didn't bring all the order plus it was very hot.

The guy seemed rude and really mean, and he gave me the wrong pizza (pepperoni and black olives) when I ordered separate things! please sort this out!

Avoid this place got really bad food poisoning. They don't seem to have basic food hygiene. And give food with contaminated hands maybe even gone off food. Staff rude and unhelpful. I would give them zero. Ruined our holiday by making us all sick. Terrible place

Deliver and pizza is always 10/10 but lately the chicken is dry, initially I thought it was a one off but came a 2nd and 3rd time just as dry and the first time

nice tasty food at a great price, ordered and collected in person. pizzas are made fresh, which is nice but it would’ve been helpul for the staff to let you know the estimated time of wait for your food after ordering, as my 7” pizza took 15 mins to make. The store was also out of burger sauce which was disappointing, other than that food was great and i would buy again :)

Pizza was hot and great. Driver was excellent.

The driver mixed up my order and had to get it which took even longer. When i got my actual order all the cheese poured from the actual pizza and the crust from the pizza tasted like plain flour.

We went into the Woolwich store to order and saw a rat! I could not believe it. No gloves either. Just a group of hairy men standing around chatting over food. Disgusting! Better off paying a little more for a more well-known food chain.

Chicken tough and overcooked, but Pizza tasty and the 2nd Pizza for £3.99 offer is good. Technically on time but the time was adjusted.

Food itself was warm, but appeared to be one of many orders being delivered by 1 person so was very late and had been marked as delivered when driver had not been. 2x more deliveries in bag after mine

Really disappointing; avoid! Sadly I would say it was a waste of money and SO much time. Some lowlights: 1. We ordered for collection of two small pizzas and arrived 15 minutes after the call, yet they only then started to make them. 2. No space; can barely fit in the queue of people waiting out the ridiculous waiting times. 3. Man on the counter was rude, almost looked miserable, only seemed to wake up when some group of guys came in and spoke to him in his 1st language, at which point he ignored us and other customers to chat to them. 4. When pizzas were ready for customer besides me who also came for collection, the server just ignored her for a few minutes before handing her the pizza. Similarly, our 2 pizzas were done and were there behind him yet he waited a good few minutes taking other customer orders rather than just handing us our pizzas first so that we could go. 5. He did not hand our order (just 2 small pizzas, some wings, pieces and fries) to us until he had served his buddies and regulars on the side, despite the fact that ours was ready and we had now been waiting 20 minutes since arriving and waiting before many other customers. 6. Although we told him it was takeaway, he stuffed 2 pieces, 4 wings and fries into a very small box which then couldn't be closed (pictured). 7. He left the non-closable box, another small box with 6 wings and the 2 small pizza boxes there on the counter and with no words went off to the side to go about his personal business. After a few seconds, rudely asked what else we need, at which I asked him if he has a bag. He gave us a very small bag which could barely fit anything inside, when I noticed this, he scoffed and remarked that this is why he didn't give me a bag. I asked him for any tissues, at which he scoffed again and said aggresively, "don't worry I give you everything", then he threw onto the counter some tissues and loads of salt and pepper packets. 8. Despite everything, the food was simply decent, nothing more. Nothing special or unique, abit less than the average chicken shop. Very bad experience. The only plus-side is that it's super cheap and yet the experience is so bad that we STILL felt it was a waste of money.

Avoid these guys they gave me thin crust when I ordered normal it was so thin like eating cardboard so disappointed won’t be using these guys ever again they ruined my night for me and my friends. Just avoid guys

Food barely reasonable like just eat app is going down hill

Food was cold and I’m yet to receive my refund.

Half an hour late, and had to ring the shop twice, however, they were very polite and apologetic and sent food later freshly cooked. I was expecting it to be cold, but they kept their word and sent hot and fresh…with an apology. Very happy that they came good, but there needs to be a system of communication from shop to customer, for when delays and difficulties occur. They came good, and that’s what mattered most.

Great service and amazing food, deffo my fav late night spot, most places come late with cold food. Drivers are polite too, passed food through window because my son was sleeping so very considerate

I have used this pizza shop for many years. They have great deals and the pizza are lovely.

Top notch pizza and perfect delivery NGL..

15" pizza used fill the box and now is just under14", 500ml ice cream is 464ml, and the 1.5l drink is 1.25l. Might seem daft but that's 14%, or basically a slice and half of pizza missing from the box for the same price. Also a contravention of trading standards as it's false advertising. Used to be my favourite, but doubt I will order again, shame.

Food was cold, and not entirely edible, crust was like cardboard, swimming in grease, not like usual. Order was late. I never usually have a problem with Pizza Hot 4 U but tonight's service was beyond poor, I'm very disappointed.

The food tasted bad and the staff where using foul and offensive language

Driver complained that his sat nav wasn't great, because he chose not to put the door number in his sat nav. Driver needs to learn how to READ THE NUMBERS OF DOORS because he's an idiot.

Do you want top quality fresh ingredients on your pizza then come and try pizza hot 4 u I found them online and never have gone to another pizza place . This place is amazing and the staff are amazing the food is so delicious you will be sitting there unable to move the food is so good you won't stop eating

Absolutely disgusting. Wings were oven baked and rock hard. Chips were cold and manybqere black like they had been fried many times what a waste of 30 quid

I specifically left a message for the driver to NOT RING OR KNOCK ON THE DOOR but that’s exactly what he/she did and woke everyone up. Food was disgusting, I had 1 slice and vomited it out, threw the rest in the bin.

Excellent. They forgot an item, and the cheerful driver rang the shop. He said it was now on its way, and it was. 2 minutes later and another cheerful driver brought it round, with an apology. It meant a lot to me, and we has nice little chat. Excellent service. Hot ‘n tasty. Cheers.

Used to be great my favourite place, now they dont read the notes and no care is taken. They used to be so helpful read notes and do the food the way you ask for they seem to not care anymore. Also the food was here before it said it was on it's way which is great by why have a way to follow your food to be ready if they dont use it?

I am still waiting for my refund. This all thing is unacceptable. I want to speak to the Manager of the groceries supermarket, as they need to discipline their staff for being negligent. When I do shopping on line, I expect to receive ALL the items in excellent condition. The bread was all broken, and hard! And I paid for items I didn't not receive! What kind of service is this?? Pls do not apologize, pls FIX THIS.

My first time at izza Hot 4 You Woolwich and I really enjoyed the pizza. It was super fresh, the crust was not greasy and had a nice crunch.

My daughters favourite pizza … she won’t eat from any other place.

The driver was an absolute gem, he noticed the can of drink should be a bottle and he brought it back within mins.

When they get it right, it's a decent pizza and decent prices but when they get it wrong, boy do they get it wrong! I ordered a cheese and pepperoni stuffed crust and when it arrived, the pepperoni was just slapped on top. It was also put to "out for delivery" 40 mins before it arrived, in which it was 20 mins late and blamed on the rain.. I live 1 mile from the shop. Would have been quicker to walk!.. Yet after cocking up the order and arriving late, they still refused a partial refund! :(
