Visiting for a month. Staying in Walthamstow, found a gem! Hucks became a regular stop for our first morning coffee, then again on our way out for the day and if still open for an afternoon treat. Great coffee, great conversation (often about coffee) , great toasties and pastries. If you arrive and people are queued do not be discouraged, totally worth the wait! A welcoming spot in a lovely community.

Great coffee, fantastic sandwiches and always friendly service. On a relative backwater but it does a roaring trade because people always come back. Worth a visit - and check out the great vintage furniture shop next door.

Lucky enough to spend a few weeks in London and Europe and sampled coffee 3 times a day everywhere. Hucks was hands down the best cup of coffee of the trip. Sitting quietly in a residential street in Walthamstow it offers indoor and outdoor seating and super friendly and talented baristas (Ben I miss you) and limited menu of great food. If you an Aussie in London craving a decent cup of coffee the do yourself a favour! ☕☕☕

We received a warm welcome and friendly service. The tuna melt panini was done to perfection and although there wasn't much side salad with it, at least what there was fresh and crisp. The coffee was full-flavoured and the cup filled.

Tucked away at the back of Highams Park, this venue is of the highest standard if you are a lover of the traditional English brekkie. Whilst other establishments would serve cheap bacon and sausages, Maurgies serve thick juicy bacon and quality bangers!! Bravo

Delicious food and drink within Gospel Oak station by one of the platforms highly recommended it. I get something as a treat but great when you have a bit of time until the train comes.

Small traditional pub with friendly locals and walkers Music at weekends, open mic and quiz nights. Good food based in garden put you can eat meal in pub . Good for watching football as most people enjoy it without the usual macho tribal rubbish
