Couldn't fault it. Five minutes drive to Tenby. Stayed mid January so it was quiet so hope when we return it doesn't effect the service and quality.

A lovely 3 night stay here. Lovely room, beautiful restaurant which was tastefully decorated. Food was amazing especially the Butter Chicken. Staff were so friendly and nothing too much trouble. We used the pool, Jacuzzi and outside hot tub a plus on a rainy day. Will definitely return in the New Year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Heywood Spa Hotel in Tenby, and overall, it was a delightful experience with a few caveats. I stayed in room 101, which is beautifully decorated with a fantastic attention to detail. The decor is modern and inviting, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. I appreciated the fresh water available in the room and the thoughtfully placed plug sockets on both sides of the bed, which made charging devices very convenient. However, room 101 is located right by the reception, and unfortunately, this means noise travels easily. During the night, when everything else is quiet, I could hear staff working and other guests coming and going, which disrupted my sleep somewhat. The hotel's restaurant is a standout feature with its trendy and stylish decor. The ambiance is chic and welcoming, and the menu is well thought out. The food was very nice, though I did find it slightly overpriced for what was offered. Nonetheless, dining there was a pleasurable experience. The Spa at the Heywood looks fantastic at first glance, promising a relaxing retreat. However, I was disappointed to find that the Jacuzzi wasn't working during my stay. Additionally, the sauna is maintained at just 40 degrees Celsius, which is too cool to provide the traditional sauna experience I was hoping for. Despite these minor issues, I would stay at the Heywood Spa Hotel again, in the hope of securing a more remote room away from the reception area. I also look forward to the chance of experiencing a warm sauna. With a few improvements, this hotel could easily offer a perfect stay.

Lovely last minute stay in Tenby. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is in a lovely location just outside Tenby town centre. Good sized swimming pool and hot-tubs there is also a spa where you can get treatments. There's some outdoor seating and manicured lawn at the back if the weather is nice and a lounge inside if you want to sit away from the bar area in a more cozy setting - where Lewis Carrol wrote Aice in Wonderland incidentally! For us it was first hotel stay since having a baby and they were very accommodating, doing scrambled eggs for her breakfast etc. Would definitely recommend anyone that wants their stay in Tenby with a bit more calm luxury and relaxation than manic 'on the beach' vibes! 🙂

We used the excellent spa facilities here and had a wonderful afternoon tea. If you are stopping in Tenby, then book yourself in for some luxury.

Popped in just for a couple of pints one evening so can't comment on the food (yet). Lovely relaxed atmosphere where you feel welcomed and not rushed, staff really polite and some great beers and wines available. Clean and modern but with a nod to the past, really enjoyed our evening and we'll be back for food next time.
