Great service as always busy time but customer service never lets you down was served by Joel today and he was excellent 👌 Sophie and the girls were all very busy but still managed to be smiley and happy great bunch

We visit here whenever we go to Liverpool. We absolutely adore the different flavours of hot chocolate, particularly the mint and hazelnut. The service is always excellent. The only reason that I am giving four stars is that the toilets are a bit small and not that easy to access.
