Excellent stay. Perfect meal. Our room was very good. We had a sitting room and upstairs bedroom. Couldn't ask for more.

Attended for staff Christmas party. Lots of different teams and a great vibe. Carvery supplied was 8/10. Deserts supplied 4/10 (there should have been a sponge and custard option but everyone got the same taster deserts instead). One nitpick is that the card machines stopped working for hours so everyone without cash was left without drinks. Very frustrating and nothing offered to tie us over until much much later.

Really enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Staff were all very friendly. Room was very comfortable and warm. It's a very enchanting hotel, with a beautiful 15th century (I think) barn restaurant . The area is a lovely natural area to visit.

Second visit, this time with friends, and as before excellent service to match the food. Only minutes from Oulton Broad and the park nearby

A lovely hotel I would happily return to. What stood out for me is the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional. The location is also fabulous for a visit to Oulton Broad.

Really liked the hotel down a stone track so off the main road no traffic noise, rooms are set around the gardens and a short walk to Oulten Broad, will be going back at some time . Staff brilliant helpful friendly and fun, food also good and a steak meal I had was cooked just as I asked for , keep up the excellent work.

OMG, what a wonderful meal we have just had at The Swan, all 8 of us had starters & mains, then some had desserts & couldn't fault a thing, tasty, hot, service great, will definitely be back x

This place has been going downhill for a while. Kicking myself for giving it another chance. Friday an hour before it closes, go in ask for Haddock, they didn't have Haddock, asked for Cod, no sorry no cod. Ended up having Plaice ( as basically only fish they had) soggy batter, chips poor. Will not be trying again, shame as it used to be good ( under same owner too)

Very nice Fish n' Chips. Food is lovely. The only negative thing I would say is, you really do need to adjust your opening times on your website when you go abroad. I came down to your shop on Saturday 29th March at 4:45pm. You were closed with a handful of customers outside thinking you were open. I find it quite disrespectful. I hope you had a great holiday. We went down to Pablos on St. Peter's Street instead. Just as good but a bit more expensive & a longer walk. I don't find it a problem if you go on holiday...... what I do find a problem is you don't tell your LOYAL customer's what you plan to do.
