I went in and asked for a chicken baguette. The guys working in the shop don't know a word of English. I asked him to put salad in the baguette and he missed out the cucumbers, only to place them on top of the baguette and not inside. Then when he told him to sort it out, he goes to his colleague "Ah! You fix it!" before walking away. No service. The chicken looked quite old As well. Save your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Phoned up to place an order for deal for 2 priced at £15:99 says free delivery the guy come with a total of £19:00 when I questioned him about it he got very angry like I put the prices in the flyer misleading customers with their flyers giving cheaper prices will definitely not be spending my money their .

Ordered a lovely seafood pizza from here, it got delivered in a perfect time and it was delicious! £10.99 for a X-large pizza is pretty good and very good for money! The jalapeno bites where also delicious and was done to perfection!

Hello Everyone I went to this place on 9th June 2024 I ordered 3 masala fish in Nan for takeaway Nan was not cooked properly Salad was not fresh Cucumber was gone off Will be uploading photos I don't recommend this place to eat for anyone

Worst Food Ever !!! Chicken burger meal was cold and uncooked Pizza was disgusting The takeaway workers started fighting and arguing when told the food was cold and uncooked Everyone Avoid this place !!!!

The service is terrible I don’t recommend there was a problem with my order on justeat so I got a refund then o ordered today and when I phoned to see where it was they said they are not delivering it to me census’s they’re want they money and I can’t get my money back this was very unprofessional they a thieves and there food Is cold and they are also unhygienic

Aside from the language barrier or making the person understand your order the food is spot on!

I visited this fine establishment on a few occasions. I cherished every small bite I had. I wish it never ended. I was 75p short but the gentleman at the counter still served me the food. This place was remarkable and I hope to bring all my friends and family here. I hope to invest in hot and crusty when I’m rich one day. This will be the best family friendly chain ever in history. The food was indeed hot and crusty. Love Craig

We ordered fast food last night. As this business under new management so we had different experiences with regards to the food. Pizza cooked well but under toppings, few sprinkles of chicken .we ordered chicken supreme and was expecting two different flavour of chicken but few chunks on pizza. Chips was okay . Kids don't like ckicken popcorn as it tastes different flavour like it cooked along with different food. Delivery was on time.

Food was marked as on its way through just eat however 30minutes and my food had not arrived, I called the shop and was told the food would be with me within 15 minutes but 25 minutes later still no food. I Called again and could not understand a word of what the guy was saying so I cut him off. When the food finally arrived it was cold so it went straight In the bin.

Ordered a delivery, never delivered no answer please stay away from this place.

Had chicken kebab with chips was not cooked guy put it on his griddle to finish it off then used same tongs to take out lamb kebab out of a tub and put it in a microwave didn't eat it sorry

Ordered food and just eat said food was delivered which it wasn't they took the order and never arrived or refund was given stay far away from these. Never answered the phone when called and trading standards are being called on these and just eat false advertising and theft of money

Food was undercooked, still bloody raw and Frozen !! Didn't listen to our order missing items !! Wanted 40 mins in the shop because they cudnt get an order, right !! Will not be using it again 10000% will not recommend 😑 discussing place off food !!

Driver showed up with just our drink and no food called restaurant apparently they will make 2 pizzas and hot wings fresh and be here in 5 minutes 🙈😂

Not good service, took order and charged me, but said will take 3-5 days for money back. If they could not take orders, why not take service off. Also, there is a mention, of them being racist, indeed, there is a biased to their own community. Avoid this place, keep clear.

Awful service!! The man was not ready to serve, he was texting away on his phone. There was nobody there in front of me, he made me wait for 2 minutes and then asked me what I wanted, all I wanted was scallops, so k told him. He then carried on texting on his phone and has been a minute then went to make my order only to come back and say there is no scallops. I had just walked out, the chippy few doors away from there has a better service than them!!

I ordered food here a day ago and the fries that I ate gave me food poisoning I advice not to go here because the food poisoning was really bad. Their hygiene is not good do not go here if you don’t want to get poisoned.

No staff member was wearing face mask due to covid 19, but expected their customer to wear one. They were the ones preparing the food but were not taking the necessary hygiene protocols. When i, the customer told them this, they refunded my money and refused to serve me. Very unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend. There are far better hygienic pizza places. Don't bother coming here.

So other half placed order on app for when I get home from work after a long 12 hour shift Ohh the food was early so by the time I got home it was stone cold not happy, driver turned round and said ahhh I'm just the driver Called shop and they were not very helpful Other half said food was OK but not the usual Not ordering again and will tell others not to Customer service is shocking

Waited over an hour for my order and when it came it was missing half my order I paid 24 pound for it and the driver just tried to give me 4 pound back for half my order and when I called after rejection my order they said we send it back and give you it back next time I order..... Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered a donner kebab meat and fries (medium) £5.99. Mixed kebab in a naan £5.99 and sheesh kebab on the side. It all amounted to near enough £18 with delivery. I was utterly shocked at what I received. Ordering a medium at that price I thought I couldn’t no way finish a large, purely because of the price of it. Wrong! Medium is just medium, don’t be fooled by the price. I called up and complained and was told to go and complain to just eat. Saddened by the whole thing. Prices way to high for what you get. Don’t be fooled by the price and size, it is what it is.

Food turned up and tasted like utter garbage. Was not fresh at all. When calling to ask for a refund I was spoken to rudely and was denied a refund because I chucked the food in the bin.

Terrible customer service. Had issue when using app for first time as stated 20% off first order but this did not work. Called store advised they will call back. Had a call from app people saying to just pay the full amount. They then said you have to spend £30 on order (this was not on menu or app plus had put £30 in basket). It showed to get a free bottle of pop also. App guy then said he has sorted and discounted finally came off. When food turned after over an hour wait it was cold and was missing the bottle of pop and dips. Called up to advise this said they can see order and bottle or pop and dips would be sent (nothing about the cold food). As we had already waited over 1 hour for food we ate this. Then 20 mins after finished eating the delivery driver just turned up with 3 dips. Advised we was missing the bottle of pop, dips and food was cold when arrived but this has already be eaten. He just walked off with dips in hand. I re-called up to state this and was advised no pop was on ordered but they had sent out dips (still not acknowledged cold food). Advised I would put this review on and they just said go ahead. I have been up for the last hour with intense stomach pains and upset stomach. This I believe to be food poisoning from this place. I would avoid using this place for both the customer service and the poor quality of food. I will not be ordering from here again.

Up until tonight always received good food but that all changed. Order was wrong delivered late and was cold . Restaurant refused to refund and actually hung up on me .I wouldn't recommend using them unless your absolutely desperate and don't mind your order being cold and wrong .

Iv finally found a take away that does really nice food. Easily the best pizza iv had from a take away ever. The pizza was light and really tasty and the toppings used are really good. Donna meat and chips was really nice too.

The first day I went with my friend was yesterday night, I love the place, unfortunately for me i live in the city centre I can't go back regularly. But I will love to go back again. Great place.
