Had a terrible experience in here when my colleague and I stopped to get some lunch. Ordered - 2 Chicken Piri Piri paninis - Barely warm and chicken was chicken slices you get from a ready pack.. cold with a Nando’s sauce drenched all over it! Terrible.. absolutely terrible!! Both went in the bin! 2 soups - after waiting for 15 minutes for them I snapped an cancelled them.. they didn’t even realise we were waiting on them though despite being the only 2 in the shop and having everything else 10 minutes before!! Large coffee - cracking big coffee machine there, but for some reason the girl pretended she was making one with the machine for a few seconds and then went through the back to come out with a large instant coffee that was like dishwater! Bottle of water - only thing to get pass marks! Avoid this place at all costs! Clueless folk proving that not everyone can just open a cafe!!

Had a cheeseburger. Real beef homemade great tasting. Reasonably priced. Will be back. You can`t get MacDonalds in Paisley town, but Jack`s is an alternative worth a detour.

Theres a good selection of hot and cold rolls available at reasonable a price, staff are pleasent and the service is quick

lovely place , the baked totties are amazing , also they do ice blasts :) i love the chips and cheese and you cant beat there salad rolls

What a shambles this place is. Walked in people all standing about. No clear waiting on order area. Stood at the front. No one at the counter to order...... And waited.... And waited.... And... Etc. Some guy from the kitchen came out gave an order ro a lad waiting, blanked me and walked away. Another lad beside me said he can't wait any longer for the roll he ordered and walked out. I ended up leaving too. Only wanted 4 crispy rolls. Easy money. Poor customer service. Will not be back. Do not recommend. If you do go, bring a roll while you wait.

Tuna Salad Crispy roll made just the way i like it. Hot and cold drinks with a choice of cold drinks. Kitchen clean and tidy Staff welcoming and very friendly Outside seating for those who wish to brave the fresh air.
