Vegetable curry was 1 mushroom 1 slice of carrot and the rest onions absolutely disgraceful

Best chinese and I am extremely picky with my food never had a bad one from them always on time hot and tastes amazing

Wasn't very warm. Chips were hard. Whole meal not as nice as usual.

They followed the instructions very well my kids enjoyed the food I will be ordering very soon thank you

Thought I’d try this Chinese takeaway again after not ordering for a few years cos it was bad, well can safely say it was even worse than last time all the food was stale and cold the chips tasted like they were from last year defo won’t be back

Been using this takeaway for years. Bit disappointed with the food today. Rice was still little under cooked, hard. Chicken curry consitency was thicker than normal. Couldnt mix in with the rice. The chow mein was ok but looked and tasted like it was overcooked/burnt.

I have never had a bad order from this take away. Also, one of the cheapest around. Good food and reliable service. Also, the delivery driver is cheerful and pleasant. Top marks as usual.

Never again. Two hours for a delivery that originally said 30 to 45 minutes. I understand it's an evening but maybe if you have too many orders you stop taking them until you can manage and not expect people to wait so long. No communication at all from them, we called 3 times and was just told the driver has the order. I think even if I lived next door I wouldn't use them. After the scheduled delivery time the app said "food delivered, enjoy your meal" nope, we didn't.

The food was awful the chips was greasy and tastes nothing like salt and pepper chips and the chow main was over cooked

I ordered my daughter food and she has only just told me it didn’t arrive

1 of our items was missing from our order which was very quickly rectified when I called the restraunt, however by the time it was brought out we had all pretty much finished eating. (tommorrows lunch it is)

Delivery driver said he was looking for the door for 30 minutes didn’t think to ring and turned up to my door with 4 people, which could be quite intimidating to some and looked kind of dodgy.

Hardly any chicken in the chicken fried rice and the chicken chow mein I ordered

There was a man who tried taking our food off the driver, he stood up to him and didn’t let him threaten him into giving him our food! Appreciate him loads, thank you so much!

ordered a chicken and prawn curry no flavour and found not one prawn. Will not order from this establishment again.

Had two takeaways from this place and it’s really lovely, definitely the best I’ve had so far. Singapore Chow Mein is gorgeous. Chicken balls, although smaller, are really nice. Rice is superb. Not much else to say other than we really recommend this place!

Went there for a late night supper and I’m absolutely disappointed. Firstly the service was meh like the lady at the counter gave a weird vibe. The only Chinese cuisine open at the time so had to settle for less. The sweet and sour chicken was extremely sweet n sour like ew brother ew along with it being extremely overcooked, two chews and had to spit it all out. The egg fried rice has a nice flavour but the rice was hard and hardly had any eggs :( but I was so hungry I tried to eat that at least. Vegetable spring rolls were really nice. Definitely will not be eating from here again.

The quick delivery was a pleasant surprise and all of our food was delicious (eight treasure chicken, chicken with pineapple, egg fried rice and chips). It was my first time trying the pineapple dish which I can safely say is now one of my favourites. Great service as ever, high quality food and a wide variety of dishes to share with family/friends. the food was awash with bean sauce and there was very little taste of anything else. the food itself was barely lukewarm we will not be using this place again

The chicken rice ws fine but nothing special. I ordered salt and pepper beef and was given crispy shredded beef and trust me, there was no beef in the friend things, just pure fat. the whole thing went in the bin. I wouldn't order from here agin, JustEat refused to refund also.

Everything was nice with the exception of the salt & pepper chips - they looked and smelt really greasy.

If you want hot flavour then order from here.

I’ve ordered from here before and read the reviews before I ordered. Felt sorry for the people who had a bad experience as I’ve always had a good one. This time was just as good, if not better.

Overall; good quality and hot food. Delivery was quick with only a little spillage. Was a little bit naughty to say there were '8' Satay sticks when they are half the size of everyone else's! So you only actually still get 4! However, all told, not bad value, portions are good/tasty but a little small. I'll be going back in future tho. Thanks.

I waited over an hour and even range them, the rice was dry, egg fried rice only had a few bits of egg in it, the chicken balls were good though.

Ordered peking duck and there was barely any duck in it - mostly sauce and veg for £7.

I ordered at the weekend and my order didn't arrive but on the app it said delivered. I called and they said they didn't use the timings on the app but it would be 10 mins. three calls later and 30 more mins later, it arrived. The food was OK but not special, I will not be ordering from here again!

2nd time in a week and it was amazing

We always order chinese food from Jade House. Portion sizes are generous, and the food always arrives piping hot. The individual items are all delicious and it's good value for money due to the portion sizes. We don't go anywhere else.

Poor communication took nearly 2 hours for food

Very poor experience food was meant to arrive at 19:45, food arrived at 20:35 over 45 minutes late. Food was also cold and no care 1st time order from here and will be my last not a great experience I think I will stick to my normal place from now on.

The meal was delicious and would definitely order from here again. Only one very small thing, the omelette was slightly crispy

Chicken and prawn balls were dry and sweet and sauce it comes with is bitter doesn’t really taste would rate them a 4/10 and the chicken chow mein was okay 6/10.

Although delivered early Food wasn’t the best, salt and pepper chicken tasted stale sesame prawn toast is very mushy

The food tasted awful, just not good quality, greasy and bland. The curry sauce was stodgy & too thick. The starters were just fried grease. Also late so we had to call to find out where it was. Defiantly not worth the £35 spent.

The food is delicious, one of the best! Will keep on ordering from here from now on. ❤️
