauce

Delicious food, quickly prepared, restaurant dispatched promptly and driver was very pleasant

The food was really not good. Both chow mein and the rice had that very strong chemical/plastic taste (I am told apparently its too much GMO). The batter on the prawns was too crispy and difficult to bite into. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

Did not receive my full order and paid

This is hands down the best Chinese takeaway we have had for a long time!! We usually order from one local to us but they are closed tonight - what a lucky find!! Definitely our go to from now on!!

Disappointed. two different dishes but they taste similar and what worst both are very salty. normally i don't mind a little bit salt but those were much over. I didn't finish any of then because of that.

Why are you adding on a service charge as well as a delivery charge? I don't want to tip the restaurant or the delivery driver for my order when I'm paying £20+ already. Almost 2hrs for delivery isn't good either! Why would I tip you for taking 2hrs?

Food was very salty. Called restaurant and said drivers on their way. 10 mins later a notification to say driver on way and it turned up 15 mins later. 1st time disappointed

ordered special rice got tiny portion with rubbish amount of chicken and one prawn, veg, rice. half size of last time I ordered and poor quality in comparison but same price. really late. what a rip off
