Jade Garden Chinese Takeaways in Shropshire

Food was awful, chicken was rubbery and tough tasted processed. We were both ill that evening and following day. Ordered on line which was quick apart from that I wouldn’t recommend.

In our view the food was poorer than Drayton House but more fundamentally I will never use Jade Garden again... at checkout using their online ordering service you were given the option of paying the listed price by card or paying cash on collection for a 10% discount. This they refused to honour arguing it was an old promotion. They clearly haven't updated their Web page and refused to honour the discount. I won't be using them again. I'm very angry and trading standards need to investigate.

Waited 2 hours when it finally showed up had to microwave it to warm it up terrible

It has been a long time since I came to the UK from Hong Kong. This is the first time I have eaten such authentic Hong Kong-style food. It is really nostalgic and reminds me of the taste of home. If I give it a perfect score of 10, I will give it 10.

The food tasted very good, especially the curry. I have lived in the UK for so many years and I haven’t eaten such Chinese food in a long time. I was so impressed. Missing the taste of home, I can give this restaurant full marks

Ignore the Google closure times. Rang at 21:55 and got told it was closed. Google says 22:30.

We haven't tried all the Chinese takeaways in town yet, but this one was recommended and doesn't disappoint. The food is lovely and there's plenty of it. It only ever takes 15 mins to prepare as well, which is a bonus. A great choice.

Had a meal last night. Normally good not a problem as I always use this take away. But last nights special curry was terrible. The taste was all wrong and there was bones in it. So it ended up in bin. Money down drain.

Having used Jade Garden on many occasions with superb food, I can only assume that the chef was having a bad day today. Two main dishes (typically mine) were left after eating very little of them. Crispy beef was burnt and discarded. Singapore noodles had no chili peppers at all and plain noodles with no seasoning evident. Three stars still warranted as my daughter enjoyed hers.

Had beef curry and boiled rice. Decent sized portions, also gave you prawn crackers free.

Good duck curry, you can have it mild with mushrooms too. Also shop next door down very good under new management

Best chinese in Market Drayton.The chicken balls are always crispy,the shredded duck is amazing and the beef and mushroom in black bean sauce is second to none.Its always consistant and excellent value for money.I've never had a bad meal from there.5 stars.

Partner and I recently moved to the area. Alot of Chinese places were closed on Tuesday so we looked what was the closest and open! We was not disappointed!!! The food was AMAZING! The portion sizes were big, all the food tasted great, the ribs were very tender, the beef chow mein had alot of beef instead of mostly noodles. I would deffo recommend these guys! Also staff and delivery driver were friendly and happy too! Will be using these guys all the time. Thank you

Good food shame about the chips to hard

I would just like to say reading the reviews spoke volumes that Jade Garden was certainly the most popular in Market Drayton. The food was very tasty and there was plenty of it and from the telephone order to delivery it took 10 minutes. I highly reccomend it.

Our new favourite chinese, friendly staff with quick service, collect or delivered, cash only is the only downside. Food choice and quality excellent.

I have used most of the Chinese takeaways in the area and I have to say this is the best and I will be using jade garden in future. The food is very fresh and tender and great price. The delivery time is very quick. Ten out of ten.

Superb won ton soup, which for myself makes an establishment stand out. My preferred local Chinese takeaway for price and product. For consistency of quality (don't blame me if the regular chef is off) it cannot be faulted. Many thanks and complements to the chef!
