Fast service and good Curries also very reasonable prices and an extensive menu choice all in all this is an excellent takeaway

We usually order from here and had great experience in the past but tonight was a different story! Phoned for a delivery and was told an hour but more like an hour and a half. When they finally arrived the food was freezing and only half of the order was there! Asked for extra cheese on the pizza - barely any at all, the curry was watery and very little chicken and when the rest of the food arrived 15/20 mins later it was cold and tasteless and missing the extra salad we asked for. Very disappointing tonight. We didn’t expect an order of three items to be such a difficult task!!!

Great food, Shabeer and his staff make you very welcome, have been a customer for a long time and never had any cause for complaint

Just moved to the area and have used this place three times...each time was better than the last...great food indeed delivered by friendly people....5 stars out of 5 .....im glad my new village has a GREAT place to order food.....BRILLIANT

The shop never put the drinks in the order for the kids meals which I noticed when I got home. Otherwise, good food & good service.

Arrived earlier than expected, tasty food

Food was awful, soggy pizza, missing toppings from part of the order, chips were average, donner meat had what felt like bone in it, cheese on the pizza and chips was vile. Will not order from here again.

PeshawarI Naan was burnt and inedible. Not much paneer in the saag paneer. Didn't have dessert requested and awaiting refund

Pizza a lot better than expected as we don't order Indian from here since it wasn't great. Arrived within the time, all correct and piping hot, not greasy. Just the job!

My food was 45 minutes late and when it arrived it was cold. The service wasn't great either as when I asked where my food was the man in the takeaway said it would be 5 minutes when in fact it was 15 minutes. Not good at all.

Food quality and quantity always good. Choice in set meals not as good as it used to be though.

Madras from here is excellent. Some kind of fruit flavour in the sauce even when ordering chicken tiles madras. Buy from here a lot. Best madras around.

First time I've left a review on just eat. Normally don't bother but in this case...Sorry. Not impressed with this order. I mean. How can you honestly get a hoggie wrong? Online menu showed donner, chicken donner and chicken tikka. What I actually got was a wrap filled with greasy re-cooked chips. Chicken tikka, donner and what I can only describe as rancid lamb. It really wasn't nice. It was also freezing despite me picking it up 5 mins early. Poor effort.

Food was delicious as always. The order was correct. However it took 45 minutes over the estimation and as I gave the money over the delivery driver walked away without so much as giving me the change back or asking if I wanted it back.

Only order from here if you want to wait 3 hours for the wrong thing. Cheeky staff, overpriced dry food and horrendous waiting times. Will not. Be back

I have no idea what went wrong. I received my order one hour after the expected delivery time. And only after I had to call the restaurant. ... they did not have a confirmed receipt regarding my order so had not made any food for me.

Food once again was terrible, was cold and reheated.. I asked for a plain donnar wrap with just sauce and it came with cheese which I phoned to get a new one and it took nearly an hour to be delivered but when it got deliver we weren't hungry anymore. Every time we order there is always a problem, we spend a lot of money with yourselves and this will be the last we order from you.

Had a shocking meal.. Pakora was reheated, they forgot one of the chips cheese and donnar meat which then took them over an hour to redeliver the food which was freezing and I couldn't eat it! Without a doubt every time I order something is forgotten. I'm very disappointed as I spend a lot of money regularly on this takeaway!!

Disgusting. Ordered 3 pizzas, all of which were undercooked and had no sauce - nly cheese and pizza base. After spending £20 I was unimpressed. Orders always wrong. Will not be ordering again.

Food was great but what I got wasn't what I ordered. They didn't have what I ordered, I gave the take away my number with my order so they could've phoned me but just gave me something else, which I didn't like, I also paid £2.60 for 2 bottles of juice and got 2 cans so I was over charged.

Stop substituting drinks! If you don't have the stock don't advertise that you do! Fkn DR Pepper eh no thanks!

Great curries, Shabeer is to be congratulated on the quality of his food, very tasty. I'm his biggest critic as I've been a customer for a very long time. Praise when deserved, he's hard to beat at the moment and I used to go out of town for curries.

Good quality food and a varied menu from an authentic family business based locally. Clean plates all round!

As usual tremendous food, It doesn't matter what you order it's always excellent. Food that doesn't instantly bag you up , gives you a low lingering heat for hours after. Quality food. Best I've tasted for a long time.

Ordered a pizza for a pick-up, I was told to come and collect it in fifteen minutes, when I got to the shop, the pizza wasn't even in the oven! I had to wait a further fifteen minutes, when I got home with the pizza, there was no tomato base, only vegetables and cheese! I called the shop to complain, to the young boy that had served me, and he was very cheeky to me, asking if I knew how long it takes to cook a pizza. As he explained there was two 14" pizzas that had to be cooked before mine, I don't work in the shop, so why would I know how long it takes to cook a pizza in they're oven? Surely the young boy should know how long it takes to make a pizza, so why tell me fifteen minutes when knowing this?? Since then, there has been completely different staff, including the young boy, and they're attitude is absolutely shocking, I will never visit the shop again due to this problem. Used to be an absolutely great takeaway! But has seriously went down hill :(. I went to complain to staff, I was threatened by them phoning the police, and being escorted out the shop.

Food was cold, the vegetable pakora was just like scraps.. The pizza was terrible! We have been loyal customers for years and spent a lot of money, our orders over the past few months have been terrible and near enough every order something is forgotten or wrong! Very disappointed.

A little disappointed in my order tonight, was 1 hour and 35 minutes and also asked for a donner meat and cheese pizza and only got a cheese pizza, also wanted salad in my kebab and never got it.

Unfortunately this time our order was 35 minutes late, the pasanda had no almonds as advertised, the bhajis were soggy and cold and the saag paneer was bitter. Most of the order got binned. Won't be using this takeaway again.

Waited 2 hours for a stale burger bun and food that was clearly reheated. Waste of money. Disappointed as this place use to be good but not anymore.

Very disappointed that my order took1hr 25 min and wasn't that warm when it came, we didn't receive any popadoms and spicy onions as stated on the set menu!

I tried something new. . . Shashlik Kebab. . . On the menu it said it was Lamb Fillet, and being a chef, I know for a fact that it wasn't. The flavours were great, but the meat was very disappointing. Have ordered from here before and will again. Usually good food and good service.

Not too happy about my order I ordered a cheese pizza and received cheese peppers and chicken also asked for no sauce on my wrap and it had mayonnaise on it

Food quality was terrible, food came cold and hard! We asked for a fresh new one & when the new one came they never gave us chicken pakora.. Every time we order there is always something wrong or forgotten and foods never fresh! Very disappointing.

All fine but arrived 50 minutes before the requested time which was a pain because we were getting the children to bed, naan was cold, sauce with pakoras had got hot and had split, and only received half the poppadoms we paid for. Little things, but turning up at 7.50pm when our order was out for 8.40pm was very irritating!

Sometimes all the dishes are the same! Different dishes should have their own character and texture and look. Have had the occasion when all theree dishes looked the same but should have been different. A wee bit dissapointing as it is not cheap when you price a meal for three.

Specified delivery time and it was delivered 1 hour earlier than agreed. I had a cold curry 1 hour later!

Lovely meal however order not complete missing the juice ordered at £2.40 called back straight away promised someone would drop it off and 3 1/2 hours later still nothing?? Customer service very poor!!!

My own personal favourite is the Chicken Korma, but actually several of the dishes are really fab. The staff are very friendly and the takeaway service is very reliable. Good prices and excellent food says I.

Very pleasant staff and tasty food. Being part of 'Just Eat' is very helpful. I would recommend this Indian take-away restaurant.

The time orders take to get ready is shocking almost two hours we waited and when you phone up you get told rubbish. Very disappointed, food is thrown together and they try and bang as many orders together to get delivered at the same time... Not a happy customer for the umpteenth time...

I think it depends who is cooking in this take away. one night you can get a lovely dish the next it is swimming in oil.

We ordered Dal tarka and bhindi. the Dall was exceptional. Naan was good even in delivery, and the delivery was pretty fast.

Meal was gorgeous. Arrived within the 40 mins estimated time. Was piping hot and curry lovely and spicy. Crispy samosas full of flavour and enough food left over for lunch at work the next day. First time I've ever ordered from them and will definitely order again. Can't fault it

Garlic chilli chicken best we've had in this area, spicier than others but picking out the chillis made it ok for someone with a lower tolerance to heat. The meal wasn't oily which is a problem I have with some other locals. Delivered from west Kilbride to Ardrossan, took an hour and hot when it arrived because the driver uses an insulated bag like pizza places use. Will order from here again, really impressed!
