Neat little place to stop by for lunch. Nothing too fancy in terms of furnishing, but the place is nicely decorated. Staff are always friendly and takeaway presentation is pretty good as well, with fully recyclable packaging. The food always tastes great and they have a good selection of both local and eastern-origin drinks as well. If I could find a flaw it would be that the floor is slightly sticky, but that only costs half a star in my book.

The decoration style of this restaurant is simple, a bit like an ordinary fast food restaurant. The overall space is small and the number of seats is limited, so it may be crowded during meal times. Although the environment is ordinary and there is no special design or decoration, it is neat and clean and suitable for a simple meal. The sushi tastes good. Although there are not many types, the freshness of the ingredients is acceptable, the fish is fresh and tender, and the acidity and texture of the vinegar rice are well adjusted. Overall, it can still meet the basic expectations for sushi. However, the prices were on the high side and we ordered sushi, takoyaki, ramen and yakisoba. If you just want to have a simple Japanese lunch, the price really makes it difficult to visit often, but it will be more psychologically acceptable during dinner time. Compared with other Japanese restaurants, the selection of sushi here is smaller, and the price is higher, so the price-performance ratio is not particularly outstanding, so it is more suitable for an occasional try rather than a daily choice. This time the child ordered ramen. The portion was just right for a child, but if it were an adult, he might not feel full. The taste of the soup base is acceptable, and the texture of the noodles is also acceptable, but if free or cheap noodle options can be provided, I believe it will be more attractive and allow guests with larger appetites like me to have a better dining experience. Overall, the food quality of this restaurant is acceptable, but the environment and portion size are designed to be more suitable for customers with light or small appetites. If you want to be full, you may need to order a few extra dishes. Considering the convenient location in the city center, high prices, limited selection, and limited space, this place is more suitable for those who want to eat some exquisite sushi or light meals. But if you’re looking for a cost-effective Japanese restaurant, you may want to consider other options.

Gochisousama deshita. Arrived hot, great flavours, fresh tasting food. Delivered on time, driver was polite and even checked the code, first time that has happened!! Was just the ticket after a 12hr shift.

We do not live near but really fancied ramen for lunch. This place popped up on google when we did a quick search so we thought we would give it a try. A clean and simple fast food style establishment. Service was friendly and efficient. We ordered 2 tonkotsu ramen, 2 salmon sashimi, a dragon roll and 2 green teas. Everything seemed so fresh, beautifully made and most importantly delicious!! A past review said something along the lines of the ramen rivalling that of wagamama? No!!! This is sooooo much better than wagamama! Wagamama ramen is always overcooked, soggy and stodgy (we go there if we are desperate!..I think I've had it cooked perfectly once after asking the waitress to flash cook the ramen to be firm...usually even when asked... it's super soft!)! Inaka ramen is perfectly cooked! We would definitely come back whenever we want any ramen or sushi as it really hits the spot. We went away happy and satisfied! Keep it up Inaka!

Simple but good Japanese food! Had the spicy chicken ramen, so tasty but not over powered with spice! Prawn tempura and popcorn shrimp was so good, gyoza's were amazing! Tasty, filling and good value

Had the spicy chicken ramen and it rivalled the ramen from Wagamama!! I am definitely coming back for a second helping.... could use an extra slice of chicken and spice though 😂😂 Update: Told you guys I would be back... 9 months after and the food is just as good as I remember it... New Pic is what I ordered today and it was so good. It had the authentic flavour I was looking for... Big Kudos and great one

The soup and the noodles was nice. The only thing that put me off the chicken tasted very nasty. It felt like the chicken was boiled and put it inside the food. I had to remove the chicken throw in the bin.

Salmon was a bit chewy and avocado is a bit hard. There were no chopsticks for the sushi and no wooden spoon for the soup.

I went with a friend during Thursday lunchtime - I had chicken gyoza and tonkotsu ramen, my friend had a chicken katsu curry. The food was very tasty and the portions were good. Service was fantastic. It's a shame that as of September 2024 they have a 3 star food hygiene rating so clearly they need to update their standards. Still it was really lovely and will definitely go there again.

Excellent authentic Japanese food! And I have eaten in many Japanese restaurant in Japan and uk. Very friendly nice lady in restaurant and efficient service. I particularly love the spicy chicken ramen and the chicken katsu curry and tofu curry

I occasionally stop by this restaurant with my family to eat before or after visiting Waterstones in Sutton. Their vegetable udon and prawn katsu curry are excellent. I highly recommend this place!😄

We had a delivery. Incredible food. Very well packaged. Meticulous attention to detail. Sturdy containers. Try their chicken yakisoba udon, popcorn shrimp and tempura udon. Japanese people 100% in whatever they do and this restaurant is a brilliant example. We will now visit their restaurant soon. Highly recommended.

I order Tonkatsu Ramen and it was really good choice. Real Japanese food, served quickly. Perfect place for quick lunch. Within 6 minutes my food was ready.

The restaurant was perfect I have no complaints about. But the driver ended up going past my house and stopped for at least 10mins somewhere else. What then took an extra 10mins to get back to my house what left the food cold. Was not happy with service this is the second time this has happened with my last two orders

Wow. Absolutely exactly what I was hoping for. A no-nonsense cafe style interior with delicious food fresh prepared. I had the pork ramen noodles soup. Excellent. Friendly staff. Good value.

The food was lovely but a little dry especially for the price. It’s a little expensive for me to order again anytime soon but if you’ve got the money to eat somewhere nice I would recommend it! The driver did a great job and arrived right on schedule.

Delicious food. Service is very nice. Prices adequate for quality.

Always love the food here. A bit heavy on the ginger in the chicken Karage don sauce today. But overall I still enjoyed the meal. The miso soup was spot on. Chicken cooked well, succulent, and crispy batter. Takoyaki and gyoza were lovely as always.

Chefs are Japanese, and they have clearly recreated genuine Japanese food taste. The ramen is good and the price is so affordable. Definitely one of the best value for money Japanese restaurants in the area.

not tried the rest yet but the Pork Yakisoba was a big dissapointment the only pork in it was cheap paper thin bacon... could have made this at home for a lot less than £12

Although the restaurant is small, the food is great for a local restaurant. I have always LOVED Tonkotsu Ramen and the ones Inaka serves are really good, as it is ful of taste, not to mention the stiffness of the ramen us perfect for me. Definitely recommend if you love Ramen or you have migrated from somewhere else with a lot of Ramen and found that the UK neglects Ramen and loves Ramen. Sorry for bothering you with long sentences!

Inaka has been my go to place for lunch every time I am in Sutton. Food is freshly made and every food I have tried here taste amazing. Tonkotsu ramen and sushi are my favourites. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Very tasty tonkotsu and spicy chicken ramen, and takoyaki. Was busy on a Sunday afternoon when we arrived but we found somewhere to sit (no reservation required) and the food came out quickly. Staff were kind and welcoming.

If I'd have known I could get tonkotsu and takoyaki on Sutton high street I'd have paid more for my house. Great spot!

I ordered food from this restaurant every week but my order this Friday had been missed . Like what ?! After long day in the office, the least thing I wanted to hear is that my ordered is missed though it showed the order has been delivered. Never want to order from this restaurant again

the food is delicious and well priced and the staff are so cheerful and welcoming, wish it was bigger because it gets busy on weekends, but it's totally deserved. The selection of food is huge and varied and I like that you can see into the kitchen, it gives it a really cosy feeling. The tonkostu broth is addictive! probably my favourite place to eat on Sutton high street!

OUT-F’ING-STANDING To start with. Soon as you walk in you’re greeted by all the staff members saying welcome in Japanese. Makes you smile before you have even started. In Sutton for work. Live two hours away. I only wish this place opens up a site I near me. Holy moly. Absolutely beautiful food. I got the ‘INAKASUSHIBOX’ for the variety of sushi you get and it was so damn good. I ordered the ‘SALMON BOX’ to eat later on. Staff are brilliant too. Even Got chatting with the chefs

Food is better if you eat in, was slightly cold. Tempura prawns were soggy. Delivery took far too long. A shame as I love to eat in here and usually 10/10.

Had a chicken karaage don which was very tasty. It was hot and fresh with juicy, crispy chicken. I didn’t like the sauce that was on top but that’s personal preference. The dumplings were very tasty too although I’m sure they weren’t home made - they were too perfect! Friendly service, clean and reasonably priced. Would recommend

I've ordered the maki box (several times) and the spicy chicken ramen so far and would like to try the whole menu! The food is delicious, portion sizes are generous and, perhaps most importantly, staff are consistently polite, friendly and gracious - they make you feel like they are genuinely grateful for your custom, are proud of the food they have made and really want you to enjoy eating it! Keep up the great work!

Super delicious and authentic food. We stopped by for a quick lunch, tried few foods, the chicken teriyaki and karaage were super delicious as well as everything else we tried. We loved it so much that we ordered takeaway for dinner :)

Visited this small, neat joint with incredible food. Tried the Chicken Gyoza, Chicken Teriyaki Don, and California Umaraki, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, I loved the place. It surpassed my expectations in taste and service.

Tonkotsu ramen was a solid 9/10. Only reason it didn't get 10/10 was because it wasn't spicy enough for me, despite adding extra spice. I'll be a regular here.

Fantastic food! I ate in store earlier this week and couldn’t resist having it for dinner again today! I had takoyaki and kharage don. It travelled pretty well, obviously not as amazing as being super fresh in store but it was still hot and super tasty. I would have liked more of the awesome spicy sauce on the karage, but I can understand some people may find it too much, next time I will put a note with my order. Great packaging also! Lovely staff in store too 😊😊😊
