Huntly Pizza & Kebab in Aberdeenshire

Went in for a kabab for my grandson and myself, I have eaten many a kabab but this is the worst one yet, meat was horrible and not sure what the sauce was but it was disgusting and expensive. I will never go back.

Good kebabs. Chicken kebab comes with rice, pitta bread and salad & sauce. Good size portions. Good prices. Good service. Would definitely come back again.

Last time i got Doner kebab and chips they were stone cold despite short journey home. Thought i'd give them one last chance. Big mistake. Guy serving on till got my order totally mixed up meaning my kebab meat and pitta bread was dripping in bbq sauce which i hate...no salad...apart from the onions which i'd asked for on wifes meal...and of course no chili or garlic sauce. Aside from this, the amount of meat was actually not very much. Will not be spending my hard earned cash here again.

Just had the chicken shish kebab. Perfectly charred, loads of chicken, nice side salad...... My only complaint is that there was that much chicken another pitta would have been good! Will definitely be returning for another, delicious!

Pizzas we’re ok. Garlic pizza bread wasn’t nice. Difficult to make order as the person on the till didn’t seem to have a competent level of English. Lamb on the kebabs was full of gristle and mostly inedible.

Best shop ever. Chips were cooked to perfection and customer service was amazing. 10/10. couldn’t recommend enough to anyone

You’ll wait forever for terrible food. The owner is too busy money grabbing every opportunity, sending his drivers tens of miles away and still accepting orders locally. This is why other places have smaller delivery radiuses. You’ll call to find out where on earth your food is and it’s always “just left the shop” …and they’re never sorry. We’ve stopped ordering. 2 hours later you’ll be lucky if your food arrives lukewarm If this takeaway existed in a city where choice was abundant it would have failed years ago.

On several occasions we've placed online orders and waited 2-3 hours and over for delivery. Staff tell us the order has already left when we call after an hour (when the delivery time says 25 mins) - patently untrue. Not offered any real apology or recompense. I'm from a catering background and we would never treat customers like this...especially ones placing £40 orders and paying £12 for delivery!!!

Been here twice now and has been brilliant both times, shop is spotless and staff are lovely. Really good size portions too. We will definitely be back again

The food was delicious. Been to many but this place tops it! 5 * all the way. Delivery can be delayed, it’s a busy takeaway tho! So it’s find!

Customer service is not the best. Very rude and abrupt. Food is okay. Food can be very late not good

Boss man puts on a good show, grub was decent as you like, quick service, mans got covid on the brain too, proper wipes, pizza was so peng me homie called it madison 11/10

Last review removed as apparently the shop has new owners. Not really though ! Had a doner kebab. Was burnt meat and didn’t get the sauces which I specially asked for. Got home, which is 7 miles away so wasn’t going to go back. Also they salted my chips without asking and they were pickled. I did say I’d never go back but I did. Now I won’t. Don’t particularly like the atmosphere when I’m waiting for my food either. Overly familiar with me when they don’t know me.

Was in huntly for business and decided to pop in Elims after a few pints, ordered doner kebab with salad, sauce & portion chips. Absolutely delicious, the only negative was, I could not finish my meal! Will be back tomorrow, as the pizza’s look delicious!

Good pizza reasonably priced was ready in about 10 minutes place looked clean enough staff were alright.

Ordered my food and payed for it then i asked for a can of juice . That will be £2 please (with a smile ) then the guy tried to say yea £2 as its the American stuff. This place has gone down hill fast.

The choice is good, we got for the half and half and you can have 2 toppings on each half, the large pizza has 8 pieces which is great for sharing. Plus the only place that will delivery out where we live in the middle of nowhere!

Love this place, can't fault the food. The guys are always friendly and chatty. Also great prices , been in many that are way over priced but this is just great all round

This place is awful ,tried once order kebabs,pizza chips,worst kebab ever,swimming in watered down sauces,pizza dry with minimal toppings,tried once more few weeks later just incase last visit a one of ,but no food the same,and I have had good kebabs,got a few good friends...

Stopped off here to grab some dinner on the way back from work. I got there about 1630 and there was no other customers in the shop. I ordered a mixed kebab (chicken shish + lamb doner) £9.50. the staff seemed to have got the orders mixed up as there was alot of arm waving and talking(they take phone orders i belive). i got asked multipule times what my order was. Waited about 30 mins from placing my order.

The food was just ok for a takeaway but the service was poor, hubby's chips were left sat open on the counter for at least 5 minutes before the rest of the food was ready and were cold by the time we were served.

We had a kebab, pizza, chicken pakora and chips from here. My husband didn't rate the kebab! The pakora and pizza were ok but pizza a bit too well done and the 'chips' well, we paid for them but they forgot to put them in our order & as we had walked 15 minutes there and back we certainly weren't going back to complain. Advice check the bag of food before leaving premises. Avoid kebab!!!!

We fancied a change so we dropped in and ordered a wide range of food, pizzas and a couple of different Kebabs all things we enjoy when visiting, or on a night out in the city. Here, however, the pizzas were very dry, the Donna meat was under cooked while other meat was burnt - the shop filled with smoke because the extractor wasn't working either. This coupled with high prices mean I won't be back.

Pedimos 1 pan de ajo con queso, 2 porciones de papas fritas y un Kebab de pollo. Sólo los clientes de la tienda y todavía esperamos un buen 15 / 20 minutos para nuestra comida. 2 personas que sirve detrás del mostrador. Desafortunadamente, decidimos ir a través de la trasera, todo lo que podíamos oír era cuchicheando y habla. Después de regresar 5 minutos más tarde hablaban de forma grosera en frente de nosotros para los otros. Se sirven la comida y nos dio nuestro pedido. Inicio volver a encontrar el pan de ajo quemado a un estado duro untasteful. Me imagino que esto es porque se olvidaron de él cuando va a través de la trasera. Kebab fue ahogado en salsa de ajo y chili. Buen trabajo las patatas fritas eran buenas, así que podía comer algo para mi té. No regresaré en una prisa.

He tenido pocas pizzas margarita desde aquí, pero puede ser muy bonito o muy mal, a veces un poco cruda. Mis experiencias no han sido tan bien últimamente, así que he dado en un rato. El único lugar que le entregará a localmente el campo, tan bien con ellos para que, a pesar de que no es algo que he utilizado yo. El personal es muy amable.

Worst chicken kebab I have ever had. Marinade sauce on chicken was so salty I couldn't eat it. Apart from chip shop no decent take away in Huntly

Es gibt eine große Auswahl, Portionen sind sehr üppig und sehr gut. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich u man fühlt sich sogleich wohl. Es wird sehr sauber und hygienisch gearbeitet.

Paramos a reponer fuerzas tras nuestras visitas en Huntly y antes de seguir nuestro camino al siguiente pueblo. Este día apetecía un Keback y no perder mucho tiempo. Muy buenos y un trato muy agradable.

Me and my partner ordered food from this establishment. From our previous night experience from a local chip shop the night before, Huntly Pizza & Kebab beats it. Done kebab was perfect, the taste was mouth watering for more. We ordered a 10'' Pizza and it was fresh, delicious and authentic. Would recommend. Five stars.

We had three mixed dinner and chicken kebabs at the. Weekend the chicken was nice but the dinner was bland and the coleslaw was strange

went here once and never again avoid!!!!!! we went in ordered food 1hr and 30 mins it took unreal the chips were still hard , and the kebab was raw and just dripping in fat took one bite and was vomiting it was horrendous

Ordered our food so we wouldn't have to wait, specified everything down to the type of sauce we want.....got home (8 miles away) to cold food and zero sauces. Awful. And not cheap. I've had cheaper kebabs in London.

Had a chicken kebab and a doner kebab on Friday night. Quite a long wait as was only one in the shop. The food was okay strange to get coleslaw with both kebabs.

I Visited the kebab Shop and ordered one lamb doner, one lamb chicken mix doner and mixed kebab. Was charged £28.10 for it with can Of sprite £1.10 . The lamb doner meat was thick sliced and No taste, same was chicken sheesh and lamb sheesh( the meat was chewy despite asking for it to be well Done ). There was No taste just lots of salad and bla bla. The mixed kebab says kofte kebab , was not there just bascially a big pizza box full Of taste less not cooked as it should. I dont want to be rude but that,s the worst kebab i have ever bought. A disgrace to Turkish cusinine. Trust me Turkish knows how Turkish food taste. So the owner should either get a Turkish chef or change the menu. The portions are big but tasteless. I will recomend the cafe next door . I CANNOT give zero score or minus , Otherwise definately a -10

I was recently working in the Huntly area and stayed in the town for 10 nights. I called into this place one evening to pick up a pizza as I was a bit pushed for time. I ordered the Huntly Special pizza. I can tell you now that there was nothing special about it at all. The taste of the pizza was very poor and to be truefull I would of been better off getting a Tesco basic value pizza. What made it worse was that the base was not even cooked fully. I would of normally returned it and asked for my money back but I had already returned to where I was staying before I discovered this !!!! I would recommend going to the Huntly Chip Shop for a better pizza

This is pretty much the only kebab shop in Huntly and in my opinion it doesn't have anything to set itself apart from other kebab shops I have eaten in in Aberdeenshire. The staff and owner are very friendly and always willing to serve your every need. Unfortunately I base my marking on the food and it is average. prices are good. Don't expect it to blow you away. Even the apparently extremely hot chilli sauce wasn't hot at all.

Good variety on the menu, some unique items too (doner pie: revelation!) and always friendly banter with the boss! Best takeaway in the area.

Fantastic food ..especially the pizza..better then other pizza outlets that make pizza their income .. so helpful and friendly ..best thing that happened to Huntly fast food chain

We phoned an order for 3 doner kebabs and 3 portions of chips and cheese - they didn't have curry sauce. When we got home we realised there was only 1 portion of chips and cheese plus the kebabs only had chilli sauce, not garlic and chilli as we'd asked for. I'd also asked for no onions in my kebab but all 3 had onions.Despite all the mix up! The kebabs were tasty and the chips were good too. I would go back but I definitely suggest that you double check that they have the whole order written down correctly.

Great food and lovely staff. Even although I had a bad meal they were having problems with food machine and they gave us replacement meal to the same value. Great service.

I always order the Mixed Kebab. It's a big eat but well worth the £12 price tag. It comes in a pizza box with a selection of freshly cooked to order lamb, shish, doner and chicken. fresh salad, chips and pita bread and two sauces. just amazing!!! I Highly recommend if your passing by ;)
