Incomplete order. No 1.5l Diet Coke. Delivery driver promised to return with it. Still no show!

Ordered a number of times recently and been very disappointed. Find it really expensive for well below average food. Lamb was overcooked, chicken doner was cheap and nasty. Ordered extra garlic sauce because the amount they gave you ordinarily is no where near enligh and it wasn't delivered. I'm done ordering from here now, won't be back

It said served with rice which is why we ordered this meal rather than regular kebabs. It didn’t come with any rice which really then doesn’t make it any better value as a family meal ? This is why I’ve given a 2 star rating as misleading.

Have used this place for years. Very good donner wraps, lots of meat and salad. Definitely worth the price but recently it’s been taken over by new people and we had a very poor experience. The wrap had hardly any meat or salad in it and the chips burnt through the polystyrene box. So plastic chips didn’t go down very well. Sadly this business won’t last if they cut the portions down so much and they seriously need to change their packaging.

1st time we have used Izgara and sadly will not be doing so in the future, Delivery time was great but the food was disgusting. Kebab Meat so dry like eating rubber salad was all cabbage garlic bread tasted funny and the pizza was not great

My husband said this was the worst kebab he has ever had. The meat was dry and tasteless, needless to say he left it, a waste of money

I wouldn’t bother! Had a lamb doner and small chips takeaway Half cooked soggy chips. Just warm dried out lamb that wasn’t cut fresh. Very poor salad 1 bit of tomato, no cucumber, cold doughy pitta. Lamp doner should be relabelled as mixed meat scraps as it certainly isn’t pure lamb. Should have just had a bowl of cornflakes instead.

Food was late and arrived with grease soaked through the packaging to the point it left grease on the surfaces I placed it on. I ordered 2 kebabs with all salads, despite the packaging being soaked with grease all of the food was dry and over cooked. The salads were wilted and lacking any kind of dressing or pickled cabbage as suggested. Overall every aspect of the order was a disappointment.

Food delivered late & it was cold. I ordered a wrap but got a kebab instead. The meat was overcooked & dry. Haven’t ordered from here for a while now I know why.

Food was luke warm at best. Even though they are 5minutes away from the house. Last time I will order from them again.

Order if you like soggy cold chips. Bland chicken and dry kofte.

The order was wrong and it was cold one of the kebabs sent was a small chicken pieces it should have been a lamb diner kebab. My partner ate this because it was late and didn’t want to wait for it to be replaced. Very disappointed

By the time the food eventually arrived after being VERY late, the Garlic Bread was cold, the onion rings were cold, soggy and burnt to the point I could t eat them. To be fair the restaurant did keep me updated though.

We normally love the food but tonight was a let down. The kebab was dry and chewy with a unpleasant odour. It went in the bin after a couple Of mouthfuls. I hope this is just a one off, we will try again in a few weeks.

Ordered 2 kebabs, one donner one chicken, both with salad and sauce. Didn't expect it all to come separate and have to assemble myself. They were rather greasy, donner was nice enough but chicken was lacking.

Food was very average all of order arrived like warm other than cheesy chips which would have come out of a microwave. Ordered chicken shish wrap with salad and Mayo received a tortilla wrap open with a few cubes of chicken no salad or sauce. Lamb chicken donner was cold. Would not order again expensive for poor food quality.

Unfortunately, all of our food turned up cold. We couldn't eat most of the food. Very disappointed as not had a problem before.

Very disappointed as my food is over an hour late and I am still waiting. Called the restaurant and they blatantly lied about it being on its way. They have been unable to get hold of their driver, apparently.. I want my money back.

From order to delivery it was 1hr 10m. Food arrived and was barely warm. Had to heat it up. Not very nice. Meat was very chewy. Would not order again.

The food as usual was good (after reheated) however it was cold, 45 minutes late and they didn’t read the special requests. I specifically asked for no rice or cucumber but the meat was fully emerged in rice with cucumber and very little salad. It’s a shame as they are normally spot on.

My mixed chicken and lamb doner was dry like it had been sitting around for a while, my missis had a chicken shish wrap which was amazing. Wish mine was fresh.

My chips were forgotten on this occasion and the previous time also.

Ordered food at 5 called at 10 past 6 to see where my food was, told it was in way 10 minutes later it came, even though it's a 2 minute drive to my house and the food was freezing cold. Never again will I order from there

There always seems to be something missing in a order from this restaurant. Today it was a salad but easy to miss and I just shared the other salads around to make up the missing one. Other than that it was an alright kebab. I would order again.

Food was a no show. I ordered from them recently, and the food was lovely. But come on!! This time, an hour and a forty mins after ordering, I called them. They said to call back in 10 minutes because the manager wasn't in, so I did exactly that, and now nobody is answering the phone at all. I used the button in the app to request a text update which Just Eat claims usually takes 5 mins, but it has been way longer. I don't know whether you should buy from here. On the one hand, amazing doner wraps. On the other hand, you might never see the food and be left hungry all night.

Asked for small chicken kebab, garlic Mayo no bread with lots of cabbage… nothing too difficult for a kebab shop, ordered at 4:45pm for a 6:45pm delivery… it arrived at 7:15pm, 5 pieces of dry chicken in a pitta- no salad at all no garlic Mayo and some cold chips and extra donner… I thought I’d give this place another try after a previous disappointing meal- but even a simple order they can’t get right- I won’t be going back.

Really good quality lamb in shish wrap. Chips fresh too. Really pleased. Hard to find good kebab shops so I’ll be sticking with this one from here on. Everything was lush 👌😎

Ordered on behalf of my husband much to my surprise as this is the 2nd time I ordered and said I didn't enjoy my last meal howvere I ordered regretfully.... AGAIN meat is all dry and burnt. The chips soggy and salad warm wilted and lacking what should resemble fresh salad. Pitta was onlything salvaged. We will not be using you In future as I've asked you not to burn the meat time again REAL shame as we like supporting local businesses. (where warrented)

Food wasn’t very hot sadly and was running late. It did taste good but the temperature was a shame.

Was missing the main food, only got the side orders. No answer from the restaurant despite multiple call attempts. Justeat only offered credit and was told no in regards to having the missing food delivered.

Food was late and one of the kebabs had a horrible burnt taste to it was very unpleasant

I left you guys a note asking for my meat not to be burnt however you burnt it regardless. Always burnt chewy lamb and koftee burgers also burnt onion rings undercooked. Salad looks and tastes bad. I'll come collect my food in future

The food was good but a bit overpriced since it doesn’t come with chips and drink . Salad was disappointing. No sauces . I’m not sure I like the red colour on the sharwarma it confused me . I’m not thinking of ordering here again any time soon
