What a load of rubbish. To order you must load a app on your phone and we have gone past freedom day. It's just an annoying wanna be hipsters place.

Lovely bar with excellent cocktails. Usually when you go for happy hour at a cocktail bar they are made cheaply and almost unloved. These were the opposite. Good ingredients, well presented and very tasty. All the staff were extremely friendly and personable. A great bar in Glossop. Thanks for the drinks

Visited Isaac's for the first time the other night. It was great. The staff were all lovely. Spoke to the bar manager briefly who was a great help. Cocktails lovely too, and well priced. I would say that the place was extremely busy, which meant the wait time was a little longer than normal - perhaps another bartender would help. Overall a fantastic place with fantastic staff. Will recommend and certainly go again.

Still waiting for our drinks. Rude staff. Will not visit again. Ordered cocktails. Never arrived 40 minutes later.

Nice bar . Toilets where rank . Toilet roll holder was open with two empty rolls in it . There was the end of a roll on the sink . The toilet itself was stained with brown stuff . It smelt awful . There was no paper towels to dry your hands. . Really let's the bar down . Staff where nice .

Too expensive and they don't wash the glasses properly, wasn't impressed there's other much nicer bars in glossop

Lovely atmosphere, good range of cocktails and expertly made. Exceptional value for money on cocktails during happy hour.

The staff and security are brilliant. However, the music, heating and toilets need some TLC.

Nice and cozy bar. With friends we had cocktails and mocktails. Downside not wheelchair friendly.

Great cocktails made by excellent staff. Very friendly, chilled atmosphere. Place itself is on the small side though so don't expect a seat at busier times.

It's ok, but not good. I like the fact that they now have Brooklyn larger on tap but they really do need to up their game when it comes to cocktails... maybe they should go to some cocktail masterclasses elsewhere to learn? They definitely shouldn't be doing the cocktail classes when they are yet to learn how to make a decent one themselves. Far far too sweet (or sour) not easy or pleasant to drink. They need to improve.

Isaacs has become our lovely local cocktail bar where we enjoy sampling the delicious cocktails on offer, especially the fantastic value of the two for one 5-7. Isaacs also provide a function room upstairs which I have used on a couple of occasions and has been fab! I

Staff were rude and behaved disgracefully. A young girl and lad served my daughter drinks on Saturday night .the girl was listening to my daughter's conversation and kept commenting rudley, making my daughter and her friend feel very uncomfortable! It's such a shame that you employ such rude staff in such a lovely place! We won't be coming back !

Cocktails are amazing, great atmosphere and friendly staff

Had a fantastic evening at Isaac's for my son's 21st birthday. Closed upstair's room as a private function for free,we were able to decorate and cater ourselves. The owner and staff were incredible and made us feel really welcome. I would highly recommend the fuction room for smaller gatherings....we had 20 ish people up there and it was still comfortable. I will be booking the room again for the next family get together. Thanks to Ben and Ash who served us...we'll see you again for sure x thankyou all x

Friendly staff , love the decor and atomsphere

Great bar for cocktails and beers. A little small but Ben the manager here really does make the place. Alex is also amazing.

Four of us popped into Isaac's before we went for something to eat and, even though we weren't there long, we had a great time. We had two cocktails each, which were very reasonably priced and delicious! There wasn't a huge selection, but it was still a decent one and there were good choices for different tastes. The bar staff were incredibly friendly during service, but left us alone when we went to sit down - a perfect balance. They were obviously knowledgeable and passionate, which is so important in a bar like that. Although small, it's a lovely little building and the tables were comfortable to sit at. We're hoping to go back and maybe this time stay in there a bit longer!

Excellent service and great cocktails

Had a brilliant time cocktail making. For 2 of our friend birthday it was a surprise the staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The guy Alex who entertained us and taught us how to make cocktails was really good and made it special for us. We would recommend Isaacs if you have birthday or even pop in for a cocktail you won't be disappointed. Thanks to your staff at Isaacs.

Great staff were happy to help. I was there on a private Christmas do and nothing is too much trouble. When the bar opened up to everyone, it was a nice friendly crowd who came in. A great choice of cocktails, beers and wines. Lots of gin too if that's your thing. The train station is close by so leave the car at home and have a great night out.

Coming to visit Glossop is always a great pleasure of mine. Great little town with some great bars. Walked past this place during the day and it looked like it had a lot of potential! Later on, walked past, not a soul in and the guy behind the bar had headphones in propping the bar up. Not really a good advert is it? My wife and i decided to give it a go anyway, the cocktails are tasteless and nothing to write home about. As a Gin Drinker, i was happy to see a great selection of Gin! However the service was terrible and the staff looked like they had just got out of bed. clearly no interest in there own personal hygiene.Really disappointing when there are other small bars that are thriving, i am not surprised this place is so quiet. Will not be returning.

Expensive and offers not clearly shown!!!

Really want to support local bars and keep persevering with this place only go be let down each time. Saturday no exception, didn't even get a drink as the service was so slow. Toilets were a mess also. Left and went to decanter. Think we officially give up on this place. Obviously too old to be in such a place to be constantly over looked.

Decided to call in issac's tonight. Not been before but was pleasantly surprised. Thought that the 2 for 1 would consist of half measures just to get you in. No def not. Full measured and professionally delivered cocktails by Ben and ( sorry didn't get the other barmans name ) will def go again and would def reccomend.

Great cocktails and service a truly great addition to Glossop’s nightlife/ bar scene. Reasonable prices and the happy hour is great.

Great place to perform as an artist / band , great staff, always welcoming and on the ball . Drinks / cocktails are great . Audience who sit and listen. Fantastic venue .

This place was a recommendation from a local friend and I am so glad they did.They had plenty of tasty cocktails (241 between 5pm-7pm when we went on Friday), they all averaged about £6 each. I'm pretty sure I spotted behind the bar my fave Forrest Gin too! But I was distracted by the beer on tap called Poretti which was light and crisp. A cheeky bag of Kettlechips, roasted peanuts and a game of Kerplunk, cant beat it :)Staff were lovely too!

.. if I'm being honest your cocktails need some improvement. Nice to have a place like Isaac's in a place like Glossop. Staff are great. The place is nicely arranged. The cocktails are OK. Just OK. I guess, where cocktails are concerned, I've been spoiled living in Brighton for ten years where there are many options and many of them top end. True that they'll cost probably £10-12 a piece down there and significantly less at Isaacs but there's still room for improvement; a little bit more art, creativity and theatre perhaps. Get your mixologists experimenting a bit. Still a nice place to stop in to on a night out though.

Isaac's opened shortly after my partner and I moved to Glossop and we've been in regularly since. Friendly staff and great cocktails, especially good value in their Happy hour deals.

Great place for a coffee and spot of cake in the day, can get a cake and coffee deal for £3!

Love this little bar! It's quirky and cosy with deep sofas to relax in and high stools for a spot of people watching!

A great new addition to the town's ever growing social scene . Not actually a restaurant as I don't think they serve food . We tried 3 different cocktails on their 2 for 1 offer between 5-7pm . Think they also do a selection of bottled beers also at 2 for 1 . The young lady who served us obviously takes pride in her work and all the drinks were beautifully presented . She was also very smiley and chatty too . Hope they succeed in Glossop as it takes a very brave person to open a bar within walking distance of the incredibly busy Wetherspoons
