It was just okay, not sure what they wanted to be. Perhaps better for youngsters. Music the whole time but they did turn it down for us. Friendly staff and we altered the contents of our choices and they were fine.

Upon arrival you’re greeted at the entrance and taken to the table. The upstairs is a little rustic with wooden tables and flooring (but who doesn’t love a cafe with its history). The food was incredible, tasted like local produce that we could not fault. The staff were amazing, with regular check ins to make sure all is well with the food. Highly recommend! 5* from us!

Very disappointing. Took an hour for the food to arrive then wasn't of a particularly high standard. Bacon was over done, plates were hotter than the food and scrambled egg was grey. No apologies from staff for time we had to wait. Wasn't even busy. Won't be going again.

Igloo is a great venue for different events, celebrations, chill evenings out, or just a nice wake up in the morning. I have always been beyond impressed with the atmosphere and service given at Igloo, let alone the food! The staff are happy and always laughing with what seems to be with their manager. So lovely to see staff enjoying their time in hospitality

Another stunning lunch today by Team Igloo! The atmosphere was mixed, with birthday celebrations in one corner and families enjoying a quiet lunch behind us. It was just lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves in such a relaxed atmosphere. Service, as always was excellent and the food was stunning. Merry Christmas Team Igloo. Have a very well deserved rest!

Birthday lunch meal out with my other half. Staff were lovely and we were treated really well. Shared the camebert starter and had the Korean bowls for main. The food was really really good, hot and fresh. I dont like spice so they put the chilli sauce on the side for me. Would reccomend

Out in Cirencester and thought we would eat out, decided on igloo again. We were welcomed in and went straight to a free table and drinks were quick too… Yet again the main course and desert was fantastic! Who ever the chef is, deserves a Michelin star as the food cannot be beaten, the taste, portion size and presentation is far beyond what you would expect in a small town restaurant. The young lady that served us was great, happy, smiling and nothing was too much trouble, Phoebe is another staff member that is a great credit to Igloo! Can only highly recommend this restaurant for food, staff and a great evening out.

Great food (especially the cheesy chips!) really attentive and friendly staff. Dog friendly and they brought water out for her too. Considering the quantity and quality of the food we thought a really fair price too.

Great to find a choice of gluten free food on the menu instead of the usual baked potato, cheese and salad. Any of the burgers could be adapted to include a gluten free bun as well.

We were staying locally on our holiday and I wanted a restaurant that we could take the dog to. They were so accommodating. Dogs do have to stay downstairs so we sat in the window. She bought a bed and a bowl of water. The menu is varied and the food is excellent. All of us finished all of our meal and it was so delicious. I will definitely be back again as the staff are fantastic. The Sunday lunch looks delicious too. Please don’t hesitate to support a local business rather than a high street chain. The food is high quality and the staff make you feel really welcome

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Igloo restaurant in Cirencester is an absolute gem! The incredibly friendly staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The food was simply delicious, and the service was impressively quick. We had our dog with us so we really appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere too. We’re already planning our next visit to work our way through the entire menu because everything sounded incredible! I had the crispy pork belly burger which was both delicious and filling. My partner had the bibimbap with crispy pork belly, which was the star of the show. ( if you’re wondering which dish to try - this is it. You will not be disappointed!) We will be recommending this hidden treasure to all our foodie friends and can’t wait to come back very soon!

What a fantastic find. Popped here for dinner before visiting the theatre for an evening meal and no faults were found. Staff were very friendly, the guy that I spoke to on the phone know my name and again when we arrived which is a nice personal touch. food was delicious and so tasty was gutted I was too full to try a dessert. Prices were reasonable and good portions , Menu had a very good choice of food. Will travel the 30 minutes to revisit here again and sample the desserts next time.

We regularly have breakfast at Igloo ( as well as evening meals) and are never disappointed. Always tasty and beautifully presented they are a much looked forward to weekend treat. Smoothies are excellent and Doggie Sausages go down remarkably well! Staff always, always kind and friendly and very professional. Thoroughly recommended.

There is no pretension here. What you get is a casual restaurant serving fabulous food. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The recommended goats cheese starter was well presented and excellent. I then had a chicken bibimbap bowl. This was a delicious bowl full of different flavours and textures. Food and wine prices are reasonable.

Such a relaxed, friendly place to eat. Staff go out of their way to make your time there as lovely as possible. People with dogs or families can go there and feel totally welcome and enjoy some really nice food. Totally recommend.

Cracking breakfast, you can really tell they don't scrimp on quality, the sausages are fat and juicy, the bacon thick, and black pudding cooked to perfection! Hannah came by a few times, without hesitation, we'll be back!

Went for Sunday lunch with mum and daughter (and dog). Everyone’s food was beautifully cooked and delicious. The portions were generous to say the least. My pup had a doggie Sunday lunch and he loved it (despite it placing him in a food coma). The staff were friendly and efficient and the bill was very reasonable. If we lived nearer to Cirencester I imagine we’d be regular visitors… so perhaps it’s just a well we don’t for the sake of our waistlines!

Really great restaurant for a casual get together with friends. Staff are very friendly and the menu is really reasonably priced. Great food options for everyone’s tastes and a perfect spot to start your evening given its right next to the main bars and pubs in town.

Great Vegan options and outstanding service. We ordered multiple items from the menu and everything was perfectly cooked and presented. Only point I had that could be questioned by some people was all the food came out at the same time but this added to the experience for me. Keep up the great work 👍🏼

We are shameless regulars here. Although the breakfast is a 10/10 all of the meals are fabulous. We’ve sampled a chunk of the menu by now and have never been disappointed. Additionally, all the staff are always more than lovely. We hope to come back many more times yet.

Amazing food, relaxed vibe and super dog friendly! If dogs in a restaurant isn’t your thing, don’t worry - you can take a seat upstairs where pooches choose not to go & and still experience this great restaurant. Been a couple of times, and the food has been top notch - lovely varied selection. Breakfast coffee and smoothies were perfect.

We absolutely love it here. Amazing food, 241 cocktails on Friday and staff go absolutely above and beyond and they also love their fluffy friends which is a bonus for me - as my dog Olive is treated like a princess! Not to mention dog roast dinner on a Sunday for £4 absolute bargain!! Food is also amazing. Would 100% reccomend!

I called in for lunch based on recent complimentary customer reviews. I was not disappointed. I ordered the garlic mushrooms. OMG, they were divine! Creamy, garlicky, with at least two different types of mushroom and wonderful fresh bread. I added more seasoning, which I prefer to do as I hate over seasoned food. The menu overall was very appealing and everyone around me seemed to be enjoying their food too. Despite having staffing shortages (sadly, not unusual in the hospitality industry at the moment), my service was exemplary and I was made to feel very welcome indeed. Oh, and did I mention it was great value..?

We loved everything about Igloo: the delicious food, the excellent service, the quirky minimalist décor and unpretentious ambience! We had breakfast during a short break in Cirencester, but wished we had been able to stay longer to work our way through the whole day's menu! The French toast with honey & fruit was gorgeous, as was the Igloo breakfast. The restaurant was busy, but the service was quick, and friendly, and we did not feel rushed. I liked the fact that even though we were a couple, we were seated at a table for four, which meant we had lots of space. Thoroughly recommend.

Amazing service and friendly staff. Nachos were amazing with the veggie chilli bean with perfect amount of spice. The enchiladas were the best I've ever had. (Even better than when I went to cancun). My partner, she is vegetarian and had the halloumi and red pepper burger and said was very tasty with very generous slices of Halloumi. On the menu was alot of vegetarian options too. I would certainly recommend if in Cirencester to come here for dinner and you won't be disappointed

A fantastic little find in the heart of Cirencester. The food choices are plentiful and varied with a mixture of favourites and global. Portions are generous but still managed a pudding due to the great choice and they were delicious. It’s a lovely relaxed atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff. Not been to Igloo before and booked online for a table for 2 upstairs for dinner. Warm welcome on entry and it just got better. Great service and great menus 2 for 1 cocktails on a Friday ( which we didn’t have) as I was keen on some wine! We just really enjoyed some nachos to share - these were lovely, a main of steak and chicken enchiladas. Hot, fresh and tasty! Attentive service but not annoyingly in your face!
