Imperial Chef's in Greenwich

I’ve eaten here a few times now and can safely say they do the best chow mien in Cotswold. Freshly made egg noodles, crispy bean sprouts and not soggy or discoloured. Not greasy. You can tell when you get a bad chow mien I’ve sampled a few in the area!! Duck pancake is also delicious. I would recommend

This little restaurant just keeps getting better! We have tried many Chinese restaurants in the area and Imperial Chef's is unquestionably the best, and they keep getting better. While no expert on Chinese food, I do like it and have tried it in San Francisco, Delhi, Washington D.C., Tunisia, etc, though never China. The staff at Imperial Chef's is always pleasant and helpful, and the food consistently good. The Ho Fun noodles are exceptional as are the Salt and Pepper ribs. The prawns on toast are exactly what they should be, and the Singapore vermicelli noodles are a delight. We have worked our way around the menu, and haven't hit a clinker. So, if you are ever in the area and want a great meal, you won't regret ordering from Imperial Chef's.

Would never order from here again. The roast duck dish was not edible. Looked like it was cooked day ago, frozen, defrosted and heated up. We called to complain but the lady said that is how it comes. We’ve never seen a dish like it from the Chinese. Order elsewhere,

Food tasted like it had been cooked in stale oil, stodgy noodles,could not eat it. Ordered 1.5 litre coke and got a 500 ml.will not use these again.very bad food and service.

This restaurant time after time cancels its orders through Just Eat. It shows as active and then picks and choses which orders it wants to accept. On at least 5 occasions now I have been let down by them and I know they are open as they answer the phone when you call - they just cant be bothered to deliver the food! They should not be allowed on Just Eat until they sort their abysmal delivery service out! Real shame as they food is very good.

Well, I've just wasted 1 hour and 40 mins of my life and £25 on this!! Disappointed doesnt cut it. Poor quality food, terrible service. Really late delivery on Tuesday night. They wont be getting my money again...EVER!

Food here is nice, I have ordered a couple times from them and never been dissapointed. Their house special fried rice actually includes meat and seafood contrary to what the just eat menu says!

we wait for an hour and half, when we called to check what was happening they told us that the food was going to be delivered soon but didn’t happen.

It was good service they rang to saY no nuggets in stock was bit early very pricey but enjoyed meal nice a d hot chips were really nice.

Excellent food. Duck slices in the chow mein were tender and not too fatty, and the kung po chicken was outstanding.

It was very poir. I order house special fried. It did not contains pork beef and chicken as it say.

First time we have used here for takeaway and how lovely , food came early than time stated and nice and hot . Our order was cooked nicely done and really enjoyed it thank you and we shall be coming back . Happy Chinese new year 🤗

It took over 1h 30 mins for delivery and the hot and sour soup was really bad.

Promised delivery at 830 - 45 mins, so fair enough. However, they changed it to 850 online, it then arrived at 930. Mostly cold, soggy and hugely disappointing. They have been good up to now, but this sadly was rubbish

We got used to a few “normal” things from Chinese restaurants, like prawn crackers for example. Not here. The food is very good but the delivery charge is high. Not sure it’s a huge step up from my local to be honest. Probably won’t order again.

Food was really good and hot except myself and my guests didn't enjoy the chicken satay. It's not a thick sauce with peanuts in like you would imagine, it was thin and pretty much just tasted of chicken

food was really unpleasant. The satay sauce was a clear yellow jelly, the duck was dry and all other meat tasted cheap and nasty. we threw this meal away and. would not buy from here again.

The prawn crackers were dry as if had been sitting around for ages. The lemon chicken was to poor quality and very dry. The food was very dissapointing

Egg fried rice tasted like rubber. Chicken & sweet corn soup was tasteless and tasted like it was from some left overs!

The Chow Mein was massive! Amazing!

One dish was stone cold upon arrival, the crispy shredded chicken was like eating twigs, hard and tasteless and the other dishes we had were nothing special. Not sure why this restaurant has such great reviews if this is the usual standard.

Food was stone cold when called restraunt and asked for remake or refund was told no. Now had to speak to argue with just eat to have a refund and because restraunt says no they won't even refund you be careful

The food from Imperial Chef is always great. Its more expensive than a typical chinese but well worth it. However, this time we bought prawn crackers and they came in a tiny bag with only about 7 in. And only 1 fortune cookie even though we ordered £30 worth of food. Pretty stingy.

Time was put back a bit. food was hot. Taste was ok. ribs were very dry. prawns were good, juicy. none of the food marked hot/spicy was very spicy. delivery guy was very friendly

Ordered from here a couple of times now and we always find the food is of great quality [and quantity, if that's your bag]. Each time, everything has arrive hot, full of flavour and more or less on time. I'd recommend this for your Chinese needs. Also, this gaff has a Food Hygiene Rating of 5.

The food was hit and miss. The Roast pork was a bit too grey and dry for my liking and the Chicken in Black Bean sauce was just far too salty. A pity because all the other dishes were very good and tasted the way I would expect. I will try it again and hopefully some improvements can be made.

Food was fine. Nothing to rave about but perfectly pleasant. Very much enjoyed the pancake rolls but the mixed salt dish was fairly unimpressive. Crispy duck and rice both tasty.

The food was too salty. I ordered the roast duck with fried rice. For me, it was just too much gravy which made it too salty.
