Istanbul Kebabs in Belfast

Food was nice but ordered a chip with house sauce came as a cheese chip with gravy and the mixed kebab I felt sorry for it it was pitiful​ the size of it for £6 there was mire chicken in an Iceland kebab never again

where do I start? the driver called me racial slur and speed off without giving me order .. reason? I didn't get to the door in time (mind you , I live in flat so it takes a about 3 minutes to get down to the door. . when I called the restaurant to complain they told me to call the police , the "restaurant rep" or owner should I say ( non English speaking ) did not bother listening to me at all, he told me that he has a business to run and hung up on me!!! .... fast forward 3 weeks later ...... we decided to order a kebab again thinking we would get better service (huge mistake!! what was I thinking" same thing happened, same driver , even had the cheek to say " why did u order for us again, and why didn't you call the police "

Great tasting istanbul special kebab and steak kebab (both on naan) good sized and reasonably priced. Will order again A++

Amazing Kebab's food is always fresh and hot.. This place is the only place I'll buy my kebab .. There pizza's are superb too 5 star🌟

Tried different kebabs there - all delicious. Garlic sauce is really nice, portions are massive. Kitchen is clean and tidy and customer service is good. Highly recommend!

I ordered a doner kebab and they gave me the wrong one. The chips were also soggy and cold.

Ordered house sauce on both kebabs and it wasn't put on . Very dry because of this.

Very good, on time as well which is always a plus, couldn't complain.

It's the worst kebab I've ever had, the chicken tikka was like rubber that had been overcooked at least twice with hard edgings, it wasn't the warmest either, I'm going to give this place a wide berth in future and I'd suggest everyone else does the same.

I would of enjoyed my food more if i had of got the sauce on it that i asked for and my dip. But i was hungry and stuck at work so had no choice but to eat it !;

Meat and chicken over cooked and the chips hard as he'll. Place was nice what happened !!!!

Asked for order to be altered slightly and got exactly what I wanted. Definitely ordering from here again.

Food took ages to come, rang in the end and they did send out a small bottle of juice as an apology which was fair enough and food was good but Wrote on notes for the driver, 'Please knock window as babies are sleeping' Had a guy turn up and batter our letter box then proceed to talk as if we were a mile away from him It was wrote in big letters at the top of our receipt too. Needless to say both kids were woke. I work deliveries for a different place and would never be that noisy going to anyone's door at 11.15 at night.....never again

Mix chick on i got on naan was cold and the chicken was burnt for all their was which wasnt very much. Hubby enjoyed this tho.

Yo era perezoso y me apetecía llevar - esposa e hijos estaban lejos, así que me dieron a escoger! No te gusta indio o chino, así que buscando un Kebab. Ten en cuenta que no había tenido un sorbo de cerveza de nube mi opinión. Puedo decir honestamente que era deliciosa, jugosa y una excelente salsa conocer casa - no demasiado picante, pero con la cantidad de bolas. Yo sin duda volveremos! Excelente relación calidad-precio, como bien me relleno después.

Ordered BBQ base, this turned out to be the top of the pizza covered in BBQ sauce....not exactly a BBQ BASE.....ruined what may have been a very nice pizza.

Came early, great food & also listened to the added note!

The delivery driver screamed and yelled at me at my door because I didn't answer the door in time as I was trying to settle my 8 day old baby and he screamed abuse at me at the door for not answering quick enough

Ordered chickien goujon meal chicken was dry chips were half cooked and garlic mayo was like paste stinking

Food was absolutely freezing! Chips weren't cooked properly either, absolutely disgusted

Kebab dripping with grease, bread completely fell apart. Pizza like card board in the middle. Hour wait for the privilege

Disappointed because this place is usually good. Pizza was obviously left sitting for a while. Cheese was hard and like rubber

Disappointed. Order confirmed 16:49, estimated delivery 17:25, actual delivery time 17:52. Due to the lateness the sauces were cold, the chips were luke warm, wet and soggy and the pizza bases already hardening to a barely chewable texture. The late time would not have been an issue if the food was still hot on delivery.

Delivery driver was nice but the food wasn't great I the chips were greasy and weren't very warm. The garlic pizza bread was very dry but was still nice

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. Have used here before and always enjoyed my food, but my last order when it arrived wasn't really that warm and went cold very quick. Had to reheat it myself, something you don't expect that you'd have to do. Won't put me off ordering again though, this is the first time it's happened and I may have got them on an off night.

Food was nice but let down by the gravy it was more like jelly than sauce. Chicken pakora was lovely just not enough of it in the kebab. Wouldn't put me off ordering again. The garlic mayo was nice too

If you want great food go to this place but you are better off collecting or going to the place yourself rather than waiting for it to be delivered. An hour and 20 mins before it arrived and I only live 5 minutes drive! Food was cold/warm but not hot and you could tell the delivery driver was making several deliveries at once so quality of food suffered for that. Not a bad take away service but go out and get it yourself from them instead of waiting for it being delivered.

Lovely as usual. Never had a bad meal yet. Definately order again.

My food didn't show up after waiting an hour

Placed order at 23:10 order wa accepted however order never arrived but was showing as delivered. We always order from here but the service is getting worse. It's not even like it is the closest kebab place to us. Really thinking of changing after tonight

Waited an hour and 20 mins for a delivery which was promised within 40 mins. Phoned up to be told delivery driver very busy and I'll have to wait. Still not here. Will never use again

Was over an hour to deliver. Kebab was cold although chicken pakora was lovely. The dogs enjoyed it.

Food was really tasty but the garlic sauce which usually comes over kebab came in a separate tiny carton and it was not nearly enough for the large portion of mixed kebab on chips.

Food here is an example of good, service is nice and your not waiting long in your food. Not too far away from me and I visit around once a month, haven't had a bad visit yet.

The meat was over cooked and dry. Very tough to eat. Not up to the usual standard at all. I am severely disappointed

No salad sauce wrong delivery took over and hour disgrace

Delivery driver refused to deliver my food because I missed his first call but phoned him back straight away. Phoned him back and he was so rude and said he wasnt going to deliver it. No customer service skills at all. Disgusted.

Consistently delivering great quality food

Didnt receive my juice second time from here. Only live a bit up woodstock road so don't understand why my meat was cold. Came in 20 25 mins wich is good but bein cold killed it. Usually the ticket but not the night.

Got an email at 23:16 saying the order is basically accepted, however an hour and 40 mins later still no meal, very very poor.

they were nice no mistakes apart from i orderd it for 6;55 and the food is lovely really recommend them 100%

Regular closed so was looking for a new place to order from, great value for money.

Honestly the worst take out I've ordered in Belfast -delivery was 25 mins late -food was cold -lifted up the box of chips and half a glass of water spilled out, from condensation I presume -kebab was gritty and ice cold -House sauce wasn't bad

Picked an order up for collection I got a chicken burger and it wasn't even half cooked. The chips were soggy and wet. I give him £1 in 2ps and he complained about it saying 'don't do that again' safe to say I won't be back.

Food was yummy and I was very pleased with the service in general.

Great but hmm not greasy enough
