Hwb Narberth in Pembrokeshire

The Hwb is a great Street food experience in Narberth. There is a Burger stall, Thai stall, Mexican and a Tikka stall. The food is really good and come hungry as portion size is generous. The Mexican stall is by far the best and is on par with the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in the USA. The bar is also really well stocked with a great variety of local beers, lagers and ciders; available in 1/3, 2/3, and pint sizes for those wanting to just sample. For a family it is excellent as there are options for all tastes without having someone feeling left out. There is a lot of comments about price, but is about right in comparison with the same style of takeaway in Tenby and Saundersfoot. Well worth a visit.

We don’t visit Narberth that often but we decided to come on a recommendation. It did not disappoint! The beef tacos and poutine were soo good!

Had the ox cheek tacos and piri chicken burritos from Grub washed down with a pint of mango beer. Tacos were fantastic , well worth a visit

Great little place to get food for lunch or an evening meal. Food was always served quickly and always hot and fresh. Tried food from all four places and all were great but the Indian was our favourite with generous portions and good prices. Ended up eating here four times in our week in West Wales. Also dog friendly!

Great idea if it worked the Indian section was just opening 1.30 pm chef in a wolly hat and tracky. on his own not very appetising .then moved onto tacos to be told were just running out of food 1.30 Saturday next stop Thai stood there for 20 minutes totally ignored last stop was the burger bar only our last shout as we'd had burgers the night before burgers were spot on chips were excellent service real quick well done Guys others need to take a leaf out of your book thanks again otherwise would have been a complete disaster

This was our second visit. We are from the curry and Thai stalls. Although my Thai meal was lovely I was a bit in envy at the Indian bowl that arrived! The tikka masala was STUNNING! Family and dog friendly and a lovely vibe!

The Dog welcome was fantastic - from locals and staff, so that’s always a great start. The place was buzzing (Friday 8pm). Clearly very popular and a huge choice of beers. There are 4 kitchens here - Thai/Indian/Burger/Mexican Fusion. Our food was amazing (Ox cheek tacos and a burger special for the Mrs). Wales has shown the US just how good a modern diner could be …top marks!

We really enjoyed our first visit. Lots of beers and cider available on tap. We like the idea of so called street food rather than conventional restaurants fare. The four of us chose the Indian and it was very good indeed

The food is consistently amazing. However on a rainy and windy Saturday afternoon they insisted on leaving the door open. Which meant we got cold and wet and our food went cold before we could finish it. Despite closing the door on several occasions it was repeatedly opened by bar staff who said it was because it was smokey from the burger bbq and did not give a stuff that we were getting wet - INSIDE. Quite rude actually. What a shame this place has been our favourite since it opened.

Burger place is amazing - brilliant food. A little expensive for the portion size; but very good otherwise. Service was prompt and polite. Brilliant venue for meeting with friends. Drinks are again pretty expensive but fantastic range on offer.

Visited here 3 times whilst on holiday. Busy place with a great vibe and plenty of seating. Good for families. Thai and Indian Food were delicious, decent portions and reasonably priced. The Range of beers is vast but they lacked a little bit of quality and variety in truth. Service was mixed. Plates left on tables not collected, bar staff disappearing leaving people waiting. The ingredients are all there for a real top drawer venue but still room for improvement.

Went there twice the past week. The first time we got the masala from Tikka G. A little bit spicier than I thought it would be but delicious. The bhajis are a great side. The second time we got burritos to takeaway from Grub. Again the food was great and the staff happy to tweak ingredients when asked. Whole experience was great and the setup would be a huge benefit in other places. Gives an opportunity to smaller good outlets and microbreweries.

Visited here every night of our holidays and loved it. Food was great and the 18 ale choice was reasonable priced. Lots of seating inside and out and dogs welcome. You must pay a visit to the toilets you won’t be disappointed. What a lovely addition to the town.

Wow! Well we were stuffed following our evening Meal in the town but wanted a nightcap on the way back, was recommend this by the handsome bar man in the Angel, and we weren’t disappointed. We tried the Tenby beers which were an unexpected delight!...

Excellent food and atmosphere. We had the curry, tacos and Thai. All very good. Will visit again before we go home!

We enjoyed this place. They have four different food outlets suiting most tastes, so you can each have what you like, plus wonderful beers. Hubby was in heaven! You can just turn up and eat when you like. We loved the place we went back...

Great little food hall. There are plenty of food options. Dog and child friendly. We had excellent poutine, sour fruit beer, and local cider. Great lunch stop.

Food and setting nice but price is on the steep side. I eat in a number of places of differing standards with work and this is one of the most expensive for the food you get. Don't get me wrong, it tastes nice just left...
