Really fabulous experience on Thurs 05.09.2024. Beautiful cocktails and venue. To top it off Jack is a pleasure; knowledgeable and witty and made our time in Liverpool extra special. Hope to come back in the near future. Karl and Caroline from Dublin :)

One of the nicest bars in the business district. The prices are a little higher, but we had amazing service from Jack. Everything he recommended was lovely

Had a wonderful experience at Hummingbird! went on Farthers day, tried different cocktails. The two guys behind the Bar where so professional and friendly! Jack was happy to explain about the drinks we where trying and what was in them! the other person behind the bar came to see if we needing anything (can't remember his name) but enjoyed our visit that we will definitely be back!

Just about the best Piña Colada I've ever had! Served by the sweetest bartender who is truly a master of his craft! If you go for one, ask for Jack he's amazing

Relaxed, unpretentious and comfortable bar. Very helpful bar staff. Never eaten there, so unable to comment on food.

For me, this is the best cocktail bar in Liverpool, and that’s saying something….as there’s some big boys on the scene… No pretence, amazing service, great drinks, music and ambience is always on point. They just ‘get it’. If you love cocktails, you not going to get much better. I’ll never get bored of this place. It’s mint.

Beautiful cocktail bar in the heart of the city. They have a great selection of cocktails on the menu but they'll also make the classics on request. The decor is elegant and the staff are welcoming. My only gripe was the music was too loud when the bar was full (when it emptied out a bit, they turned it down to a more comfortable level)

Beautiful venue over two floors, great service and views across the business district, with big windows ideal to sit and people watch through. A lovely place to spend an hour or two people watching, with a cocktail in hand

Great service, glass of water pour on arrival and you can see how much care and love is put into each and every drink! First time in Liverpool and came across Hummingbird. Decor is lovely and such a nice classy vibe. Staff super friendly. Drinks made to order and they are happy to make drinks that aren’t on the menu

Over visiting from Ireland and was recommended Hummingbird for a few drinks after dinner. Walked in and immediate great atmosphere, low lighting and great music, a classy speakeasy environment. The drinks menu was amazing and showed use of a variety of spirits so there was something there for everyone. Luke was working on the bar where me and my partner asked to sit and was very accommodating and a great conversationalist. He made us some quality cocktails, held great conversation, whilst also powering his way through ticket after ticket at the dispense bar. Quality bartender and would highly recommend the bar to anyone! Thanks for a great night guys.

What a good find this was, all good things come in small packages , so they tell me.. Great relaxed atmosphere, met by nice freindly staff who are happy to help.. Music, chilled.. The decor is really nice which adds to the Hunming birds appeal.

HIDDEN GEM! Concealed, boujee and relaxed... tucked away from the hassle and bustle from the City Centre. Attentive staff, with great 'small conversation' that didn't feel generic. Fabulous playlist! Perfect for a quiet Pint or a sophisticated date.

A hidden gem away from the hectic tourist spots. A perfect option for anyone looking for great service and a warm atmosphere. Very decadent interior and nice vibes.

This is a beautiful cocktail bar, great menu and fab decor. The only issue is that the food/snacks menu is limited, and even a basic addition would be bread & olive oil. The music doesn't feel suited to the place. But small things to work on for this gem in Liverpool city centre. For sure we will come back

Had a couple of drinks here after a meal at Hawksmoor. Brilliant service and great drinks. Decor is great and it wasn't too busy. Highly recommended.

We found this bar when looking for somewhere to enjoy a nice drink in a chilled setting. The 2 gents behind the bar were polite and attentive and made excellent cocktails. Nice choice of wines at good prices as well. Will definitely go back when next in Liverpool.

Probably my favourite bar in Liverpool. Unlike most bars Hummingbird doesn’t blare loud music. Both the ambience & drinks are 10/10. The bartenders really know their stuff here.

We got lucky finding this great spot right across the street from our hotel. Great atmosphere inside and chill vibe coupled with super cocktails. Props to Luke for helping us choose some good ones and with the care he put into making them.

Eine sehr ansprechend eingerichtete Bar auf zwei Ebenen inmitten der City von Liverpool. Der Fokus auf Old Fashioned Cocktails ist sinnvoll und wird konsequent vollzogen. Die Mitarbeiter sind passend zum Stil der Bar hipp gekleidet und eher zurückhaltend freundlich. Ärgerlich war die viel zu laute Beschallung. Wir baten die Mitarbeiter die Lautstärke etwas zu reduzieren, was herablassenden Blickes kommentiert wurde, letztlich aber keine Umsetzung fand. Da man sich in einer Bar trifft um Gespräche mit seinen Freunden / Begleitern zu führen und nicht den Anspruch hat in einer Disco zu sitzen, gibt es einen Stern Abzug.

Lovely little art deco bar, we are so glad we have found a bar like this in Liverpool! The drinks are gorgeous and there was a huge selection, furnishings felt very luxurious and staff were all very friendly and attentive. Prices aren't bad either!

Really enjoyed the bar, the service the atmosphere. Only one niggle...I have a milk allergy and prefer using Barrister Oak milk in Lattes etc...the bar only has soya and coconut milk.....

The staff are lovely and attentive- constantly filling up the complimentary water. The decoration is nice and sophisticated whilst remaining relaxed. The cocktails were innovative and well made, was nice to see an interesting negroni variation too.

Wanted to try here having looked at bars before my trip to Liverpool and it was even more beautiful then I expected. That decor is just gorgeous and sitting there with a glass of wine with some nice tunes on in the background admiring that bar was perfect. Defo coming back when next in Liverpool.

Staff friendly, clean environment, I had a lovely time when I visited this bar for cocktails. The cocktails where perfect just as requested they where made. I've no complaints & would visit again along with recommending to friends and family to visit all in all without a doubt A🌟 experience
