Order chicken chips for all family take it home unfortunately we was unable to eat it as chicken was very slimy and smells should be not served at all don't want refund never go back there

The order has just arrived. The chicken is rotten, it stinks. She's just spoiled. Never buy in this place. Nobody wants to return my money to me. Even a support service cannot help. This is myoset

Usually really good food from here but was disappointed tonight. The meat in the kebab had lots of dry hard bits. Didn’t enjoy.

I’ve never eaten rotten pineapple.. until now. It’s sour and infused in the pizza which was meant to be stuffed crust. I dread to think what it’s been stuffed with! A cheese string perhaps?! Not real cheese anyway. Such a shame because I’ve had Insta Chicken before and it was nice. However the gone off pineapple and disgusting pizza means I won’t be ordering here ever again. I’m applying for a refund for the food that is in the bin!!

Chicken was very dry and chilli as l ordered lemon and herb was surprised the food was in a pizza box drink was not cold

In the order it said it had been delivered when it definitely hadn’t so I had to call the restaurant and they informed me that it was only 5 minutes away when instead it took another 25 to come

Really enjoyed my food order will be ordering again

Chilli sauce on the mixed kebab was nice but far too much sauce was put in the kebab so you had to eat it with a spoon it ,was like a bowl of soup poured over the kebab and ruined it

order from here regularly, but for some reason this order was shocking. Arrived late. Ordered a tandoori chicken kebab and it came plain, with that much garlic mayo on it was inedible. Also ordered a special kebab which was soggier than a babies nappy when it arrived, also inedible. Tried to call to complain but number just rings out. And why on earth it asks what can you want on the order, as they will only ever send tango or pepsi. Will not be ordeing from here again!!!

food was late but tbh I do live in Lower Broughton and probably was busy, prices are cheap considering the climate we're living in at the moment food was nice and portions were good aswell. will definitely order again!

Ironically I wouldn't get the chicken from here. I'm not sure if it's undercooked but it's consistently made me ill. The kebabs on the other hand are wicked. Defo recommend the donner

Absolute joke I ordered from here before and they gave me the wrong drinks but they gave me a refund, but once again wrong drinks! And my boyfriend’s chicken was pink. Now they decline a refund, don’t recommend

I ordered 2 meals and they both came with orange Miranda’s when I ordered a Fanta for one of them and a irn bru for the others

Gravy was lumpy freezing cold chips looked like left overs chicken wasn't great very disappointed all-round waste of money kids would not eat it

This place is absolutely disgusting, bins full of waste filthy windows, filthy cooking area and more importantly NO HYGIENE CERTIFICATE. You have been warned.

Do not order from here they take your money than cancel your order so your out of pocket for 5 days three times this has happened

Used to be one of the best takeaways in prestwich until recently. Found a hair in kebab meat last week. Tonight our food made us sick. Really don’t know what’s going on but it seems something has changed. Won’t be returning.

2 star because the pizza was NICE but the fries were recooked. Rock hard burnt. Could easily tell they’ve been left over from before and been re-cooked The owner should eat the fries himself and see if he likes what his staff is serving his customers. Could be better.

Very disappointed because insta chicken is my go to take away place but this time the food came pretty much cold and the chips were stale like they’d been sat there for ages and to top it off the delivery was late very very disappointed

Decent burger and a great pizza

Most of my order was fine, the chips were lukewarm at best and the pineapple on my pizza tasted like it was going rotten - sour and bitter and not in a good way. Fanta is also not fanta, it’s a can of mirinda.

Cold and no drink and not 3 piece off chicken only small piece off chicken and asked for garlic cheese nan and got plain only thing they got right was the 2 bags off chip's

Food was top chicken nice an fresh no greece

It was good however ordered pitta and it came on naan, also one of them came with no sauce.

The food was amazing I got full chicken rice box and chips Chicken was cooked perfect and had peri flavour. Rice was ok and chips where nice but could have done with a few more. I will be ordering again and again.

Fresh and lovely food I would recommend

The chicken was fantastic, so tasty and crispy, as was the gravy but wasn’t crazy about the pizza. My issue was the cheese, it just tasted off, almost like cheese string cheese? Could not recommend the chicken enough though.

I have been a regular customer. Today there was hair in my pizza I showed him without touching the pizza and he said it is for mushrooms !!! I can recognise the difference between a hair and mushroom piece!! He didn’t even apologise! Definitely was the last time I get food from there .

Cheap food because it’s rubbish! When you don’t have what we have ordered don’t just pass off the next best thing! Won’t be returning!

Ordered a 7inch pizza and plain chips, the chips were black/dark brown with peri salt on them even though I asked for plain chips, the pizza was stuck to the box and didn’t taste very nice. The packaging was soggy and ripped which means it had been in the car for a while, delivery took a while too. Won’t order again.

Lovely delivery driver but the pizza was wrong. The chicken was super spicy. Seemed like tikka or tandoori and I ordered normal chicken.

Amazing. Asked for extras to be added onto a garlic bread (which wasn't on the options) and they did. Helped a pregnant lady with her cravings! :)

Ordered a meal via their app which was never received. Payment taken but no food given. Insta state that they do not manage their app and sent me on a wild goose chase to foodhub and orderyoyo to try and get my money back. Still not got my money back. If your app doesn't work, why is it still on the Play Store and taking payments.

Amazing, came super quickly and even had extras! Will admit we didn’t get the drinks we ordered but what we did get was better than we picked anyways so wasn’t an issue at all! Will definitely be ordering from again!

First and last time ordering from here, half the order was missing. They did rectify it but by the time we received replacements the other food was soggy and stale. Doner kebab was awful too, tasted foul

Always tasty quick and reliable

The food was nice. The delivery driver was lovely. However, I think it’s only fair if a customer pays for the item they want it’s delivered. Items were missing from the order & the only way the delivery driver could help me was to say call the restaurant to see what they can do.
