Catena che rivisita il concetto di sushi preparato da slow food mangiato in fast food! Il cibo è buono, principalmente sushi e cucina giapponese in generale. I prezzi sono onesti per essere a Londra. I locali sono in stile fast food. Molto consigliato per pause pranzo.

The food is decent but the service is horrendous one man in particular was incredibly rude, would avoid at all cost if possible.

A pesar de que a la esposa no le gustan los pescados, todavía encontró muchas cosas que le gustaban y salté directamente a una porción de rollos de sushi.Degustación fresca y a un precio decente (alrededor de 10 para nosotros 2) una buena opción cuando se busca comida rápida no basura.

Went for Japanese dinner at Itsu fast food shop along Victoria Street. Ordered teriyaki rice bowls and miso soup. Food was hot and tasty. Quick good dinner.

Actually, we ate at Itsu at 53 Victoria Street, but that specific venue does not seem to be listed on TripAdvisor.The small self-service restaurant is bright, airy and clean. All the food was properly protected so that it could not be touched or sneezed over and kept at the right temperature.My wife had a hot noodle soup dish with a main course of salmon sushi that she loved. I think I did much better, however, with my cup of salt-coated edamame beans followed by the most delicious salad on a bed of cold sushi rice with various green and purple leaves, edamame beans, slices of soy and seed covered tofu and a dip that was to die for. I enjoyed every morsel, all tasty pushed down with hot green tea.I noticed that there are Itsu outlets everywhere in London. In the mile between Victoria Station and Parliament Square alone I counted four including the one we ate at.The staff were helpful and the whole place was maintained immaculate.

The slogan is: Eat Beautiful, Eat Light, Eat Itsu. And I'd have to say 'beautiful' sums up the chunky, chicken-laden, flavoursome coconut chicken soup - a hot pot filled with crunchy veg, an excellent sauce and plenty of chicken. It's been a while since I've eaten at Itsu (I used to be a devotee of the Regent Street one, near the BBC), but this chicken soup is a bargain at £4.49. It's almost a meal in itself.The Victoria Street branch is oddly shallow - the desk/tables are in a long line along the window. But they have phone charging points and soy sauce bottles.A friendly smile, a helpful assistance at the desk... a good experience.It's a very small branch with little elbow-room, and the waste bin was overflowing.But, all in all, a good experience.

To get a hot sumptuous meal for 7 pound in prime London, with ample seating is a steal by any means, not to mention it’s healthy and far better then the option of having a burger or fried chicken!I tried their Thai Chicken with sticky rice and loaded with fresh greens. The portion size is good and satiates your hunger, while you try and wipe every little morsel from your box. Truly a delicious meal and more surprising given that it’s a fast food restaurant. I tried Wagamama and Shoryu during this trip which more or less fall in the same category from a cuisine perspective, however are probably twice as much from a cost standpoint, and yet I will chose Itsu from a flavour and taste perspective, though the meal at Shoryu was equally delicious.

This is so what I crave on a lunchtime. Miso soup, sashimi and a bottle of kombucha. Perfect and set me up for the rest of the working day.

Me gritaron y me hicieron sentir menospreciado por un miembro del personal extremadamente agresivo y miserable llamado John. Su servicio fue tan incómodo que se notaba que odia absolutamente su trabajo y que no debería interactuar con los clientes como profesión.Sin embargo, los otros miembros del personal eran encantadores :)

Food was ok but it was very busy and some people weren’t even eating or drinking Itsu items! Shelves weren’t full and seating area was cramped. It’s a chain that usually serves decent food.

Food was really dismal and nobody who has ever been to Japan should eat here. Udon soop did not really have miso in it, or just dried chemical stuff with a taste of soap. My friend's teriyaki was not better, tastless and full of improperly cooked rice that had hard grains in it, a most unpleasant experience. Plus this whole thing of not accepting cash is a pain and should not be allowed.

First time at Itsu, got a take away - Chicken Odon from Victoria Station. Staff were grumpy, in helpful and just rude. Got on my train to see they had charged me over £19 for one dish!!!

ちょっと和食を食べたいけど日本食レストランに入るほどでは・・程度の時最高の店です。Ｍ＆Ｓやテスコなどのスーパーにも寿司もどきのパックがありますが絶対買わない方がいい。なぜ？と思ってしまうくらい米がボソボソです。しかも高い。Itsuはシャリが日本のものに近くネタも標準的。値段もスーパーなどに比べるとはるかに良心的です。私は大英に行くときの地下鉄駅Holborn近くとハロッズのKnightsbridge駅近くの店を利用しました。寿司に関しては許容範囲ですが麺類などは評価がわかれるようで買いませんでした。

Chaines un peu bio en restauration asiatique. Le concept est pratique mais les prix sont exagérés et les quantités un peu justes. Pratique pour manger rapide sur le pouce.

I'd hoped this would be a pleasant pit-stop traveling from London... What a disappointing waste of money. They seem to have grasped that presentation is important in far Eastern cuisine but that's as far as it goes.

I try to use an itsu where I can. Like the sustainability and health aspects. A quick sushi break on the way to the next appointment. Service was professional and rapid. A good set up for this busy part of town.

There's an efficiency about Itsu that other outlets have to admire; keeping everything fresh and immediate.

Si quieres comer rápido y productos bastante buenos, es una gran opción. Entramos por la cantidad de gente autóctona que veíamos dentro o con bolsas (tienen varios locales por Londres) ¡Y valió mucho la pena! No es muy caro para ser comida japonesa.

Had lovely Thai chicken rice bowls for dinner! Lovely food and atmosphere in this restaurant which was open till 8pm. Pudding was delicious too Lemon zinger pot! Great concept.

Itsu es una cadena de restaurante que tienen sushi y comida asiática de muy buena calidad y súper fresco, a un precio muy razonable en una ciudad muy costosa como es Londres, fuimos a varias sucursales y no defrauda. Hay una en la terminal 5, del aeropuerto de Heathrow. Súper recomendable!

Locale molto carino situato in più punti della città .Sushi niente male per mia sorpresa , ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , prendi dal bancone , paghi e puoi consumare comodamente su un tavolo che offre diversi tipi di salse tra cui la Teriyaki, bacchette e quant’altro. Alcuni tavoli sono dotati di presa usb . Sarebbe un sogno averlo in Italia .

It was really cold and we were so hungry but after we found this lovely place on the street, we had no more question where shall we spend our nights during the week in London. Their soups made us warm inside&outside; too✨

I observed many potential customers walk in but leave after seeing the suchi near the entrance and failed to see the alternative hot menu above the counter. The Katsu Chicken soup was excellent. It was hot and had plenty of chicken, rice and vegetables in a spicy soup. The green tea was similarly hot and refreshing.

Bon sushis, assez bien servi en quantité. Le rapport qualité prix est bon lui aussi. Agréablement surpris coté prix.

A friend of mine and I went here a few times for breakfast and lunch when at a recent London visit as it was conveniently close to the Victoria Station and where we stayed. Lots of great fresh Asian food. In particular I enjoyed their smoothies and gyozas. Depending on when you arrive some of the ready made sushi dishes can be less than very fresh though, so you may want to pick your time and sushi dish carefully.

Had a quick lunch with family of 3. Great food, quick service and a clean nice restaurant. Enjoyed our visit

Running thru London and trying to catch all the best things demands quick bite and if possible at a good price. Itsu is certanly a right choice anywhere in London you decide to stop and grab something hot, spicy and tasty to eat. Or if you want just take a prepaired sushi.

Itsu is a very convienient heathy fast food option, i always go there during my business trip to London

Ci siamo andati la prima volta per accontentare mia figlia che adora il sushi, ma alla fine ci abbiamo cenato per tre sere di seguito. Il menù non è vastissimo, sia per i piatti già pronti per il take away sia per quelli caldi, preparati al momento, ma la qualità è più che buona i i prezzi sono decisamente ottimi. Lo consiglio anche a quelli come mia moglie e me che non "adorano" il sushi (tra l'altro il più buono che abbia mai provato).

Comimos unas bandejas de sushi variado bastante bueno y unas gyozas de gamba muy ricas.Las bebidas probablemente de las más baratas que encontramos(1£ latas refresco).Es self service y puedes tomarlo allí o llevar.Buena opción a buen precio.

I was getting tired of burgers and fries and went to Itsu to eat Asian food. I ordered the Korean bbq rice bowl; it is the worse food I’ve tasted ( had to throw it away). It is not even Korean food. Since when did Korean bbq taste like curry? I googled for Korean bbq recipe; none of them have curry in the ingedient!

We went for sushi at this restaurant, unfortunately they where our of stock. This was very dissapointing. As per my previous remarks of Itsu, I would suggest that they broaden their menu.

This fast food chain in London is excellent. Better than some of the fancier sit down restaurants. Food is served hot and fresh and is cooked to order.

We arrived in the area a little short on time for dinner before our show and were half thinking about getting a quick burger in one of the fast food restaurants nearby, when we saw Itsu and decided to try it instead. I had a lovely Thai Curry rice bowl and my partner had a sushi plate. It was all perfectly tasty, fresh and cheap. The only fault for me were the steamed gyoza, that were stuck to the dish because they'd been on the heat for so long.

Needed something quick to eat before we went to the theatre. Popped in here for some Katsu soup. It was tasty and hot. Flavour lacked a little zing. Service quick. Price okay. Filled the whole in the stomach.

うどんも3種あるようですが、よく分からないので「うどん」と告げるとでてきたのが、トムヤムクンの様なスープです…本場のトムヤムクンではないかも知れませんが、辛いのと酸っぱいのと。まさか酸っぱいと思わなかったので、一口目に咳き込みました。これは、うどんなのか？と思いました。イートインでしたが、さすがにスープは残してしまい、捨てる所がないので、店員さんにスイマセンっとお願いしました。しかし、ヌードルやうどんを食べている人が多かったので、こちらではうけてるのかと思いました。

Not much to say- the food is ofcourse edible but could do with a bit more seasoning. The pulled pork teriyaki noodles had dry trashy pork. The food is just ok- nothing to repeat- if you’re after sushi or hot lunches which packs a flavour punch- you’re better off heading to Yo Sushi- similar menus but is ahead in the cheap lunch stakes.

Came across this after seeing Apologia, on our way back. Never tried this before but we love Pho & noodles & Thai food. Got a couple veggie dishes & loved all the great flavors & it was full of noodles & dumplings & some veggies. We don't eat meat but what we had sure didn't lack anything & the server (Reece) was helpful & inquired as to our enjoyment of the meal.Bring Itsu to USA!

Hemos ido dos veces a Londres, y esta vez fuimos al Itsu, la comida esta muy buena y muy sana, muy recomendable y bastante variedad. Aviso importante, preguntar que platos son picantes que no avisan, y el cerdo con noodels es seriamente muuuy picante, pero mucho, pero tambien tengo quque decir que muuuy rico

A maioria dos produtos são feitos para serem consumidos no mesmo dia de sua preparação, por isso, às 18:30, esses produtos recebem um desconto de 50%, já que o restaurante fecha às 19, portanto querem acabar com o estoque, pois não serão reaproveitados no dia seguinte.Ao irem, cheguem nesse horário e garantiram o desconto. Lembrem que estamos pagando em libra e qualquer desconto vale muito a pena.Em se tratando da comida em si, posso afirmar que as pessoas que gostam de comida saudável e aqueles que gostam de sushi adorarão, pois esse é o público do Itsu.Por último, assim como na maioria dos restaurantes europeus, o Itsu vende mais barato para aqueles que pedem para viagem (Take away).Fiquei surpreso, gostei bastante e recomendo.

Es una forma de comer sushi a un precio muy asequible con una gran variedad de formatos y bandejas. La verdad es que está bien elaborado y bastante rico. Muy buena relación calidad precio.

Fresh food, sensible prices and quick service. People in London take it for granted that safe raw seafood is easily available but that's not the case in most cities so Itsu definitely has a lot going for it!

Jeg gikk innom Itsu etter et møte på vei til hotellrommet. Skulle bare ha en kjapp snack. Godt utvalg av ferdige brett og svært vennlig personale. Veldig lite lokale, så passer for takeaway. Jeg kjøpte sju biter og betalte under fem pund - i Norge ville det kostet dobbelt så mye! Bitene var store og de var spandable med soyasaus. Fersk laks og rikelig med fersk avokado. Jeg er veldig fornøyd! Plukker gjerne opp sushi her igjen. Hvis jeg skal finne noe å klage på, så må det være at de hadde vært litt for rause med sesamfrøene. Ellers en innertier!

Itsu is a great choice if you fancy a change from Pret. The range is set boxes gives plenty of choice and the quality is very good. The service is efficient and there are a good range of free sauces if you want to spice up your meal.

Nos hospedamos cerca de Victoria street al caminar nos dimos cuenta que abrieron una sucursal de este restaurant de comida rápidad japonesa. La comida se veía deliciosa, pero íbamos al Museo Victoria y Alberto. Después del museo ya era tarde y faltaba poco para que cerraran Itsu, entonces tocaron una campaña para decir que ¡toda la comida estaba en oferta! porque faltaban 30 minutos para cerrar.Así que comimos a mitad de precio, qué mejor garantía de frescura.

The name is catchy and decided to come in here (53 Victoria Street) for dinner. Staff are friendly and food is delicious with hearty portion of chicken in my chicken soup. After finishing the meal, feels just right and fulfilling. Definitely a good place to revisit for meals.

Shushi muy bueno. Bandejas preparadas con diferentes precios, comí una de 8 libras con piezas variadas y me quedé muy satisfecho!! Al ser arroz, con pescado, algas etc...no se hace pesada.Opción muy buena para comer bien sin caer en fast food de mala calidad!
