We have a caravan at DrumMohr Caravan Park used Jade Garden a few times now, food is amazing 5 star plus and the service fantastic no complaints - will highly recommend to the site.

Staying at Drummohr Caravan Park and decided to try a Chinese from here as we usually use TI. Food amazing and will definitely be back

Worst Chinese ever had. Something had been put on Since when has Cantonese sweet and sour chicken been pin an awful pink sauce

I ask ribs not to be done any sauce so thry must scrap sauce and then burnt them really bad wont be bsck

The greatest chicken wings in the whole of scotland, the chips are perfect and crisp and (if it wasn’t hood enough already) fast and reliable. Jade Garden is not only the best chinease in prestonpans i would say it’s the best chinese in the whole of east lothian. JG 🔛🔝

The Salt & Chilli Ribs to die for!

Lovely food, lovely customer service. Deep fried chilli chicken is the best from here. And the curry & rice spring roll cannot be beaten. Good prices I recommend to everyone. The curry spring roll is everyone's new favourite go to. I won't use any other Chinese

Abysmal. Chicken Chow Mein noodles were hard and inedible. All the other dishes were just a load of left overs, tough and bland. Most of it went in the bin. Dreadful.

Tried this place for a wee change...tried it, and won’t be back. Delivery was fine. Im sure i was overcharged. Wife couldn’t eat her chicken dish, so i ended up with that. She’s right...it was horrible. Prawns were horrible aswell.

The food was excellent. Excellent quality, hot, authentic and just delicious. The food arrived early and the service at the door was great. Driver was chatty and polite. Haven’t ordered from jade garden before but will definitley be ordering again. Only downfall was that I spent over £20 on food but didn’t get a free bag of prawn crackers, which I usually get when ordering from other Chinese take aways when spending a lot less money.

Cannot fault delivery time but food was really not good. Reminded me of early 90s slime we used to be served everywhere in the UK.

Has always been good food for me until tonight I get a half empty portion of chilli chips that were soggy and tasted uncooked and very rude staff, not impressed at all

Have had food a number of times now and usually good but put order in to arrive at 8pm and still waiting and it's 9.10pm. Called a couple of times and told at 8.20 that it left 10mins ago, then called at 8.40 and told driver couldn't find the door!!!! Not expecting much if the food left at 8.10 as advised. absolutely appalling service when phoned as well!! Oh its just arrived and driver said fresh made, funny that Won't b using again

did not get our juice and when phoned up I got told they would send someone up straight away. nearly two outs later and still nothing.

No your order comes with prawn crackers! Perfect thanks👍 Order arrives no prawn crackers so phoned the shop. I was informed that my order was 5p short of the free prawn crackers order ........ok but I did ask this on the phone? So surely you will be sending them up ????? We can send them but you'll need to pay for the delivery 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔. No chance terrible customer service and I won't be ordering from here again ......never been the same since Murray left. I have been ordering from Jade Garden regularly for a number of years with excellent service and quality food, however I was very disappointed with my order tonight due to one of my dishes missing from the delivery resulting in the driver having to make an extra journey. The dish was delivered around 30mins after the 1st delivery therefore I had to reheat the rice, chip & sauce in the microwave which was not very nice. no extra dish or money back offered.

The staff were lovely which is a plus, nice cheerful girl. We got the monster box which was great value for money. But the chicken wings were not at all edible, the noodles and rice were freezing, I got chicken curry and it was awful, tasted like it had a lb of sugar in it! On the up side, the chicken balls, ribs and chips were tasty!

Shocking service from the jade garden! Usually fine ordered a dilivery it was estimated 40 minutes to an hour on dilivery waited 2 hours phoned about 40 times number was ingaged. Finally got through twice and they didn’t even answer the phone still herd nothing from the Chinese so disappointed!

Good quality food delivered within a reasonable time. The price was also of good value. Would recommend to friends and family.

Ordered food tonight ordered egg fried rice and chips n curry sauce, when I received the food the rice was boiled rice not egg fried rice and was undercooked and the chips were absolutely disgusting as well

Best bbq sauce ive tasted in a while, was abit dissapointed with the beef chowmain as there was hardly any beef and was really greasy. The rest off the food was great.

after using this chinese for a long time & never having any major issues, i returned 1 delivery due to the fact it tasted nothing like it should have!! for want of a better word it was vile!! thinking it maybe better i decided to give it another go only to be told the owner has now refused to allow any orders to be taken from me!! technically barred because she sold me a meal that was inedible ................... it beggers belief!!

They took the order to the wrong address so we asked for a fresh order and when that eventually came the order was wrong. Not impressed and won't be ordering again.

Food vile. Prawns and prawn crackers like rubber. King prawn fried rice and fried rice for curry burnt. Phone constantly engaged when trying to phone to complain. Definitely will not be ordering from Jade Garden again and will be spreading the word round my friends and family

We were staying at Seton Sands caravan park and this food was absolutely delicious! Hot, full of flavour and definitely on our list of take aways if we return for another holiday. Great service.

Have visited this takeaway on a few occasions now when visiting family in Prestonpans. Always enjoy the food. This visit we shared a Chinese chicken curry and Thai red chicken curry with rice, soft noodles and chips. Both meals were delicious and had very generous portions. The only reason I can't rate a 5 this time is they did get the order wrong and instead of noodles we were given two rice. When we noticed this when we got home a quick phone sorted it out but it meant that our meals had to warmed through before we could enjoy them with the noodles that were delivered to us. I'm sure our next visit will be a 5.

Phoned up for deliever after recieved food find out there missing speacial fried rice phoned up sounded like they didnt believe me then eventually they brought my rice up apart from that they r ok

Quick delivery. Driver arrived with food and hadn't been told it was paid for then we heard him on phone to take away asking if it had been paid and then proceeded to swear loudly, hopefully at who he was talking to and not about us! Food was bland, beef fried rice had no flavour and was dry, chicken in chilli sauce also tasteless. Ribs were dry and chewy. I've not had a problem with other take always in area, made the mistake of trying this one

Jade Garden is situated in the centre of Prestonpans on the High Street. They have a long varied Menu and offer a delivery service. Prices are reasonable and portions generous. I particularly like the Sweet and Sour Chicken and Boiled Rice.

Binned whole 22 pound meal after 5 minutes chicken was jelly likein texture and uncooked chips , quick delivery but wouldnt order again !

We ordered our meal but unfortunately they only sent one fried rice instead of two so we had to wait over 30 minutes before this was rectified this meant our meal was ruined

Was staying at the local holiday park and they delivered right to your door. It was that good we ordered more a.couple of days later. Best shredded chicken and beef i've ever tasted.The chef is wasted in a small takeaway.

Superb chow mein, try the chicken, also deep fried shredded beef or chicken are amazing!! Will also deliver.
