That was not chicken 🤢 Whatever money you're saving on proper meat you're losing on custom

It’s a basic takeaway shopfront, but the food is very nice. People have commented that you can only pay by cash but you can order online for collection or delivery and pay by card. I’ve had several meals from here and they have always been good quality at a reasonable price.

Do not use this takeaway if you have a food allergy. Extremely dangerous!!! They ignore your allergies and serve it to you anyway. I've tried to speak to the manager but they refused to come to the phone. Totally ruined my birthday 😭

Ordered online last night and had our usual order, but something has changed, changed massively in a good way, we both agreed that's the best Chinese we have ever eaten full stop, the flavours were amazing, piping hot even even the crispy pork was still super crunchy (was devoured by my partner in seconds, the chicken chow mein was so full of chicken it's was unreal, hot and salty ribs were just so moorish, 10 out of 10, whatever you changed keep it that way.

I specifically said I don’t want chilli oil I want extra chilli peppers… so I open my chicken to see not a single chilli pepper inside! Yet it’s mega hot - exactly why I asked for no chilli oil! Waste of money that was! Straight in the bin! Oh and the rice is old stodgy and bland… hopefully they learn from this… satay chicken came with barely any satay sauce - minor criticism but the rest I am pretty annoyed about! Salt and chilli chicken with no chilli in it…. what…?!

My favourite Chinese takeaway. Slways delicious & still hot yo eat on delivery. Pleasant delivery people slso. Always a smooth transaction in ordering through to delivery & payment at the door as I slways do.

Our usual Ocean Pacific was closed on a Monday so tried this one . Really good 👍 Cash only

Was a bad meal. Did order late though so maybe this made a difference. Heard good things from others. So may give another chance but overall first experience, not good.

3 out of 10 Other local takeaways preferred Prices ridiculously high for takeaway. £8 for Singapore Noddles I ordered this evening and the noddles were soggy. Such a shame.

Ordered 1/4 duck and found it to be mainly duck skin did not even have enough meat to go with the wraps supplied. The rest of my order was fine.

The order I put in was completely incorrect. I paid £20 for prawn toast, rice (that I did not order) and mini veg rolls. When I called I was met with an argumentative person on the phone that was unwilling to help. This business has lost my business going forward.

I had a Chinese from here a couple of months ago and it was terrible. Tried again just to see if it was a one off!! and it was the same again no tased and There was more greece then the local fish and chip shop disappointed as it wasn't cheap 😕😕😕

Card payment wouldn't work online, don't take card instore (no warning of this anywhere). Food was nice, but had a couple of hairs in and was cold by the time we'd manage to get cash to pay

Pathetic service!! I wanted to pay with card and was told cash only. Most people use card and don’t carry cash with them. Can’t expect a woman this time of night to go to the bank on her own. Will definitely not go there again.

Ordered from our favorite Chinese. Online ordering as had no cash at home, had problems several years ago and assured many times from staff and drivers that the online ordering had improved. Ordered and delivery stated 18.15 delivery, at 18.30 rang just to make sure order had gone through as this was the problem previously. They confirmed it had been recieved and order was out with driver. Great but at 18.50 still no delivery, bearing in mind it's less than mile up the road. Full refund given by bank transfer after much debate. Another lost customer. Have heard bad things about the service (not the food) but normally collect after said problems years ago, still hasn't improve. Don't use the online system, or allow 3 times the estimate delivery time. Finally, the delivery car turn up at 18.55.

good food but delivery tends to take quite a bit longer than it states on the website.

Absolutely disgusting! We ordered from here on the weekend just gone! I can honestly say I've never had something so vile from a Chinese takeaway before. We ordered egg fried rice and it was a bland stodgy mess! There was absolutely no flavour to it. Imagine you bought and over cooked cheap plain rice! That is the only way I can describe it! The prawn crackers were tasteless and soft, as if they'd been left over night on the side. We ordered satay sauce, which cost £2 each tiny pot, and I mean tiny! Safe to say I will never order from here again. Absolutely shocking.

Super friendly, fast-paced service, with great food to top it all off. Operates smoothly during this on-going pandemic, with staff wearing masks and hand sanitiser available at the entrance of the establishment. My only slight niggle is that it runs on a 'Cash Only' basis so caught me out there 😂. Nonetheless a very popular takeaway. Would go again! 👌

Always friendly and polite, either in person or by phone orders. Service is fast, hot and yummy. Vast menu to suit everyone's taste. Banquet menus for more than 2 people. On line ordering available as is delivery. Free prawn crackers over £20 spend. Thanks guys.

Waited nearly three hours for a delivery that I ended up needing to collect even though estimated delivery time was an hour! Phoned to find out how long my order would take to find out they had no knowledge of the order so hadn’t started it. Stated the order number to find they actually did have it. Went to get said order after being told they’d have it ready in ten minutes and it still wasn’t ready, they hadn’t even started cooking it when I got there! And it was even cooked properly!

Good food and they deliver I would advice special chowmein

First takeaway I have had from there for a while and I have missed nothing. Had a home delivery and everything was cold and had no flavour the 'special mixed chow mein' dish had approximately one prawn, very little meat and was so dry. My chips had been cooked quite a while I would think. However, the animals didn't say no. We will give this takeaway a miss in the future.

Ordered a chinese from Jade Garden last night and I have never had a meal like it. 2 of the dishes were burnt to a crisp and were soaking in oil and other was so watery, we might of ordered soup and the other was missing. Phoned to explain today that it also made us sick and they need to learn some customer service, as they couldn't careless. Well they wont get anymore custom from us and we definitely recommend people to go elsewhere

Even though they say 45 mins for eta it's generally about 20 mins. Food always good, hot and enjoyable. Friendly staff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I'll only use another Chinese if they are closed.

Very poor experience, forgot my order when I went to collect, then had to wait even longer, also got told would have money of my next Chinese, to be informed this is incorrect and the staff don't speak very good English, also to have the phone put down on me.

i made a complaint cause the food was descusting and now im band haha joke learn to cook the food and there wouldnt be any problem i would advise all people not to go here as the service is very very poor
