We recently had a lunch here with my mum and sister. The staff were very accommodating. They had almond milk as alternative to dairy and we’re happy to change the food on the menu to suit what I fancied. Food was quick and yummy. The coffee is amazing and the milkshakes even better! I used to love going to the cafe as a child and I love it even more now as a first time mummy

I had a great meal at this cafe located in The Kings Centre, Chessington. The burger I ordered was very tasty and well presented. Would definitely recommend.

The Jacob’s Well Café is a chirpy, at times endearingly disorganised, partly volunteer-run café that serves filling if formulaic food to users of the King’s Centre, a curious fusion of church and community. It was tested to the limit recently when the local election count was staged in the main hall, but usually it copes well with dispensing lunchtime baked potatoes, lasagna, bangers and chips and sandwiches. Plenty of light all-day snacks and chocolate bars, but the real food comes out between 11am and 2pm. Friendly staff, with half-price meals for over 60s on Wednesdays – a busy time when it’s sometimes difficult to find a seat. I enjoyed fish and chips on my last visit, served with a little salad garnish and tear-open sachets of tartare sauce and ketchup and mayo. All in all, a friendly, popular and honest little diner.

Very quiet at Friday lunchtime, we were the only ones until a loud vegan arrived, and unfortunately continued to yell about her veganism religion throughout the remainder of our meal. We had our usu

Been a regular since 2019 and always loved the experience. However not sure why things were different today. The risotto I ordered like always was not like always and I couldn't eat it. Told the guy w

Disgusting. £37 for a margarita and calzone. The margarita's mozzarella was gelatinous and disgusting. The passata on the base was awful. The meat in the calzone tasted like it was frozen. Just all in

We thought the restaurant was empty due to it being Monday which was fine. Very dark place, plastic covers on the chairs. Friendly enough. ordered white wine which they did not have but offered us an
