the food was cold and the garlick bread with cheese didn't even taste like garlick bread, it had no taste

Sorry to say but this is the worst driver I have had he was late and then had so much attitude because I asked if u could come to the main entrance so I could let him in since the back entrance doesn’t have a caller to then tell me if he walks to the front he will take 10minutes and when I tell him it’s less than a 5minute walk he sighs then to only see him driving a car having took ten minutes to get from the back to front and then get to my door and push the box in my hand. Really poor 👎🏾

Ordered here before with no problems. This order took 2 hours to arrive. Difficult to get through on the phone, eventually they answered and thought I was on hold while they phoned the driver. Could hear someone in the background say “this is why the food gets there cold”. Time to find a new pizza place.

Very very disappointed waited over hour and half for food to arrive phoned shop was told on its way when got food it was cold phoned shop again and put on hold for 5 mins then phone put down recalled shop again was told to call just eat won’t order again

The worst place I have ever ordered from! I’m fuming writing this review. Not only did they let the app show as food delivered (which shows lack of integrity), they let the driver drive to other customers before even coming my way. The food arrived cold with nasty soggy chips. I will never order from this place again nor let any friends or family look their way. Absolutely terrible place. I wish I didn’t waste my money on them. I should get a refund for this unacceptable experience. The worst

We order 2 meals with 6 nuggets in each meal we get only 4. The food was completely cold even the pizza spending £30 for cold food.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received today. Firstly my order came 1 and half hours late. And when I received the order the food was completely cold and tasted stale. I would like a refund as I am very unhappy with the service. Usually just eats is my go to and I’ve never had this problem before.

Pizza is yummy as always! I decided to get a salad too but was surprised to see that it had pineapples among every other vegetable topping, which was then covered in Ketchup and Mayonnaise? Strange salad.. but thankyou for everything else!!

As always a pizza you can rely on! Been in and out of the country and just had that Indiano Crave! Amazing what things we take for granted. Next time you can’t think of what to order in, remember A good old Indiano will always do the trick!

Exactly what I was craving!! I'm beyond satisfied with the portion sizes and prices! I really wanted some pizza lately and I'm so glad I gave this place a try! The food was hot and yummy, and I loved the taste! I'll definitely be coming back~

It took him 10 mins to deliver the food. He was wandering around cluelessly.

Pizza was ok not that filling

Delicious food, no complaints about that. Nice and hot upon arrival. Only issue with this order was that my coleslaw was forgotten and it was the one thing I was really craving.

Order took over an hour, they forgot half of it at the restaurant they were aware but continued anyway the driver at the door said if anything is missing call us, so we did and were told he was already on his way back, second time unlucky, still forgot items. They got the pizza toppings wrong and they were really oily too

Nice chips, pizza was ok and I ordered FRIED WINGS AS STATED ON JUST EAT MENU I GOT GRILLED, that too uncooked literally spat it out. I called the guy, and he said you need to mention on just eat notes to have it fried, but why? When it’s already on menu that it’s fried why shall I write on notes? Please concentrate on the orders. This is 2nd time my order is messed up.

It was a miss this time, we usually get really good pizza from you, our spicy beef pizza tasted like some sort of chemical, petrol or maybe WD40, I ate a lot of the pizza trying to tell myself it's one of the spices that tastes like petrol but I don't think any spice can taste like that. I don't know what the problem was, but apparently my partner's pizza also had a similar taste to petrol too. I urge the restaurant to investigate this further.

Terrible service. Had a kids party waiting for food, it was delayed by an hour. Called restaurant 15min after the expected delivery time and they said it will be here in 5-10mins. I waited a further 20mins (making it over 1hour wait since the time I ordered the food). Second phone call to the restaurant, I got very annoyed as the person on the phone asks me if it’s a pick up or delivery and whether I even made the order. I was very upset as I had a party of hungry kids waiting for the food, and now I was wondering if they even sent the food out. Not happy at all with the service received today. I understand it can save time if a few deliveries are made in one trip, but it’s ridiculous expecting someone to wait so long for such a tiny order (just one large pizza).

Driver was rude, waited outside my house for ages didnt ring the bell to bring the food into my flat. Instead called me to say come down foods here. I found that extremely rude, i have baby which i look after and him waiting around as i can see him from my window is just rude he was so arrogant didnt apologies for been late. Wasnt friendly didnt even say hello when i opened the door to him. Aggressive lazy and unreliable peole like him shouldnt be in customer service
