Good pizzas and ready exactly when they said it would be. Defo will be back!

Last week my sister bought us a pizza which was nice. (Probably wouldnt have enjoyed it so much if i knew what it had cost) So this week thought we would try something else from here. Thought we would order over the phone to save the company loosing so much money from the usual online companies. Asked the price when we ordered £15.40 which was a little more than ordering online but just went with it. When arriving to pick it up the lady said I made a mistake it's £17.40. So my fiance just paid. (I'd have said ill leave it) I called the pizza shop to say I wasn't happy. I asked for a break down on the price to which the lady replied your partner was happy to pay. That wasn't what I asked I asked her politely to tell me how a 12 inch pizza and a portion of chips with garlic cost £17.40 and why the price we were told on the phone had changed. To be told this whole story of how much more the chicken costs as there's so much done to it to flavour etc so it's more than donner meat. Yet if you look at the menu a chicken wrap is the same price as a donner wrap. Certainly won't be back, customer services were terrible. Definitely order off the food apps if you order much cheaper. Pizza and chips were good nothing special, didn't merit the price tag

I dont know if this place has changed ownership but this kebab we got was absolutely horrendous chicken and donner with small salad and small dip £12.50 with delivery to 5 mile it was big chunks of chicken and donner meat (hardly any)use to be beef donner really really dissatisfied shocking !!!

Amazing. We ordered 2 mixed kebabs and some chips. When it got here there was also a tomato garlic bread thrown in! The meat is cooked to perfection, bread lovely and the salad fresh as a daisy, garlic sauce was lovely too. The portions are HUGE, could have easily shared but will keep till tomorrow. Brilliant

We were staying at marske by the sea cottages and ordered two mixed kebabs with Chips - these were by far the best kebabs We have ever had Presentation for takeaway was excellent and the meat wasn’t greasy and was so tasty Thank you so much for the freebie of pizza bread it was very king - deffo will order again when on holiday

Rang all night from 10.00. Advertised open till 10.30. No answer. Last week no food available. Drove from Redcar to pick up food. Shutters down so closed. Absolutely fuming. Very very poor service. Dont bother folks.

Ask for a 10 inch BBQ chicken pizza, what a disappointment this was a pizza base with what looked like grated brown bread crumbs (the chicken) largest peace of chicken maybe the size of a grain of rice, then to top it off bottled BBQ sauce was cris crossed across the surface and used to cut into 8 portions. not even worth the one star

Got to say the Beef yes Beef kebab is the best I have ever had I got the large kebab that came with their homemade flatbread salad and garlic dip and chilli dip there was loads enough for me to have for my tea the next day and unlike the normal lamb kebabs no fat. So it’s Istanbul Grill for me from now on.

Have been going here for a while now, and they never disappoint, food is lush, always fresh, pizzas, burgers and kebabs all lovely, and the staff are lovely too. 😋😊

My shift at work always get a takeaway from here. Really good food. Not the traditional greasy take out food. Personally I'm one for the pizzas. Would highly recommend. Especially since the pizzas barely fit the box I would say it's good value for money.

Thought we'd give this place a try but wish we hadn't, absolutely awful food. They charge £2 more than most places for a cheeseburger so I was expecting something special. Instead after 2 mouthfuls it went in the bin, really disgusting taste. Even the chips were binned, serious, how do you mess up chips?

That much salt couldn't taste the food

We ordered the Istanbul kebab, two chicken doner kebabs and a 12” garlic bread and it was delivered, as promised, within the hour and was piping hot. I lived in Istanbul for 6 years and this food is absolutely authentic - makes me feel homesick! Everything was so delicious - can’t work out what they put on the chicken doner but it is AMAZING! The chilli and garlic sauces taste so fresh and tasty and the flat breads/garlic bread are to die for. The men in our house are not massive salad fans but they even loved the salad! We think for £33 it was an absolute bargain and a lovely treat. We are so lucky to have a takeaway of such quality in our locality.

Took over a hour to come when stated be within the hour, Ordered the set meal for £16.90 large parmo and chips salad margarita pizza kebab meat chilli sauce n garlic sauce ... parmo was grisly and tough in places, kebab meat looked half cooked n pale chips and pizza n salad were OK wouldn’t recommend

Kebab was nice pizza not good at all my son only had half a piece no one else ate it and the parmo was the worst I have had no taste and stale . And we waited an hour and fifteen minutes . Over all very poor I don't normally complian but when it's late and awefull I think I should . We will go back to supranos sorry but never again

Spoke with a female 6.30pm Fri eve, ordered the 'Istanbul Special', even chatted with her about the size of the salad, would it be enough for two? Reassured, I made the order, gave my full name, was told 30 minutes. Hubby dutifully went to collect 25 - 30 mins later...guess what? 7pm NO ISTANBUL SPECIAL. NO NOTHING. They'd never heard of me! NOR my order ?????? How is this possible? Gutted. Absolutely gutted. Idiots. Totally inept. Beggars belief! Poor hubby bought fish and chips next door instead. I'm really appalled. First and last time at Istanbul Grill Marske.

Best kebab ever. The Istanbul special kebab is amazing, just delicious. My new favourite takeaway and cant wait to go back.

Best parmo one was big enough for both of us

Parmo tasted greasy and the chicken was hard. I wasn’t sure if it was uncooked or just poor quality . I called the shop and the manager couldn’t even be bothered to speak to me, the staff member on the phone said we will send you another one which I didn’t want but I couldn’t be bothered to argue . Another one came and the guy asked for the previous one back so the boss could see it . 2nd one again tasted greasy so it’s going in the bin

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, kebab meat, chips & garlic sauce. The only thing that was nice was the chips. Pizza very greasy, not much cheese, pepperoni looked & tasted horrid. Garlic sauce was so thin & tasteless. Will not be going there again

Good food: pizzas, kebabs and burgers are excellent. Place looks tidy and clean. The staff are very polite and helpful.

First time ordering from here and we Will definitely be back. We ordered the Istanbul special kebab for 2. It was really delicious, meat was tender. Good portion sizes. Loved the Turkish rice and flatbread 😁

I was gutted when the original restaurant was took over by new management the food went downhill massively. Now opened in Marske with the original owner, but a new name the food back to its best. Fresh, tasty, and simply no better around. I recommend everyone I talk to go here to go here and avoid the original place.

Everything tastes fresh and the shop itself is very clean tidy and inviting. The best chicken Parmesan we've ever tasted puts others in the area to shame.

Would be more stars if they could learn to deliver within a reason time frame. Last 2 orders I've made have taken over an hour to get to me (I live 2 miles away).

Definitely the best takeaway in Marske for pizza and kebabs. Pizza base is nice, not too thick and not too thin. Food isn’t greasy either and the chips are fantastic. Parmo could maybe use a little more sauce but still tastes great. It’s a shame it closes at half 10. If it opened until 12 that would be great!

The Calzone folded veg pizza served here is the best I have had. Simply Superb. We had a normal pizza and a parmo burger too. All were great. Big servings of excellent food. The chips were crisp. The salad was fresh and crisp too. Great !
