Lovely clean comfortable rooms, and a fantastic cooked breakfast.

Perfect bnb. It felt nice and homey and welcoming. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. And the host was great.

We received a warm welcome and a pleasant stay at the Ivybridge guest house. The breakfast was perfect, we highly recommend this place. French Family

They turn the heating off in the middle of the night When we landed the room was very warm at about 1 or 2 in the morning I woke up and it was freezing cold And we had 2 kids with us

We stayed here last night in room 10. The room was lovely and beds very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.On the negative side the shower was cold. I let it run for a while hoping it would warm up but it didn't so only I showered ,my husband and granddaughter didn't. That was so disappointing plus the shower was leaking. We had to turn the fridge off it was so noisy. The hair dryer wasn't heating properly so I used my own.Didnt get why there was so hand-wash or soap to use.Didnt have the breakfast do can't comment but I don't agree about having to pay extra for breakfast when it's a B&B .
